You should pay attention to the sign for the roof terrace.
A good offer for breakfast or just for ice cream or coffee with wonderful views. We were not hot guests, as cafe returnees we were very satisfied.

Pleasant hotel with clean rooms and friendly service. The furnishings are not the most modern, but the prices are right. It's not always super quiet, but you're in the middle of the city. For a night in Karlsruhe I can recommend the hotel in any case.

Great rooftop terrace right at the market — the entrance is a little hidden — beautiful view of the city centre in the direct view of Karlsruhe Castle. Delicious pastries — friendly service.

The bed was okay. The breakfast was very good.
The reception at the moment 4th floor is something else.
I was here on business. Private currently not recommended A. G. Construction noise by building the subway just outside the door. The square in front of the hotel is brightly lit by the building site even during the night, so it is also light as day in the hotel room. A few dark curtains would help a lot here…
Unfortunately there is no hotel restaurant, where you can have a little something to do after the long journey. But due to the good location this is no problem at all.
There are many localities here. We were in the "Litfass" just around the corner. Good value for money.
Otherwise, the location was very good. The castle and the castle Park are just around the corner.
The Chateau Park offers enough space for activities in good and bad weather: endless walks, a large lounge area and playground, two great playgrounds, a duck pond, a Renon, a museum, a botanical garden and, last but not least, the Hardtwald, Where the castle park is embedded.
By public transport you can easily reach the castle park. Every S-Bahn station on the Kaiser Road is more or less directly connected by a cross-Strait of the "fan" with the Castle Park.
A special attraction for young and old is the so-called "local Train" in the Castle Park.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. But otherwise, well. The reception is on the fourth floor, there is only one, rather small elevator. Hot and cold water connections in the shower are exchanged. After all, it was pointed out. The unpleasant, however, was the Rinnsaal that came out of the shower. Showers were actually hardly possible.

Centrally located hotel with well-kept rooms and humane prices.
One notices that certain things are in need of renovation (rolling shutters, sockets, …).
However, at the price in connection with the location only a very small evil.

Die Aussicht des Dachterrassencafés ist super, jedoch wurden wir gleich von einem ziemlich verdreckten Tisch begrüßt und wir mussten darum bitten, daß dieser gesäubert wird. Der Kellner hat immer auf sich warten lassen, die eigenen Anliegen mussten wir mindestens zweimal antragen (Bestellung, Tisch, abwischen, extra Zucker, Rechnung, …) und haben permanent das Gefühl bekommen, wir würden sehr stören. Beim zweiten Nachfragen zur Rechnung wurden wir auch angeblafft. Der Service ist demnach in jeder Spelunke tausendmal besser als in diesem Hotelcafé.

Very strategic location! The hotel is very near to the Schloß, and also near to the city center. There's a cheap overnight parking nearby. The room is big, the bathroom is clean and large. There's just the noise of the tram passing by that might be disturbing for some people. But overall, a comfortable place to stay.

Very nice hotel. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and obliging. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Top nice management was happy to have landed here. There's nothing to complain about. Very hospitable.

No frills, but with everything it needs, located most centrally in Karlsruhe for the visit of Castle and old town, also to the State theatre going comfortably on foot.

All in all ok. Street train is noisy even with closed windows. They provide earplugs. Room was clean and nice. Curtain/shutters closes completely! If you arrive after 10pm you have to ask for key placement. Breakfast was ok. Friendly staff.

For me this is a disaster! I'm not really sensitive but it is not. Shower broken, bed by located, at Night 30 Min anyone achieved to get behind the curtain in the room is the terrace have been for Each guest and accessible. In the morning you will be at about 5-6 PM Buffet — building-awakened. At night is not occupied. Management is very arrogant and that they "have no need" (according to GL). Never again!

This is one of the worst hotels I ever stayed. Trams are running by the hotel which make it impossible to sleep with window closed AND ear plugs if you have a room facing Marktplatz.

Super Central location right in the pedestrian area with views of the Karlsruhe castle. Very good to reach by public transport. Had a quiet double room to the courtyard. Therefore, nothing of Straßenbahnlärm gespührt. Breakfast is served on the rooftop. Selection is great. We were even able to have Breakfast outside. Also great, we found the large flat-screen TV and free W-Lan :).

The hotel Service was good and friendly. On demand easily from a room to the yard. Unfortunately due to the location (Central) and the buildings (old), the noise level of the tram is very high.
