Parking too small to accommodate everyone.
A room that has a strong smell of tobacco as there is an ashtray right next to the room!

At night no respect of tourists in the rooms and no one to enforce the rules.

Nice welcome but after receiving the keys and going up to our room. We realized that we were alone on the second floor in the attic. With my spouse we felt punished! To get on a chair to open the Velux if I am alone without my conjoin and I am not small. We had booked PR breakfast at our arrive but the room got a little pushy. Tempi for them. Otherwise very good location near the zenith, near several restaurant and other hotels. Rouen Super City to visit.

Food is expensive, burger was still raw and cheerful, fish tasteless more like cardboard. Not recommended for eating. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Room 1 Rented the 22 mattresses of another age. (high) towel full of stains chipped paint floor carpet questionable a shame for 80 euros.

Restaurant serves generic Hotel chain food, not toxic but also nothing special. Rooms are small but clean, beds are firm and OK, bathroom shower hardware hanging loose from the wall, little to no water pressure on the faucet, let's assume the water filter needs replacement… OK for the price and the area, have seen better but also seen much worse…

Very good reception! The restoration is correct! The rooms are nice but about the thermal insulation… It's not that bad.

Room was basically ok bed a little hard. No air conditioning had warm air blowing all night and when I called the front desk they kept telling me how to turn it on so much for multi lingual. We had a handicap room was last room available and not what we booked. No actual shower and water ran out of bathroom into the room. And the bathroom floor stayed wet for hours. Will not stay here again… Also my daughter and I got bug bites!

Excellent hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and a good shower. The trees around the hotel give a nice view. Breakfast in the morning was very nice, especially the pastries.

Convenient stopping place on drive through France. Friendly staff, comfortable bed and quiet rooms.
