Very nice staff. Fantastic view of the lake. Breakfast very good quality. Especially the oven-fresh bread. Overall, hotel could be spiced up a bit from the 80 style. We would love to come back.

The best restaurant — and kitchen staff… also for people who have a handicap… I am infinitely grateful for the understanding and effort that has been made for me… Always super happy to go there…

Beautiful renovated rooms with great color light shower. The Corona hygiene concept has been implemented very well and the staff are still friendly.
The dinner (4-course menu) and breakfast in the restaurant was also very tasty and rich.
If possible, we will be happy to come back in winter or next year!

Nice and cozy biergarten. Food is good and they serve big portions. Service is excellent. We went only for a walk at Titisee lake and ending having a snack/diner here not only because of the place and the view but because we felt safe, they take your safety as a priority during this covid-time. Excellent work! we will come again and already recommended to our family & friends.

Silence, quiet, splendid view, very good services. Some imperfections, but we're renovating. Very good bedding, large bathroom and excellent buffets: breakfast and evening.

We stayed 3 nights at Maritim and had booked two double rooms. The rooms needed more detailed control. It is probably inappropriate for a 4-star hotel if doors can only be stopped with a catch hook, a knob is missing from a cupboard door, the toilet attachment looks rusty or the mirror is only cleaned in the lower area. After 24 hours,
we (4 guests) struggle with gastrointestinal problems, probably due to the insufficient
disinfectants in-house. As we learned on the day of departure, we were probably not the only ones affected.

We were out for lunch in the beer garden. The place is slightly elevated directly on the water, very nice.
The tables are under umbrellas so that everyone has shade.
The food offer is good but my fries were very greasy, unfortunately the potato soup is not a highlight either.

Super location directly on the lake with its own sunbathing lawn. Great, rich breakfast with lots of choice — it is also refilled again and again when something becomes empty. The dinner was also excellent! The room was very clean and the view of the lake unique (absolutely book rooms with lake view! ). The staff was always very nice and accommodating. Will be very happy to come back!

I loved this hotel. The rooms have a great view, the lounge and restaurant is wonderful. The grounds are beautiful. 2 thumbs up!

Even tripadvisor rating was low I enjoyed a one night stay here. Rooms were small yet clean and well equipped. Breakfast was very comprehensive and I found all I was craving for :-)

The hotel has a very good location right on Lake Titisee with a large lawn, numerous loungers, a game of chess in the garden and a volleyball court. An indoor pool is also available, as well as a sauna and a large, well-equipped gym, as well as wellness/massage attached. In the very nice restaurant (overlooking the lake) there is an exceptionally good cuisine. The staff is very nice and friendly both in the restaurant, in the cosy bar and at the reception. The small Black Forest village has many shops and restaurants to offer, you can take a sea cruise (free with the high black card, which you get automatically on arrival and which also offers many other perks) and trips to the surrounding area, Cycling tours, hikes, etc. The single rooms require renovation (although the bed was very comfortable and new), but all also have a balcony. You can feel very comfortable in this attractive hotel in a prime location.

Four star hotel. Is local typical. Room furnishings, in my opinion, may not be quite as timely, in my opinion. Service was great and appropriate to the class.

Staff very friendly and helpful but the rooms were somewhat old-fashioned and that for the quite high price, otherwise I was very happy with it.

Pretty much come in the years. Rooms are in need of renovation and not up to date anymore. Nice view and good breakfast buffet.

Had a single room, it was clean but for the price I would have expected something else.

Unfortunately we were not so satisfied with the housekeeping. On the balcony we had cigarette butts between the foot plates and the carpet was not cleaned.
The food was delicious and we will definitely come back.

We had booked the offer for Easter. Unfortunately we had to find out that nothing was offered to the Easter offer. It's a pity if you advertise for something, but nothing works after that. The spa area has come pretty much in the years and not exactly inviting. The food was supper and the service — although you'd rather eat at breakfast sooner rather than later (otherwise you might have no place)

This recreation base is amazing I go back this summer.

The hotel has the best location. The service speaks for itself. Top!. A dream of a breakfast buffet. Perfect to escape from everyday life for a few days. What more could you want.

Beautiful service, the hotel is located by the lake with a superb view and a 10 minutes drive from the departure of the slopes.

We spent ten days in January. That was great. Very good Hotel Q ualités. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good food, varied and abundant as well as extensive breakfast.
Small negative key: On the front of the hotel to the right of the entrance looks a bit like a landfill… A few pots of artists could remedy this.

Nice hotel right on the Titisee.
The hotel has its own meadow. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and the hotel pool is open 24h a day. Rooms are nice but slightly alttypisch furnished.

Very friendly staff and great service, great choice at breakfast buffet and also very tasty dinner. The view is fantastic if you have a room with a view to the lakeside. It was quiet and relaxing on the hotel's meadow. Also a plus, the hotel is very child friendly and we felt very comfortable as a family. We have been a guest at your hotel for the second time and will definitely be back!

The location is unbeatable, breakfast and evening buffet very extensive super nice staff, but unfortunately has to pull off a star parking lot also very expensive for guests, furniture has come of age but nevertheless we come back. LG to the whole team.

This place is AMAZING! Great hotel in the side of the lake. Very beautiful.

