Motel has the American, good value for money, poorly soundproofed between rooms. Good French breakfast. Rooms small but the main thing is there. Clean.

Comfortable bed, clean room, decent bathroom, friendly staff. The only downside is soundproofing because you hear the people next door talking, but when you have respectful neighbors it's not a real concern.

Very small room, no soundproofing: You hear everything that happens in the parking lot and on the stairs.
Big big problem with hot water! There is only cold water in this hotel! Unacceptable! When I report it to the reception they say to me: "The plumber arrives, we have broken down since yesterday afternoon".
And when I told him that I'm not the only one to complain by showing him the different opinions on Google the hostess didn't know what to say.
I asked to speak to the boss of the establishment: "It appèlera you in the afternoon". Call I never received.

Really very clean, good breakfast with choice, poor sound insulation but considering the price this hotel is very good! The managers are very welcoming.

Small rooms, but very clean and well equipped Management is great! Great value for money. Outside appearance is not up to the inside standards. This hotel is much better than it appears from the outside.

Bed much too large, only remains 23 cm between the walls to the right and to the left. Difficult to lie down and I pity the maid.

Value for money, nothing to complain about. But as the price, everything is small, especially the shower. The bedding is good, and the croissants too.

Telephone Service non-existent on Saturday 31 March afternoon no hot water on April 1st at 7:00 am so no shower and wash and shave in cold water. Compelled to insist that they not send me to the first floor while the rooms on the DRC are empty. Unfortunately Albertville is in construction so after 7am of road it took me an extra hour to finally find the hotel suite with barred roads and bypass.

Very good value for money, best in France for me, I hope your rates will remain the same despite the very positive opinions, thanks to you.

Stayed there for a night on our way from Megeve to Tignes and it had everything you need after a long day of working. A shower (hot water! haha which is the most important in winter) a simple but clean and cozy room with a bed, a tv, towels, shampoo etc… Good value for money!

Remarks about the places and not the staff (welcoming and pro) very very average room.
No sound but really bad (objectively).
I had a room next to the stairs, I had the impression that the building would yield… Same for the person above me, "cigarette leaf" ceiling. At every step it creaks and cracks, etc… Electric Radiator way Toast and the last century eh.
Washbasin which is actually a hand wash, it must make max a small 30cm wide… 30 years to have hot water… I pass on the impracticable toilet, except for the children…
First and last time in this hotel chain. For 50€ with breakfast I did not expect a starry but not, definitely too expensive as to the quality of the premises.
The staff is very pro and friendly. The worries clearly does not come from the human but from the infrastructure completely to the pick-up…

Perfect bedding but no hot water neither in the evening nor in the morning! Hotel in the air and noisy. Too bad because the price is correct. Breakfast.

In the two rented rooms, the heating was not working, the hot water was absent in the middle of February there was also no possibility to have breakfast at 7 in the morning.
It is to wonder why this property still bears the name of hotel.

Enclosed the comment posted on Booking: I had already spent 1 night in this hotel, no surprises (service meets expectations for a low cost) ; I regretted to be returned: condition of the room very average (radiator in very bad condition, water just lukewarm in the middle of winter, TV screen striped, no soundproofing…). In short everything but comfort! So avoid.

Very nice hotel and good room. Clean and everything you need was there. Really recomandable and we def will come back. Breakfast was very poor it was only sweet we got. We do not like this so much only jam, honey and nutella on our bread. Maybe you can add an egg or ham to make it comfortable for everybody. TIP : Try to learn english we do not all speek frensh and be open later than 21.00 hours.

The rooms have just been modernized which is very good but the soundproofing has been forgotten. Breakfast is minimalist. The hotel is one of the cheapest this shows.

Small room that stinks of cold tobacco. Shower water not very hot. Too noisy you hear floors squeak when someone walks over. Bulkheads too thin and you can hear the neighbor who snores. Too expensive for service.

Left the key on the inside table since we didn't know where else to leave it… we went out at 6:00 cause appointment.

The hotel is located just 100 metres from the Olympic Hall. It is an ideal location.

Very very small hotel but pretty tidy inside. Wi-Fi was strong enough. Downfall area and outside area is a bit shabby.

Hotel Nice, good location. TV with cable and wii fi nice. Unfortunately, a lot of moisture, a shower without true Lac shower that makes that one instantly floods the bathroom and bathroom really tiny. In short, fairly good value, a very warm welcome and ideal for small budget.

Negative: Too small room. Still wet towel was the lack of ventilation. Big problem of nuisance. A if low price does not justify this provision which leaves really desired.

For the second stay at this hotel, we are faced with the same problem of booking: neither the booking number, or our name allows us to retrieve the keys to our 2 rooms. The person contacted at the emergency number displays an incorrect attitude: literally it tells us "do you feel happy that I'm down" and "there don't care about our problem". And threatening to not give us the keys! That's when I ask him if I have to call the police that it is running. We were four adults and we wondered if he had been drinking or smoking?
"The next morning my wife by making the keys at the reception asking to speak to management to express our strong dissatisfaction: the woman at the desk he means she ' wasn't there last night" and she can't back anything to the hotel management!
Is it because this is the period of winter holidays and that the hotel is full employees to allow themselves to be unpleasant or even incorrect with customers? or is the usual attitude of this business?

Very good quality/price ratio. We do not expect anything for so little.

Very bad general hygiene. Hairs on the sdb, wc, shower walls. Shabby household. Very noisy, room sad and suffocating. I not the Council a better person worth fall back to some euros more a hotel etap.

If you can book at etap the quality is far superior. The room was very small and very cold. No restaurants nearby.
