Place too quiet! Residence without entertainment, no bar either. No mobile network, no internet in housing. Poor welcome on arrival, and at check out, you're not even asked how your stay went! The only positive is the natural setting in the middle of the mountains.

Beautiful location, beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. The pool is sufficient. Only the bad Wi-Fi&generally the bad reception was then in the evening a frustration factor. Attachment is recommended.

Very good location, nice view, children's games. Too bad the pool is open from 3.30pm in the afternoon. Broken closet door, unwashed blanket, housekeeping really leaves something to be desired. Housekeepers make noise early in the morning. And no Wi-Fi in the apartments. Floors by the pool not very clean. The young people with very nice welcome but the least young that is I think the boss is not pleasant at all.

A cozy veery place, we have just gone for the Annecy Film Festival, is very close to the meeting, and is very comfortable the distribution and organization of the hotel.

Ideal place to stay with kids/family. It's a very peaceful spot, great views across the valley, lots to do onsite and nearby.

The property rents for T2 apartments consisting in reality of a living room with kitchenette, and a separate bedroom. By a curtain! At best we can call it a T1, not to say a "big Studio". For it must be recognized that the room and the bathroom are spacious, perhaps even too much as such a bathroom is long to heat.
Add to this: — a location that is not exceptional, without a view of Lake Annecy, contrary to what the photos of the site suggest, — restricted reception times (arrival between 3.30 pm and 7pm only), — breakfast hours rest Seevers: 8-10h, knowing that it is necessary to make the room before 10am, — a quasi-total absence of mobile network and a Wi-Fi accessible only in 2 common rooms (reception when it is open, or games room), — a plumbing in poor condition (leaks the knob of d, broken bathtub drain, kitchen faucet clogged with limestone…)
— mould on the ceiling of the bathroom, — a shower curtain too short, — SOAP only in sachets, — towels disinfected with vinegar.
At €100 at night, breakfast and access to the Spa not included, the pill is really struggling to pass! Especially since the managers do not recognise the deception on the categorization of the apartment, and have conceded no commercial gesture, claiming among others that I had booked and paid via an intermediary provider (Smartbox).

Very good stay. Too bad for the internet Connection.

Quiet and well maintained. Good staff. Outdoor and indoor pool plus spa.

The receptionist is very hesitant and her explanations to the least blurred! Worse, when one had specifically asked to be on the same level as another family (sharing babysitter for a wedding), the wish was not respected. Not very professional so for the price. Moreover the heating is not put in advance in the rooms, icy on arrival.

Very nice place a lot of activities, sauna pool, quiet and close to some large ski resorts. The only negative and size, no telephone network.

Pretty little collection of apartments, basic but good value. Swimming pool and friendly reception.

A very classic residence. The mobile network is catastrophic and the Wi-Fi (paying beyond a certain duration) is only present in the playroom where nothing is free. The prices are advantageous if you come to sightseeing around, but there is nothing interesting to do in the same residence.

Great place near Annecy (around 30 mins drive). Wifi isn't great and the mobile phone reception isn't too good either. Other than that nicely located with lovely views. Theres a beach (at the lake) at around 7 mins drive.

Very nice rooms, compact with everything you need. Very clean swimming pools. Would 100% recommended for people who want to have a call vacation with beautiful places to visit.

So I'm going to be very clear: we booked for 6 and when we arrived we found the setting really top. The apartment clean and spacious and the residence really nice. Not bad anyway. Well we dealt with a staff a little to the West sometimes … but it passed. Not the only downside is the anthipatie of the landlady. We ask her if we can open the umbrellas around the pool, she throws us an old reflection "I do not understand there is shadow there and people want to get under the umbrellas! " Ben If you want to just grill your legs in the sun and have your head in the shade it's our problem! No, but it's not true! And then the worst of it was the karaoke night: Usually you never register for this kind of event. But we thought we were going to try it. It was really part of a good intention. But lunch 12 euros for two three chips on a little rusty BBQ (drink not included! ). A table set up to go-fast sort of plastic square table with cutlery and plates and basta. The staff who is behind a kind of bar we do not even know who is seen that they are dressed as we arrive we are not even greeted on we look with the eyes of fried whiting There's just a lady who's going to jail on "I Will Survive" at karaoke and the rest Ben People take pictures of us from their awfully short balconies. We simply cannot offer such a benefit in a framework like this. It was completely absurd. I do not already know a minimum of reception it would have been pretty good.

It is located in a beautiful place, with walking trails. Rooms in good condition. Sometimes there are some flies around, but it's no problem.

Perfect place for a vacation with the family. Close to many sights in the area with a car. Also god starting point for adrenalin junkies — river rafting, paragliding, climbing mountains ect ect.

Quite expensive for the service.

Great place for a vacation, a little further away from crowded places, but still close to all of them.

Quiet beautiful area and relaxing with many and more diversified activities pool golf restaurant is a recommend we return to the birdie thanks al team home.
