Nice location north of Grenoble close to the highway. Building not very harmonious, 70s style despite a nice outdoor pool. Some details of dilapidation outside not worthy of a four star. Excellent welcome. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Good choice for breakfast.

One of the worst 4-stars hotel experience. We chose this hotel, beacuse we wanted to have more comfortable accomodation than typical B&B. We were travelling across Europe, and it was the first place where we didn't get baby cot for our daughter. Attitude of the lady at the reception was clearly not profesional, our impression was that we are disturbing her, I supose that she didn't even read our request for this cot. We came at 9:30 pm. The restaurant was open till 10 pm. We asked if it's still possible to eat something. It was, but we were waiting 1, 5 h for food, with two small kids (2&4 y. O. ) around 11 pm. Both waitresses disappeared, 3 couples just left the restaurant, we finally found one of the waitress and let her know that we don't want dessert anymore. We were offered 3-meals menu in one price, but during the check-out we found out that they wanted to charge us extra for the dessert!
The room was very small (it was supposed to be premium), dirty, main bed was broken, my husband had to fix it, luckily he was able, because I don't want to think how long we would wait for the service, kids got very old and dirty blankets.
I don't recommend this hotel at all.

It's a great hotel. Pool, good was milk and coffee and there are such small and very interesting lizards.

Great hotel will definitely use again. Although not on the “main” road and we had to double back to continue our journey the next day it was definitely worth a stop for the views alone. Rooms are, as most people have said, a little dated (though could be different in the other part of the hotel? ) but it didn’t impact the quality of the stay. Food was good, though we arrived late so there wasn’t many options left on the menus. Also although states on some of the booking apps room service isn’t available all week. Breakfast was the usual small buffet affair though nice quality. Good parking considering we travel a lot so drive a very large truck. Small outside pool (we didn’t use it) was clean.

Great structure, surrounded by greenery, for the passing stop, coming from Spain.
Available for free outdoor parking.
Rooms are comfortable for even 4 adults, because the sofa consists of two beds, one of which can be removable.
Comfortable mattresses and pillows.
Breakfast also outdoors with quality products in the style of Novotel. Only note on the temperature of the gaufres and crepes (cold), which was necessary to heat with slowing of the tail at the buffet at peak times. The taste of crepes is not piacouto (packaged? ). The rest ok!

There are better, staf supper friendly pool is good, afther 2 days I found out how to log in on the free Wi-Fi.

No better way to relax and cool down after driving in 40 degrees on France's busiest traffic day than a dip in a pool with mountain views. Luckily you can do that here! OK the pool is small and busy but it does the job. This is essentially an upmarket budget hotel with a few nice touches that you don't get at Première Classe etc. Spacious, comfortable rooms, a nice bar (did not try the restaurant) and a nice, large green area outside. But the selling point is clearly that pool and the views!

A nice hotel just outside Grenoble. The service is great, as are the rooms. Most of the staff speak good English. The food could have been better.

I stayed two nights in this hotel, I was very well received when I arrived. The hotel is very well maintained. My room was very spacious, properly equipped although a plug next to the bed would have been more convenient. I found it clean tidy nothing to complain about. As for the bathroom itself, it is also spacious and clean. The room looks well insulated as I did not hear any noise during the night just the ventilation of the toilets and the bathroom but with the doors closed I almost heard nothing. I have dinner my first night at the restaurant nothing to complain, correct price, friendly waiters and listening. The food was good and the products seemed fresh. Regarding the breakfast, the choice is varied the products and the bread are also fresh. Unfortunately I was not able to enjoy the terrace of the Park and the pool given the disastrous weather but for this the hotel is not there for nothing.

Bit old, but nice. Room service, is pretty sweet. Good food. Bathroom is really modern compared to the bedroom.

I stayed here for the second time passing through from Spain. Nice hotel but old. For night Excellent. Restaurant-Cook delicious, but the girl-the waitress alone, but well done! Friendly! Copes! ) ).

Reatuarant rubbish. Had a drink in the bar. Lovely Macon Village. Went to restaurant at 8-45 aT 9 am manageress came to take order and we asked for a bottle of the Macon Village. First she said ok, then came back and said it was only by the glass until I showed her the wine list which clearly showed 26 Euros a bottle. Then she said it was only for the bar then when I insisted she said they didn’t have any of that wine until I explained we had just been drinking it so then she said she had run out. It was now 9-15 so we walked out. Fortunately we had a good lunch en route plus a bottle of cold wine in the car nd some energy bars. My advice Take your own food or get another hotel.

