Very good hotel, good food and all very friendly. Very nice days in High Black Forest.

Very annoying. Were Saturday eat here and it was very tasty. Today I wanted to make a reservation. No one went on the phone, so go. Waiter sends me to the reception (it was afternoon and not full), reception says, reservation not possible. We should be lucky. What kind of service is this? Really annoying.

The food was fantastic, very friendly, Sauna area very nice.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was great, the location is awesome — between Titisee and Todnau. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. You'll get the free black forest card that saved us some money! The room was very large, great bed, great facilities. I more than recommend this hotel! Great value for money! The only downside is that there's not a lot of parking available, but you can park near the hotel. When looking back, I regret we didn't stay for a longer time. (We stayed for three nights)

We were there 2 times and were very satisfied, very clean, good food, nice staff. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed, therefore we can not, unfortunately, not again.

Were only eating in the restaurant. Clear map — something for everyone. Fastest Service! The curry sausage was there after 3 minutes, before the drinks. Also the other dishes only a few minutes later. Food was OK, no culinary highlights, but still OK.
Recommended for those who prefer to be served instead of at the buffet and like to have a quieter feel.
Wi-Fi also for restaurant guests, if you ask dearly. Credit cards accepted.

Rooms are modern, big and clean with nice beds and a nice shower, all around great. The included dinner is good, but there isnt much choise, you basicly eat what the house serves that evening (or an vegaterian alternative). Breakfast is fine too, nothing extraordinary. the location is also really nice, right next to the piste. there is also an indoor place to store you ski's which was confenient. free fairly quick Wi-Fi included (password is found in the book in the room under "internet")

We had a lovely warm welcome from staff who remembered us from a previous visit. All members of the Burg team were friendly and made our stay a memorable one. The rooms are amazing with everything you need, the beds very comfortable. We had half board and enjoyed the dinner menu each night. Breakfast included something for every taste. We will certainly return. Thank you Burg Team.

Amazing hotel, right at the mountain, great location but the food is so so. The sauna/relaxation area is beautiful, the rooms/apartments are big and comfortable and the staff is nice:)

Fabulous hotel, with comfortable rooms and facilities. All the staff are so friendly and the food is exceptional. This is our 3rd visit and cannot wait to visit again soon.

We had a refreshment stop at the castle hotel for something to eat. The ordered meat loaf with fried potatoes had, unfortunately, not even at the diner level. The fried potatoes were dry, cold and were of a rubber-like consistency. Obviously in the morning or the day before and warm-kept prepared. Also, the meat loaf was really tasty. The really nice service I'm a little tired of it, if you must bring something to the guests.

Good location. Spacious, clean and pleasantly furnished rooms; Great food with half board and good sauna area. Friendly staff.

At the foot of the slopes! Restaurant and hotel at the top. It just lacks a swimming pool, and the staff also speak English.

— Access to the Garage and the Apartments is cumbersome, because you have to through the entire Hotel.

Well, the hotel is new. Built in December 2015. The rooms and well everything is new! And I've got a feeling that the hotel has not been built yet. It's somewhat cold in the rooms. The hot water is not really hot. The front desk service is adequate not more than that. There is a construction work just outside: Two more hotels are being built. Parking is free. Breakfast is mediocre. Wi-Fi internet is running relatively quickly, some 12 Mbits/sec.
