Superb setting, very nice hotel, beautiful view (although the time it did not enjoy), a very nice restaurant. We enjoyed the dinner and the enthusiasm of the head that is found in the plates. A few small caveats, however: About the hotel: Room is beautiful and a little sad, poorly-equipped (nothing to put his personal affairs) despite its size comfortable. We propose verbally a range of tea / organic herbal teas with Lavender, Thyme, … that can't be found then at breakfast. A detailed map for the service room would be welcome. Upon our arrival, we were kindly asked what we wanted for our breakfast, the next day, half of them had been forgotten, scrambled eggs and bacon served without cutlery suitable. The shower products were not renewed, from one night to the other. We had booked a Room with a balcony, to which access was impossible: it being locked. What we reported in the evening of our arrival but that has not been processed by the suite. We also indicate in the receipt that my fiance is allergic to nuts, chips to nuts and we were served the next day. Regarding the restaurant: we spent a very good moment but we've been surprised in the cost, in our view, excessive a supplement cheese. A hotel service somewhat approximate to a 4*, a shame because the place is idyllic. Although the school is new, the service must be at the height of the tariff and the service that is offered on the internet. We will be back when everything will be well-honed and wish you an excellent continuation.