Nice hotel, good restaurant. A bit far from Grenoble, which is not necessarily a problem except in days of huge trafic jams.

Very good reception the room is very good for staying there a night or two.

I spent one night in this Novotel and I have to say it is consistent with others.
The staff are helpful and available.
The breakfast is in the form of a continental buffet and well furnished.
Like all these great hotels…
There are a lot of people at that time but the efficiency of the staff quickly fills this inconvenience.
A small downside however… it is the old room (bathroom, toilet…)
You can not say that it is a high standard 4 stars…
A refreshment would be good.
This is my first stay in these places and I think I will be glad to return.

Room OK. Friendly staff, but english language was difficult. Also the Room service entered the Room 3 days in a row, while the hanger was applied. If the hanger is out, please respect my choice, Not to have my privacy disrupted.

Nice and helpful staff, but facilities are quite old.

Passing on the winter sports road, the hotel is very well located, easy to access in a quiet area.
In addition, entertainment for my children is planned.

A little bit need of restoration but nice rooms, good service and an excellent breakfast.

Arrived around 1pm the service was a bit long.
The food in the dish of the day is correct and well presented.
Here you can make a dish of the day — gourmet coffee for 14 euros at lunch, during the week.

Only one member of staff on duty so no bar, no restaurant etc.

Objectively it is necessary to modernize or refresh the places because the building ages poorly! We all agree on that. There are still positive points: first of all with the staff who are welcoming for my unique visit well received, the mountain Panorama Nice to look at and the strategic location of the hotel which allows a break before continuing to discover our beautiful region. After all, it's not so bad, you eat, you wash and you sleep… If you want more you have to choose a luxury hotel with benefits…

Quiet Hotel on the outskirts of Grenoble. Good location for a visit to the Natural Park of La Gran Cartuja. Typical Novotel room in which we stayed 2 adults and 2 children making night back to Spain. Large and free Parking.

Not bad, the staff very friendly and breakfast with quality products, especially the teas (Kusmi, Love), jams, yogurts, pastries, pastries, accompanied by good espresso. Maybe less variety in what a salty breakfast is located in other places, but anyway more than enough. The rooms not very large but suitable size for a family with two teenagers. Of the garden we could not enjoy the time of year but surely in summer a real enjoyment, as parents can enjoy a drink while their children swim in the pool in sight. Perhaps highlighting the strong smell everywhere to a perfume reminiscent of freshly cut wood somewhat excessive. The building is somewhat old but it has been given a good face wash in the most necessary things, the effect is nice.

Rooms and restaurant are great. But in the middle of nowhere… if you want to go out at night you need 20 min to grenoble downtown.

Good location near the Hotel Very nice view of the mountains. Comfortable and large room with sofa, very clean. But the weather seems to be hung by some details. Carpet, key ect. Quick service, the staff is a little lost and seems eager to dine to finish his service. Very professional home.

A little bit expensive for the quality offered. Meeting rooms are old fashion and would need an update.

Definitely overrated structure it is not possible to define a 4 star hotel with the rooms ' 80 to avoid…

A Fnaim meeting! The opportunity to discover this place. The setting is superb. The welcome lives up to our expectations and the aperitif dinner at the top!

Great place to stay at over night! Breakfast is really yummy. The pool is nice but it's cold and not open all year round! Staff is friendly.

Good sized rooms. Not too noisy. Fast free Wi-Fi. Has a good restaurant that serves nice food. Breakfast is good too. Lots of on site parking, easy to find off motorway. Rooms have bluetooth speakers provided also which is a nice touch.

Nice hotel, rooms suffice for our family of four. Bar closes a bit early at 24:00, Staff can't handle the crowd at peak times during breakfast. Good proces and availabilty of rooms, free breakfast for kids.

Lovely staff and lovely setting. The pool looked very inviting if you were to visit in the summer time. A taxi into Grenoble will cost around 80 euros each way so driving is really the best option.

Somewhat deprecated smells etsprechen on the reception, situated outside of the city. Room not more zeitgemess, great good lüfung too loud unfortunately.
