The room was not cleaned upon arrival at about 15pm. There was no information about late check-in time, the guy just gave a key for dirty room and didn't even warn it was not ready.

Nice staff roons big breakfast ok can stay for 2 to 3 days.

Very nice staff, very good location (10min walk to the city center, many parks nearby as well as restaurants! ) The room is large and above all clean, just like the bathroom!
Value for money is TOP! Would book it again! 5 stars.

You can improve that saying as in so many outdated hotels you just have to invest… All in all it's fine… For a weekend I recommend it to everyone.

A lot of traffic noise (even at night) and unfortunately only air-conditioned on the 4th floor. In summer, therefore, only to be enjoyed with earplugs …
Price performance as well as operation but OK 24h-Reception. Very customer-friendly.

Rooms small and functional for freshly renovated. The breakfast room is very small and therefore narrow. The sumptuous and very well selected breakfast compensates though. Unfortunately at a very busy intersection, therefore less recommended for noise-sensitive people.

For one night it will do the trick. Staff is very nice and breakfast is better than average, unfortunately, the walls of the room are too thin and you might not have a good night sleep if you stay on the ground floor.

The accommodation was poor. I couldn't even close the room. Was at ground level with the road.

Room quite small and very noisy. Man can hear the neighbor talking. Hardly any parking spaces available and these are quite expensive.

Terrible they are cheating guests. Stuff is unprofessional and most of them don't know any language. I must emphasize the guy with borussia mgb tattoo. I stay there for a month and they try to cheat my me and my company. Disgusting place which deserve to be plaves somwhere in albania not in eu.

Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast buffet, convient rooms and warm showers. The Wi-Fi was slow however and the offers shampoos/body wash are pretty useless.

A nice hotel. I had a single room, relatively small, but justified for the price. The staff is very nice and attentive and the breakfast is perfect for the price. Coffee tastes very good.

The hotel is located directly at a busy intersection, but you don't get anything from traffic to me due to the good insulation. However, it is very different in the hotel itself, it is rather noisy and you can hear the other guests in the hallway very well. The owner is very nice and can be reached all day at the reception. The hotel is clean and the rooms are pleasantly large. The toilets, on the other hand, are very small, if you are sitting in the bathroom, you are practically in the sink. I can only recommend this hotel for the price.

Friendly staff and excellent job cleaning, rooms could get very warm though.

A very nice place. The room was on the side of the street and even though there was quiet. The hotel is close to a tram station and the city center is not so far even for a walking distance. If you choose walking I recommend to do that through a park not so far from the hotel. The hotel offers a very good breakfast as an extra price which is not expensive. The only negative side was the Wi-Fi, it drops very often and it's impossible to check even the mail.

Service was very friendly. The Wi-Fi was horrible and inconvenient and the breakfast was very tasty and filling.

Parking lots with over 30 rooms, it is miserable little and for 6€. Is the very cheeky, room adequate but very small On the topic of Breakfast, small room, many guests table to table PRESSED. Much too closely. Buffet was too tight. Staff is unfriendly. Except reception! You just feel not comfortable as you would normally from 3 stars knows. Not recommend.

Very clean family-run 3-star Hotel. Rooms clean and tidy. Very friendly staff no desire to leave it open. The Breakfast buffet is awesome for a small price. Also the price is super. So all in all, highly recommended. I will come again, Thank you. Mike Long.

The Breakfast is for this price is phenomenal. Also for guests outside of the house is recommended.

We have Spontaneously a double room for one night. The staff is really very Friendly. There's even free Parking in the car Park if there is a 2 minute walk in purchase. The room was very Clean. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom Was also Clean, there were no hair or other to find. The Breakfast was Angebotsreich.

Wifi didn't work properly. No airco just a fan. Busy street with losts of noise. Yet, very friendly staff. Walking distance to town.

Personnel is really nice, helpful and thoughtful. Alas, that is all thats positive about this hotel (my two stars go to personnel). Hotel is located on the major cross-road where traffic doesn't cease throughout the night hours. There is hospital and fire-station close by and guess where are they driving by with the sirens on at 2:00 AM (thats right, your windows)? Tram is thundering right bellow your windows as well adding to the constant background cacophony. Taking room on the yard-side doesn't work either since the yard is a wide open "U"-form and the opening faces the very same cross-road. Breakfast is limited. Yes you have coffee, flakes and even scrambled eggs and if you're staying for a night or two its alright. Not for the longer stays tho. Finally, the water and heating issues were the last straw for my decision to drop for writing this comment. I mentioned already that I've been staying in this hotel for months and periodically facing problems with cold heating elements and barely warm water even during winter time. Last week I happened to land in the room on the fourth floor. Whole damn week I didn't had a single drop of warm water during morning.

The hotel staff are very freudlich. I felt the Service her rarely so well. Very nice I found the free Wi-Fi. It is not so often! I got a room, after the double looked to have not only for the booked single room paid. The shower could reflect modern failed, just like the Elevator. The Hotel is located on the city ring road, which quickly gets everywhere. For this you have to but the noise of the cars and the tram to take into account. The noise isolation is good and when the window is closed, you get almost none of the noise. Overall, I can the Hotel highly recommend.
