Very nice hotel with a beautiful design and atmosphere. Great bar and solid breakfast. The location is quite far from everything and the extra charge for the car is ridiculous. Apart from that a good recommendation near Cannes.

Absolutely loved it here. Great location for walking to the beach or nearby restaurants, just through the pool area to a convenient river walk straight to the beach. I appreciated that there was a wayfinding sign visible from the bus stop since I took a bus from the rail station in Cannes (though I think the sign is for drivers, it just happened to be helpful for me too). Some past reviews had me a little worried about room cleanliness but I thought my room was clean. Friendly staff. Good food and drinks. My original plan was to only stay in Nice with friends for a few days, but I later added an extra 2-3 days solo at this hotel. I wish I had stayed here in the first place and will likely come back to use more of the services and amenities they have. My only complaint is the carpets — odd choice of flooring in my opinion, and always make any place seem dirtier just thinking about what’s caught up in that piling…

We are a family of three (with 8 year old child) and found this hotel last minute online. We were on a driving holiday through southern France and decided to stop here for a couple of nights. WOW! Everything was amazing except some cleaning attention should be paid to the pool. We had such an incredible time at Casarose that we extended our stay by a further two days. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the food, the atmosphere, the location and staff were very welcoming and friendly. The whole experience were first class. We highly recommend!

Stylish and functional resort. Great balance of price, quality and service. The interiors are inspired by the magic '60s, but nothing is overdone. The furniture is minimalist but functional, rooms are large and beds confortable.
The structure is generally very clean.
The outside facilities are well integrated with the overall style: everything from the facade colorful paints to the tables layout and furniture add up together to leave an impression of a well thought project.
Personnel is kind and professional.
Swimming pool is small but reasonably enjoyable.
Price to performance is very competitive for the standards of the region.
In-house restaurant and drinks are a bit on the expensive side though: food qulity is very good but the bill will soar up quite fast.
There are cheaper and good alternatives in town.
This could be the only remark for an otherwise very attractive proposition.

This is the best hotel in the south of France! I’m here from California for a few weeks as I wanted to spend some time in the south of France. The hotel is under a new ownership they just did the big opening in July. The positive energy, the costumer service, the food, the cocktails and the rooms are incredible. There is a nice pool as well. What I love the most is every little details. The concept is the 70’s in California so you will feel being back in time in a city like Palm spring. This place is very close to Cannes and Nice … this colorful hotel is 5 minutes walking distance from the beach which was perfect and it’s right in front of a beautiful canal where you can rent a boat or walk along the promenade. The hotel also have bikes. Thank you again!

Worth experience ever!
Very bad service, you have to wait 15 minutes for a glass of wine, and when they’ll bring it to you, it’s like it’s for free… not even napkins!
Same breakfast every single day! Not one single vegetable!

Quiet, clean hotel with large rooms and great pool!
Can only report good news from the hotel.
Quiet, clean, large rooms and also the bathroom was without defects.
Large garden with wide sunbathing areas and a beautiful pool, loungers are sufficiently available.
Free parking!

The breakfast buffet could be a little bigger. What I was missing was a larger cheese platter as well as scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon. But there are different types of bread, very tasty baguette, confectionery, honey, butter, egg, muesli, 2 types of sausage, 1 open cheese and a cheese type, fruit salad, orange juice, yoghurt as well as croissant and other cakes such as chocolate croissant. Everything is always refilled.
Of course, there is also tea, milk and coffee. I have certainly forgotten something, but it should only be a brief overview.
The breakfast is rich, but since I personally miss the above listed things, I only forgive 3.8 out of 5 stars for it.

All in all, I would very much recommend the hotel, as everything is clean, the rooms are nicely large and the hotel is very nicely quiet in the green.
Also staff is very helpful and friendly, it is even spoken in German.

I was there for six days in May 2017. The rooms are very clean, also the large bed (about 1, 90 x 1, 90cm) had a very good mattress, the furniture is not used to and even the safe in the room worked. The bathroom was shiny clean, you just have to write this that way because it was.
From the nearby airport is only very rarely ever to hear something, the hotel is very quiet and really suitable for relaxing. The only thing you hear with open windows is sometimes a few waterfowl.
All in all, however, the hotel is very quiet and has a very well-maintained garden layout with large sunbathing areas and sun chairs, a beautiful pool is also available. Very nice ladies at the reception who speak German.
The only drawback of the hotel is that you should have a car, as the bus stop to Cannes is about 12-14 minutes away and the sea is only about a 10-13 minute walk away. There are plenty of parking spaces there. But then begins a free large sandy beach, which is also suitable for children.
Verdict: I will come back to this hotel when I travel to this area in the next few years as it is a very good hotel for this price location and has a good location as it is easy to find and reach by car from anywhere, with free secure parking in the hotel complex.
No matter what others write here, I can only recommend this hotel, as the room and other rooms were wonderful with me.

Service excellent, cleanliness a little less. Very nice for any type of traveler. Swimming pool, gym, tennis court, ping pong table, and very nice basketball basket.

Super hotel. Room nice and good breakfast. Staff friendly.

Hotel close to the centre, very nice staff, convenient parking. However the rooms although large and with a nice view very nice, are a bit old and not very secluded (noise from the restaurant). Breakfast, although off season, is always at the same price for less choice than advertised… The gym is a real plus. Could not test the pool (closed) and the restaurant (private evenings on the days when we were available to eat there).

A quiet place in the green. The comfort of the rooms is standard for the ranking of the hotel. The reception is very good. Prices are adequate.
