Good for a short business trip. Pizza served late in the bar which was very good when checking in after late flight. Looks like a new hotel so Rooms are modern and clean, breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Staff friendly and helpful.

We stayed here a couple of times and usually had good stays. On our last stay we had to leave very early, the clerk and check-in said we would miss the breakfast but we could get our coffee at the bar in the morning. Next morning another person was on duty and he refused to give us the promised coffee, HE REFUSED TO TELL US HIS NAME. I said I wanted to coffee even I would have to pay for it, he didnt respond…

Easy to find. Room up to the usual standard. Very clean and well appointed.

Good choice for short stay. Very pretty interior. But for a long stay it's very uncomfortable.

Thanks to the noise of the probably broken air conditioning, the nights in the hotel were more awake than sleeping. The otherwise new and modern interior will no longer help if the real sense of the company fails.

The Holiday Inn is within easy reach and offers parking facilities. It is also close to the tram. Restaurants and shopping venues are also to be reached in the immediate vicinity. The city centre is also easily accessible by tram. Inside it was bright and clean. Everything looks new and tidy. Several elevators and a bar I had been able to discover. However, since I have only visited someone, I can not give information to the service.

Clean and new room. The bed was also very comfortable. And there was a hughe flatscreen 👌 The Climate control in the room does not work and it was very very hot.

Hotel is good. Rooms are stylish. Breakfast is easy!

Hotel almost new, modern, comfortable and with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Close to the Centre by Public Transport (tram) with easy parking area. Comfortable beds in spacious and well equipped rooms for a three star, reception with more will than experience but good. Highly recommended Hotel if you visit Karlsruhe.

All seemed new and was very clean. The rooms were large and breakfast was good. Will come again.

Modern furnishings, kettle in room with tea and coffee bags, comfortable large bed, comfortable armchair, table could be higher and please without "decorative" hole in the plate. Unfortunately no HDMI connection on TV, slow Wi-Fi.

Reasonable hotel, nice rooms. Was a bit lacking on there being any staff to deal with any issues/requests at breakfast.

Ok business hotel: rooms are rather small, beds were not that confortable, quiet location, great Wi-Fi. Good access to the Autobahn and close to the direct tram to Europaplatz. Breakfast was good. Ideal for 1-2 nights.

Nice rooms, good breakfast. The only odd thing in the room was shower. It is half open, so you couldn't close it and also the edge of the shower tray is way too low. Although I was really trying not to make a big mess, water drops were almost everywhere around the cabin after showering.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. No milk, animals, yogurt.

Pretty good hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, free breakfast, and at a good location. No direct trams to Hbf or the city center from here though.

Wow, really a great hotel in the east of Karlsruhe near the "Old slaughterhouse" and thus from the "Toll House" where I was partying and dancing. This hotel is very comfortable and modern. Very clean. The staff we met so far were very friendly and smiling. At this point a great compliment and thanks to Paulina and Janine. To express my praise, here are some great photos.

The hotel is still quite new. Reception was very friendly. Breakfast was OK. Price very fair. Rooms were very good.
