Hotel and restaurant 4 stars that I highly recommend,
we sleep very well and we eat very well for a good value for money and the staff very nice and helpful.

Spacious room. We were at the Creole breakfast this Sunday deplorable welcome to start despite the fact that we are booked and paid in advance our reservation had not been reported on the notebook, lack of staff, lack of pastries it was necessary to claim and scream to be heard.
however I went back to dinner on 13/04 and dinner excellent value for money good and pleasant staff.

Attention the price on the internet does not match, this amount of 407 euros is increased to 438 euros. Obviously they were wrong, they owe me 38 euros.

I would like to denounce unacceptable behaviour on the part of the person who was hosting breakfast last Sunday at the grand hotel Montabo.
This person was very rude to the guests and his staff.
He allowed himself to retrieve pastries not consumed by customers with his hands on a table to serve to another customer.
It's disgraceful!
Fortunately, the rest of the staff, very welcoming and the excellent meal were able to raise the level of hospitality.

The room is spacious but no hot water in the shower. Impossible to turn off the air conditioning. It is cold in the room, having been obliged to leave the balcony door open to waste energy. Finally for a 4 star hotel I am very disappointed.

I am really impressed by this place. I wish I could stay longer. Had a little mix up in check in, but the man at desk took care of it and had been very helpful since. The food was great, more please. Had fish. 2and day here so I'm going to wonder around and see more of outside.

Expensive room especially given the level of cleanliness with a clim hyper, noisy and a very small window! And when we expressed our dissatisfaction is not a single commercial gesture. Hotel to flee.

Very charming hotel with a pool, the staff there are nice and rather helpful. Only snag, the rooms a bit dark and the bathroom was not spotless. Another negative, the internet connection (Wi-Fi) bah actually I have not seen …

Former Lyvotel, the grand hotel Montabo has the charm… From a Novotel (so to speak… Little)
The rooms on the 2nd floor have nice little balconies, but are dark as there is only a narrow window door to illuminate them.
The rooms on the second floor have only a tiny window and are extremely dark even in the middle of the day.
The hotel has a very nice little pool, it is located near the sea (but the color of the water at the beach as well as insecurity do not push to go swimming there).
There is also a small gym.
Breakfast, buffet type, is ok.
Big problem of the hotel: the lack of Wi-Fi.
There are none in the rooms and the Wi-Fi that is picked up in the lobby is VERY slow.
Can't use it to work.

Hotel welcoming friendly staff but suffering from the constant presence of interns in the room of restaurant service and reception generating clumsiness and lack of professionalism
Breakfast very irregular as to the richness of its buffet that adapts to the filling of the hotel.
Room fast service hearty and good
The bartenders are nice
The pool is ok and the parking closed and quite extensive when there are no events: wedding parties that can be noisy
Beach at 50m pleasant during the day but insecure
Good site to observe the laying of turtles
Supérette at 100m and bus stop to Cayenne just outside the hotel (30 minutes by bus)
Compulsory car
Hotel correct overall.

Rooms rather simple, smell of humidity, spartan breakfast … Friendly and smiling staff, very available. The pool is quite small but there's the sea next door… But to swim there, it is sand color bof. Burger in room service good… Wi-Fi connection failing, you should not hope to follow a Netflix series …

No fan of this hotel due to the smell and humidity in the hallways and room. Plus internet does not work and even using are own network you do not pick up. In other words the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel (old Novotel) clean bed room very comfortable staff availability reception listening to guests bar with piano bar and excellent cocktails prepared with Maestria.
Meals prepared with care and quality outdoor swimming pool very friendly and especially large beach at 100 meters pear a little relaxation.

Very good staff at the top of the hotel Only the Wi-Fi connection leaves very badly to be desired.

I went to the reception for information on the rooms. I believed I was talking to a door. I wanted to take a drink. Neither hello, nor goodbye…

Disappointing for a 4 star… Degraded room in some places, almost non-existent towels, swimming pool not attractive at all. Only the breakfast had thanks to my eyes. The staff is very nice.

Very nice hotel, rooms are spacious. Very good restaurant with a quality team. Certified.

Nice hotel by the beach. Rooms are big enough, clean and tidy. Really helpful and kind staff. Beach is not really clean but still a nice view.

As part of a 3 day stay for work, I stayed at this hotel. It's clean. I did not much enjoy the hotel and its facilities, but the little I saw confirms that you can have a great stay.

Hotel restaurant very interesting in family or for work.

I remind you that it is a 4 star. So arrived at 2:45 p. M. In the room (available at 2pm) we couldn't settle down… household in progress. No bath towels available for the pool. Mocking the corridor stained and damp, smell in the corridors and the room. Light from the out-of-service toilets requiring me to call for repair. Aperitif obtained after more than 20 minutes and accras in shifts with drinks, claimed 3 times. Evening meal in a wedding atmosphere… music at the very bottom impossible to discuss normally. We had our dishes without appetizers just the dishes… after an hour and a third. The children were asleep on the table! No dessert as it was already over 11pm… with reservation at 8:30 p. M.! To finish digestive we had to take our card ourselves on an uneshealed table. The room is ok and the night is ok… remains to be seen breakfast. My dish of 18 euros was offered after 20 minutes of debate, on a note of more than 170.

Attentive staff. Breakfast very good. Comfortable bedding. Super.

Much better since this is no longer a Novotel.
The restaurant staff is nice, but at the front desk it depends … which is rather unfortunate.
The rooms are clean and comfortable but there is a bad smell in some rooms.
Moreover during my last stay there was a problem of air conditioning in the room.
The gym is functional but the aircon is not cool enough and it is very fast too hot.
Otherwise the breakfast is full and the restaurant has evolved rather well.

The ex Novotel of Cayenne is a very nice hotel. I love their buffet formula from midday Sunday.

Sleep well, breakfast is top.

Access to the hotel is safe, close to the beach with a beautiful view on the latter.
The breakfast is plentiful in mode open bar at will, there are pastries and hot dishes (eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes…) the staff is friendly and helpful. The premises are clean and welcoming.

Ok place got to do something about the smell.

BN c well especially JHA spend the best of my avk came from JENCARLOS CANELA ANIFF :-D.

Everything seems to be falling apart, the smell in the rooms is hard to dismiss. The open air theme is great, however with this in mind a little extra work needs to be done to keep the celling fans from corroding up. I could be a great place with little care.

Hotel is nice just on a beach but a bit far away from downtown. Breakfast good, dinner so and so. Service quality to improve in the restaurant. Room air conditioning not 100% efficient. Rooms in any case good and confortable.

Les petits déjeuners sont excellents!