Much older hotel with no A/C, but it is lakeside which provided excellent views. There was hair all over the bathroom floor when we arrived. Breakfast was fine, no automated espresso machine. Second Maritim I've stayed in and definitely the last. ALL the shops in town close by 6pm, several restaurants we're not open and many close early without posting.

The hotel was a bit dated but the rooms were well kept and you can't beat the balcony views looking out over the lake. The bathroom was fine and even included a bidet. Breakfast was typical German continental with meat spreads and hot sausage. The bartender was a bit rude, but that could have just been his German directness too. If I were to go to Lake Titsee again, I would stay at the Maritim again.

The hotel hasn't been touched since the 70's. Our room was on the ground floor and smelt like it hasn't been used in years. Cobwebs could be seen everywhere. There was no air-con or fan and you could leave a window open as the windows have no screens. Do not stay here!

We were travelling as part of a large Trafalgar group so check in was a breeze. We got room 330 at the end of a corridor, which opened into a balcony with a lovely view of the lake. There was a stiff cold breeze blowing when we checked in and it was a pleasure to sit outside in the balcony. It would have been so much better if the hotel staff had cleaned out all the cobwebs and insects that gave us company. Even the door that led to the balcony had huge cobwebs, which we cleaned before stepping out. The beds are good and springy and pillows fluffy. The view from the bed is great. For the media savvy, check that the Wi-Fi works. Ours stopped working around 9 pm, the time when we were free. The next morning we learnt that it was a technical fault and our entire group had the same gripe. So if you enjoy a lake side hotel in a small village or town, look no further.

The breakfast and dinner were great with very much to choose from and the staff always very friendly.
The room price is simply overpriced for these facilities in my eyes. Especially since it was totally free from dust. There, some youth hostel is modern furnished and equipped. In the bathroom, there's only one shower head fixed on the wall, which I find very impractical if you for example just want to wash your hair, this is impossible.
Otherwise it we liked because the hotel is located directly on the Lake and the kids had fun in the hotel's swimming pool.
I think the parking 10 euros simply much too expensive there also 5 to 7 euros per day would have done it.

The reception was great. It was explained to all important direct. The service in the restaurant was also very nice and helpful. The food (if buffet breakfast or dinner) were very good.
The room is old, but also its charm. The bathroom was adequate (but I think older people in this hotel by staying there could be problems at the and get out of the tub type).
What was an absolute Frechheit (therefore the deduction in the assessment) are the parking fees.
You could day and night on the parking deck, because has not closed this the barrier or attached (on the exit), it was only a single barrier and this was always open. And I believe is not appropriate to charge €10. Because when one comes back after 10: 00 in the hotel no longer is in the underground car park and is forced to park on the parking deck.
It would be nice if this is changed.
Despite this small problem, we were very fond of your hotel and thinking of vacation again there to make.

Great hotel, great location, giant food, staff, wonderful cocktails, comfortable bed… I could still ever so on write… I had a wonderful room with a huge balcony with the views to Lake Titisee — simply wonderful. The hotel was always very clean and the staff super friendly and helpful. And the food: absolutely tremendous. Great selection at the buffet! Simply a wonderful holiday there, which was free sweetened excursion possibilities with the Hochschwarzwald-card even by the sauna and that. Thank you.

It was not communicated to us that a wedding party the whole night durchzecht an absolute mess.

Good food. Old building, with bad pram access in few places (e. G. From underground parking). Advertised Wi-Fi turned out to work only in some of rooms (we didn't have it). Mediocre service (got a dusty plate for a baby, room service barged in without checking if we are in the room, receptionist refused to move us to another room which have Wi-Fi). Pretty good play room for kids.

We are excited about the newly renovated hotel entrance incl. New reception and modernization in many other areas.

Old box, not refurbished. Poor service: wake-up was not! At the reception, a package with the request deposited to bring it to another guest in the room. Package disappeared without a trace. I needed three (! ) Calls to finally learn this. Although I had asked for callback, this did not take place. Guest in October 2014.

Typical hotel in the area, the simple rooms (a bit old), but they are very clean, the time it is stopped in the years 90/2000, decoration is nice with a beautiful view of the Lake, no external or internal noise. I recommend the restaurant it is very good, style kitchen international and local. We have a good time in the baths. I recommend this step.

Weather is cold, yes, it can happen, but the heating system in this 4 star hotel is an old one which makes the room very dry. In the morning, the windows drop with water, because the outside wall is poorly isolated (at least in the first floor). The corridor is also poorly isolated so even the door handle is cold. The TV was small and out of order: 2/3 of the screen was with blue tones. The bath tub was far too small, the carpet on the floor has stains and looks old and not all lamps have light bulbs. The Internet: forget it! This hotel is still in the middle age: you have to pay for internet access, and to pay much money! With LAN cable: 24 EUR / day! For the same price at home, you have Internet for one month! And wireless LAN is even more expensive! And they pretend that they are specialised in business events? The repairman gets in the rooms with his passkey wihtout even knocking at the door, the restaurant's waiter has no qualification for this job (can't remember orders, brings the wrong refreshments, when told that the plate is dirty he replies that even good cars are delivered with oil. ), the reception desk is somehow ok (tells you that it's ok to check out at 13:00 and the day after tells you that it's not possible anymore and that you have to leave at 12:00). We were 20 people, stayed 5 days for business event: our meeting room was also cold or hot (no climate control), tea was only available at certain times. We will never go there again.
