➜ The hotel is good, meets all the criteria. The only minus-a rude guard, a very unpleasant and rude person. Sometimes he sits on the pass of the paragraph and refuses to lift the barrier on request. Because of this there are traffic jams for entry and exit from the hotel. On the comments the hotel staff does not react and behaves as he wants. It's just unacceptable! On our appeal to the administration to help in this situation, the latter did not react, supposedly, it is your problem-you and understand. I really hope that the management of the Black Sea Hotel will read my review and take action. Otherwise, I will address the kda and write an official request to understand why this hotel is equipped in a building owned by Kntd, and why the tenants of this building are denied parking, which is actually owned by them.
