It smells of pipes, there are no electrical outlets, mold in the bathroom, dirty headboards, piles of dust get out from under the furniture. Positives: kitchenette and bathroom in the room. The staff are amazingly nice and very helpful.

One-night reservation for a work trip.
The welcome on my arrival is very nice. Smiling and friendly staff, they took all the time necessary to present me with all the information necessary for my stay.
The room was very dilapidated and needed in serious refreshment. Fairly average clean level.
The bedding nevertheless correct.
As for breakfast, there is a buffet with a correct will but without being exceptional, frozen pastries I think, industrial cheese type babybel etc …

We were given a room dedicated to the hotel staff and whose flush didn't work… Not very friendly for our summer vacation, but comforted as the place is superb.

Large studio well equipped and clean. Good bedding. Quiet. Free Parking. Staff very friendly and rider.

The apartment is good value for money, and the welcome is warm. But do not go there if you want to rest because it is an essentially family clientele and there is therefore a lot of noise due to the various games of children in the hallways. Not to mention the neighbors who obviously do not know that walking with heels on the tiles, it resonates, especially at 2 o'clock in the morning…

The apartment is excessive dirt, toilet dirt, soils you stick, terrace full of dirt, pigeon droppings xxx smells bad, hairs in lad walls, not worth what they ask for tomorrow I will go to HABLSR with reception to complain XxX unpresentable.

I stayed here x one night, traveling for work, place maybe a little below average. In some places in the hallway maybe maintenance is necessary. The breakfast.

It's a residence that has apartments. Studio type for 2 or more people. The truth is that the rooms look quite old and the furniture is cheapie. The bed was not bad and the bath linen and bed was very clean. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is quite decent for the price. It is recommended for the value for money if the expectations are not very high.

Zenitude is a chain of hotel residences in parts of France. The value for money is usually great. More if we are, as in Divonne, near the expensive Swiss. Single strip, the small breakfast deserves to be a little more cared. The buffet system without assistance can lead to find very little and no one cares to replace the empty trays with the full.

Fully equipped and affordable apartments. Ideal for stays for work or for a stop during the family trip.

Cheap, unsanitary, big ugly rooms.

Inexpensive studio/apartment 'hotel' well placed for Geneva and the surrounding area. Using the Swiss motorway network further afield is also possible. Clean apartment with small basic kitchen, living room/dining room, balcony with table and chairs, separate bathroom; toilet and a bedroom. Plenty of bedding available. It proved ideal for what we needed. Certainly recommend this place, and will definitely return.

Price ok for the region. Had a room with kitchenette. The whole facility, rooms and shared spaces, are in need of renovation.
