A magical place, a welcome to the small treatment, a splendid view, the spa is delightful and the massages at the top!
We were with family and had a nice time!
Being a regular of the place, I highly recommend it!

dinner outdoors or indoor in front of the original fireplace (800 years old) leaves a good memory
ideal for a weekend or a stopover.

Amazing castle started in 1217. Rooms in main castle or dependent buildings. One Michelin Star restaurant and the Star well earned. Extensive manicured grounds, and surrounded by grape vines.

A fairy tale experience. Perfect in every way. Surpassed all expectations.

To start I would like to stay that our two meals at the chateau along with our spa appointment were great and those employees were spectacular. Our stay at the hotel and the experience we had with the hotel management was incredibly disappointing and if it wasnt for the meals and spa we would be giving a one star review. We stayed at the chateau for two nights at the end of a long trip to France. We were using it as a way to really relax before going back home. Unfortunately our first night there was an absolute nightmare. There was construction going on outside our hotel room of setting up a tent and putting up lights that kept us up past two in the morning. We got back from dinner around 1030 and immediately noticed the people working directly outside our room because it was extremely loud and extremely bright with the ten lit up and spotlights on so they could work at night. We thought that it must be ending soon and because of the temperature had to keep the windows open or it would get extremely hot. After two hours of loud working and bright lights we called the night manager who called us back and told us it would be over in 15 minutes. It went on until two oclock in the morning. Mind you this isnt a hotel in a city where night work is out of the hotels control this is supposed to be a peaceful chateau in paradise and there is literally ladders sliding across wood floors banging loud talking and bright lights until 2 am.

Castle is beautiful and landscapes are amazing, but the service is terrible, stuff is sloppy and unkind, for the price and the place they should have and outstanding service which is absolutely not the case. Not happy with the experience.

Really special experience. Great for one or two nights away. Hotel is very well maintained and does a good job mixing old world charm with modern amenities. Staff were all very friendly and helpful but they seemed a bit short handed at times, especially during breakfast. Views from the Chateau were incredible and the grounds were very beautiful.

Absolutely amazing place! We came here for my wife's birthday (thanks her for choosing this place) and didn't regret. If you would like to feel the atmosphere of 18th century come here! the garden is amazing! The rooms and decorations are awesome and unique. The rooms are very large and comfortable. Initially you might think that it could be boring but not. We were walking up at 7 to enjoy as much as possible. All the photos made by my wife on spot! The staff is also amazing and helpful! It if worth to say that we were with baby (1.5 years old) and the staff was very kind and provided everything we demended. The food is also very delicious! total absence of negative :)

Castle only visited during a stroll but the place is amazing! Magical view, beautiful building with beautiful garden, spa and indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Lunch Week is affordable (menu for €32), I'll be back!

Impeccable Service, delicious delicacies. A real treat for taste buds! Nothing to say, I had a great time for my birthday! Thanks to the whole team! I would recommend this restaurant without hesitation and I would come back with great pleasure!

Beautiful setting, stunning dinner, perfect room but sorely lacking in qualified staff… Person at the SPA to inquire, aperitif shipped by a server that has no more experience than card to propose, split glasses… Unfortunately not at the height of a 5 stars. All that's missing is to make it an extraordinary place!

Beautiful Castle and restaurant. The gardens are beautiful. Flat about the restaurant that makes us wait a lot between each dish… we had to wait up to 45 mins between two dishes. Otherwise it's delicious.

The rather deplorable service kills the myth!
I was at the castle young and I remembered it as a mythical place. The place is! But the service is deplorable and absolutely not up to the 5 or the price of the stay. Besides the sommelier and a waitress, the rest of the staff is either totally inexperienced, overwhelmed or I don't care. I asked to change rooms (we were in the flowery just next to the boiler and it was unbearable heat! ) — they never called me back. They never confirmed the reserved activities, I had to follow up. No flexibility on anything and an inadequate reaction when I expressed that the stay was "it's okay"
The indoor spa/pool is small.
In short of a memorable memory 10 years ago I still taste a disappointment. While you have a diamond in your hands! Too bad…

We had a great time. All in a beautiful setting, a kitchen wanted, tasty with a lot of work on the plate and in the agreement of the flavors. Only downside the service (at their disposal the butler was on vacation but still) and the bad condition of the maps. Otherwise great restaurant.

New Year's Eve dinner. Excellent table, everything was perfect. Quality Service, a perfectly finished kitchen, the chef is really up to par, he was kind enough to move to our table. A very exceptional setting, which gave a special ambiance. Indeed we were placed under the canopy in the inner courtyard where there was a gentle warmth, in spite of the cold outside. A party that will leave a good memory, for sure.

Restaurant tested during a christmas meal with colleagues. Nice kitchen. Portions a little small, but ultimately adequate. Choice of wines, very disappointing. Setting of the restaurant very beautiful and pretty quiet. Service neat. A test for the hotel part… but this is not in my rates!

A picturesque place, an amazing landscape. Delicious and beautifully fed.

Lovely castle, beautiful views, vineyards Around. Small village, Everything is clean and tidy. A couple of km from the winery, where you can taste local wines, buy a Favorite. The kitchen is beautiful, one Mishlenovskaja star received in 2017 confirms this fact.

Very nice Chateau in the Beaujolais hillside, very Accommodating to our young children, castle grounds and the room were beautiful.

Above all, the Castle is beautiful and it is a place that is particularly fond of with my husband to have lunches and dinners there many times.
On the other hand, this is the first time we have stayed there this weekend.
I'm not hiding our disappointment.
The suite we occupied was superb but not air-conditioned.
We have of course opened all the windows in the living room as well as our room.
The one in our room overlooked the inner courtyard where breakfast is served.
Therefore there was no air and we got hot.
Despite the open windows of the living room where it was cool this was not enough to refresh our room with the door wide open.
No hairdryer. My husband asked for it, of course, but it came too late. We had come down to have breakfast and found out when we got back.
We never drink coffee, a kettle with tea and herbal teas available would have been nice.
We had an aperitif with friends and it was time to order a second bottle, there were no waiters.
The chef is exceptional.
Its dishes are succulent and the products of pity quality that this does not always follow in terms of service.
Not always servers when you need something.
Our biggest disappointment was at breakfast.
Arriving at 9.45am there was not much left at the buffet level so you can take it until 10.30am.
It took most of the time to ask if you wanted something.

Top in all ways. Restaurant, spa, the place. All is perfect!

Fabulous place our 5th visit rooms well appointed in this 800 year old chateau it also has a very modern addition and a Michelin star for the food. The views of the countryside from the dining terrace are wonderful.

Castle / Hotel very fine to 1 hour from Lyon.

Great place! We are family with our girls of 2 years and 6 years it was unforgettable. A wonderful spacious rooms and a very nice spa after 5 hours away. We'll be back!

The castle-hotel has the most magnificent of France, revised rate declining this year (260 euros/1 night. Book on the net. Lunch menu during the week to 28 euros. The dream exocer.
It's worth a look widely.
