I've stayed here on 3 occasions now — twice in recent years, and once many years ago. Always a pleasant welcome. The hotel has good parking, a nice reception space, bar and restaurant and the rooms are comfortable. On my most recent visit I tried the new 'tapas' menu and was suitably impressed with both speed of service and the quality of the food. My only criticism would be that the breakfast is a little limited. I wouldn't hesitate to return again.

Short but good stay at the Safari Hotel, run by Epicurean Traveler Coralie and her parents, talented decorator mom and father as a knowledgeable technician. Looking forward to coming home on our next visit to carpentras

Very nice hotel, a pity that you quickly feel the tensions between the staff /boss on arrival. Smell of sewers in the rooms because the water did not flow the previous 2 days, as the answer "the housekeeper should have run the water". Very good food but regretful not to find a dish for less than 25 euros in the evening. As for the next day noon, no catering on offer, we wanted to enjoy a bit of the pool but we were kicked out in the early afternoon while the hotel was at that time empty. Shame.

This hotel is amazing: presidential suite, bathroom of the future, little lights on the ceiling that make you dream, very nice staff at the top, and the pool in addition! I say next year for the Kolorz 2019

I recommend this hotel from every point of view. The welcome is professional and smiling. A hotel where you feel at home with a neat décor. Acid colors, cushions and umbrellas around the patio and pool. We're happy to have lunch there. We even enjoy it. Very nice.

I highly recommend this hotel and its restaurant for its fresh and quality cuisine, modern décor and pleasant rooms. The staff are pro and friendly, the property very clean. A varied and quality breakfast.

A beautifully decorated reception and courtyard. Unfortunately, the room is a bit bleak.

Small downside, I was very cold the first night but the staff reacted for the second night with an extra heating.

The +: The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, spacious.
The —: The deplorable reception, we were received by an employee just polite, asking us to the "stolen" if we were the "MEX" I imagine booking American Express. We ask to be able to enjoy the rooms on our arrival at 12:00, categorical refusal on the pretext that it is stipulated from the reservation that the rooms are only available at 15:00. We had to keep with us our sensitive professional material. The hotel was almost empty. I do not recommend this property because of the welcome.

Even trying to be nice, it's hard to find a few good things. The Deco can be?

I went down to this hotel last week, on my arrival a charming and lovable young woman greets me. The service is normal.
There's an elevator. My room is on the second floor.
The room is very clean, spacious and well decorated. The TV works and the bathroom and clean and big.
Very quiet hallway at night. The person at the reception at night is also very friendly.
Very good stay in any case and the price is very respectable.

For a professional stay I booked 2 nights, welcome in a family spirit, spacious room for the price.
Ultra clean, comfortable, soundproof. A well windowsed room (with Windows opening. ) on a small terrace. Breakfast was very good Contemporary dining room with a bar that offers plenty of small wine from the area.

Meals exellent Personal.

To avoid absolutely the most the hotel is the swimming pool the setting is pretty some small details the door of my room which is swollen so I had to slam it very hard.
I reported it to the front desk and that irritated I tell him.
The limestone on the shower head I did not say anything it's a detail.
I paid 230 euros for 2 nights normally I could stay in the room until noon but the manager my phoned to leave my room exceptionally at 11am with with an aggressiveness.
I arrived on Friday the parking was empty it seems to me that we were only 3 in the hotel.
Saturday ditto and when I left on Sunday the same thing.
I never write any opinion about the establishments that I dislike I nor return anymore and it is over normally but the I felt like an intruder.
Really the establishment has potential but must change the direction and profession.

Friendly welcome, a hotel that I hastened to advise to my entourage. Too bad the restaurant is closed on weekends. The services offered are correct and the staff are attentive to the needs of each one. A good address.

Bad! Enter the lobby and you'll hear that if you don't know French you have to stay in Italy. And I don't add the rest. Bad.

A crap and treated like bits Xche didn't know French but only English.

Once more a great stay. Nice rooms, delicious dinner and perfect service!

Very nice restaurant, nice atmosphere and excellent cuisine. The taste buds are amazed, a very good reception also the staff. To test really! In addition, the course of the summer is splendid, it is like being at the beach.

Hotel pretentious, nice deco but the quality of the materials and the service is approximate… overheated room and lift cold, rusted shower, full parking forced to park outside, room service not up to scratch, disappointed short.

There are the great Mathias Mathias, awesome, family.

Positives: the design is successful, the staff is welcoming. Junior suite 3 persons is spacious and well equipped.
Negatives: the pool is not heated, the tongues and the cap of a pod of drops of the previous visitor under the bed.

Unpleasant by its Manager. There is some who aren't, especially to a grieving family who traveled 500 kilometers… She made us pay an extra day because of a story it takes to cancel before 6 pm THE day BEFORE! Not very nice to exclude a gesture of goodwill for our special case.

I went there 2-3 years ago. Tonight, I find wanting to book the Manager still requires a full number of CB, and above all, when I try to find a solution with it, responds very unpleasantly.
This is the 2nd and last time that I talk with this lady who ensures all alone a mediocre reputation to a place that, without it, could become enjoyable.
Too bad. There are several very welcoming guest rooms within a 10 minute radius (mill of the Quenin, closed the Marzes…). Drop this hotel.
