Hotel super well located, lovely staff, jacuzzi pool area etc…
Great hotel in general. I highly recommend.

Large and clean room (No. 109 sea views) within easy reach of restaurants and bars. Available paid parking (if you are lucky you can find parking for the night in the adjacent blue area with strange free parking meters).

Positive point for the location, but a stay from August 12 to August 18 marred by demolition work carried out in the hotel, during the period from July 31 to August 20, 2018.
Awakened every morning with stinging hammers, drills, so on and the best.
A lock that didn't work on the second day, impossible to get into the room.
And air conditioning that didn't work one night. Required to notify the person at the reception in the middle of the night, to intervene.
Too bad the manager decided to do this work at the best tourist period, namely at the beginning of August!

Don't expect privacy in your room if you stay on the 1st floor, overlooking the harbour (the sea), unless you have the curtains closed all the time. You overlook the old port and therefore, on the most used street in the city by passers-by.

Nice little Hotel in a great position on the port. Great views, and a fabulous, although small, pool area with a lovely hot tub. We had the Junior Suite which was lovely. The maid service was excellent, the room was spotless. I I had to choose a negative, it would be that the fridge in the room wasn’t quite cold enough. Other than that it was perfect. All of the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. Just lovely!

For 3 stars is a very nice hotel. Rooms overlooking the sea, own underground parking (12 euros per night), adequate room rates, polite staff, rooftop pool (1.5m), Jacuzzi, sauna and gym (the room is weak). The rooms are clean, large, with a separate toilet from the shower. There is everything you need, the truth is the shower gel is not very high quality. You can order breakfast for 16 euros. There is a room service. Comfortable climate control and a comfortable mattress.
It's a 10-minute walk from the hotel to the beach. And from the entrance begins the embankment, where in the evening you can walk, go to one of the restaurants, look at the yachts or buy a trifle on the flea market. Recommend!

Very clean hotel, great location on the Port, amazing roof deck and pool with a very secure and safe parking garage. Checking in was flawless, and the staff were extremely friendly. The room was immaculate and the bed was wonderfully comfortable… Had the best nights rest I've had in a while!

The rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast buffet is very good. On the other hand the equipment and infrastructures are ageing, pools/SPA/Jacuzzi etc would ask to be renewed or better maintained. Some welcome people should be better trained to smile and to the customer's reception. I recommend anyway for the positioning at the old port and the standing of the rooms.

We stayed there for three days with my partner and we are delighted.
The staff is very attentive and very professional.
The room is splendid, large bed very comfortable, bathroom very large, not to mention the infinity pool on the roof with a view of the harbor and the heated jacuzzi accompanied by Transat.
Feel free to book you will not be disappointed.

I keep on going back to Best Western as this is the best property available in this small growing city with best waterfront view. If you are lucky then you may get a waterfront facing room with a balcony where in you can have your evening cuppa provided weather permits. They serve breakfast but don't have a restaurant yet but you don't feel the shortcoming as you have plenty of options around within walking distance to choose from with option of burgers to fine dining.

Great location, friendly staff, decent accommodations. It's a bit off the rooms don't have carpet or hardwood, seems like some type of plastic floor, but I got used to it. I would not say they have a fitness center, the equipment is more like low quality home gym gear, and they only have a bike, very low end elliptical, pull up bar, and a row machine.

Very nice hotel. Room are spacious, well furnished and clean. Good choice for the breakfast. Very, super weak Wi-Fi. Fitness access very limited, closing at 9pm.

Hotel is nice, very nicely located in front of the harbor. The rooms are large and I had a good view from the window. Breakfast is OK, but not great. I really don't like the flooring which is made with a special fabric, but it's definitely not an easy task to keep it clean. Overall I enjoyed the stay and will likely go back.

Ideal location But in return pay attention to the parking if you do not take the parking of the hotel: impound insured on the market days…
It would be good if the hotel warned its customers of this risk.
Otherwise, excellent quality hotel with a rooftop pool.

We come every year in July to spend a weekend in this beautiful city. The hotel is great, big hit for the rooftop pool! The breakfasts are at the top (10 €/person), the choice is large and varied, whether sweet or salty. The reception is nice and the rooms spacious, very nice.

From the telephone reception for the reservation until the perfect departure. We'll come back with pleasure. Wow the space and comfort of the room and a very varied and delicious breakfast. See you soon.

Lovely location overlooking the old port. On the roof is an infinity pool where you could swim whilst looking at the expensive yachts. Rooms are well appointed nice pictures and a shower that works well. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only minor issue is double glazing isn't great so you can hear the outside world as it wakes up.

I found the staff very helpful, the breakfast had a wide selection of healthy foods and the room was very comfortable.

Spacious and pleasant room, very clean, comfortable bedding, warm welcome, hotel ideally located to discover all the charm of the port and the village of La Ciotat.

Lovely room. Massive bed. Big TV. Lovely balcony with a magnificent view of the harbour. Wasn't cheap but looked like the best in town.

Location, Location, Location… this place has it all, very modern, right by the marina, bars and restaurants, it has everything you would want, love it here.

Just a heads up… Best Western have a policy where they charge your account before your departure/check out to verify your room, but then charge you for the room once you leave and hold the verification amount (the verification amount is the total amount of the room fee for the duration of your stay). The hold is anywhere from 7-14 days for the full amount to be released. The receptionist told me when I checked in that the verification amount would be released the day I checked out (and I asked about it twice). It's them who holds the money, not the bank, I checked… Just think of a week or 2 without your travel allowance when youre not expecting to be charged double? How many of you have an extra couple grand? If I had not have changed my credit card limit before this I'd be in a very bad situation right now… Because I can't get Best Western to release my money… Unacceptable! I would understand if there were damaged or excess extras on room service etc, but there were none of these issues. P. S They said they don't have it in writing anywhere the fact that they hold your verification amount, again I checked. I've been traveling 16 years for a living and NEVER had this before!

If you are looking for a hotel that has great service, location, and clean rooms, this is the place. I stayed for 2 weeks and the receptionists all remembered me and were very helpful. They accommodated my requests and spoke English :) Room service was good and clean daily. Food next door was excellent, the wait staff were very friendly. The only downside is limited parking on the street. So we had to park in the garage. I understand it's good to have great security but was quite annoying to go through the intercom twice.

Very nice view of the port and the sea, even from the interior glass of the bathroom. Hotel renovated with style, very comfortable and welcoming. Full breakfast with salty, pastries and fresh cut pineapple.
The luxury is avoided, because some great rooms, but others small. No products of bath or too light. Lack of external insulation side port. Breakfast too standardized style industrial scrambled eggs.

Good location. Great atmosphere, best access to all he pubs, restaurants, eateries in La Ciotat. Yes!
