Great hôtel, staff friendly, it is very clean.

Great personal hotel at the top very clean and easy to access right in front of St charles train station.

As so often not nearly as beautiful as in the pictures. Room was quite worn out, carpet old, spartan and simply furnished. Directly at the train station, parking situation difficult, so stopping for check-in becomes a stress. Hotel parking limited, best reserved in advance (14 euros) Alternative parking in the underground car park of the train station opposite for about 20 euros (24h) possible. Small outdoor terrace in front of the breakfast room — Breakfast in COVID times so also possible outside — the furniture there, however, already falls apart (patched with adhesive tape, burn holes in the pillows) Our room was located towards the train station, so unfortunately not very quiet. But central location, supermarket, Starbucks, McDonalds etc directly opposite in the train station.

The aesthetic taste of the rooms and the staff speaks Italian. A few steps from the station.

Good breakfast. Also outlets had a USB plugins, A lifesaver for someone who didn't get an American to European power adapter.

Very decent hotel located below the Marseille Saint Charles train station In the same features as the ibis hotel located opposite it. Spacious room for 2 people including a bathroom and a toilet. Room equipped with a chest and a television. Normal standard for a 3-star. On the other hand some air conditioning problems. Staff has a very nice and very helpful welcome. Impeccable breakfast. One complaint, the room can be a little cramped. In short a very decent stay.

I booked this hotel yesterday, looking for various hotels on the web with the required parking feature.
Well arrival in Hotel welcome me and to my question if there is parking confirm me yes, but that first you have to check in.
Perfect I check in take the credit card details and make the preauthorization. At that point the girl tells me that the parking is full, but that I can park in the parking lot of the train station in front.
I say ok having realized that the parking in front was Free or in agreement with the hotel. Not even by dream, in fact it costs 14 euros. In the room the air conditioning dropped from the ceiling and made a noise that did not make me sleep especially that I had to turn it off without using it anymore. At the reception they told me that she was old and that the technician could not intervene until the next day.
In the morning going to pay I complained and the manager offered me a discount for the inconvenience. I tell you that out of 152 euros he took away 12 euros.
I think it was really offensive to me.
I'm sure I'm not going back here or anywhere else in their chain.

3 star for 3 star motel. The staff greet us and we feel welcomed. Always smiling and always willing to help. The room… decent size for an express though a small window. Decent view of Notre Dame though on 5th floor. Bed worn but bedroom clean. Good hairdryer and teamaking facilities but only a couple of teabags… I am British, this was a big deal. The pillows and bedding were good though the pillows were a bit thick. The room was kept cool with a slightly noisy ac. Nothing too bad but sensitive ears might complain. The bathroom was woeful. The soap dispensers hard to operate. No other amenities though you could order them… but they will not bring them to you, you must go down to reception. Second day, bedroom not cleaned well, no teabags.

Two stars only for proximity to train station and rather good breakfast. Otherwise hotel stay was subpar. Beds uncomfortable. Pillows awful. A. C. Was ineffective — room was hotter than outside but road noise meant window could not be left open instead. Shower very slow draining — had to limit shower time and then wait 20 minutes for it to drain before next person used. This is something housekeeping should have found if they cleaned properly. Room was supposedly superior with king bed. Looked just like the pictures of a standard room and bed was a queen size. Room VERY small. Disappointing for holiday inn brand.

Very convenient location right in front of the Saint-Charles train station. Good breakfast, great service. Attentive direction. Some rooms with terrace have a breathtaking view. Parking and outdoor terrace. Reasonable price, great attendance.

Room was nice and well appointed except for the lack of small fridge. All the staff was very friendly. The included breakfast was simple but very good with a variety of food. Parking was good and straight forward once found (the sign is quite high up on the building and difficult to see from the car). It is in a very good location, close to a lot of things.

Central location opposite train station, clean rooms — had a lovely terrace balcony. Friendly helpful staff.

Overall the hotel is pretty good and the staff too but upon our arrival our room was not ready hence the note of 3 but to compensate, he offered us drinks.
Just 2 critical is the dirty tiles in our 2em room and the bathroom door noisy and hard to handle.
But we satisfied our night.

The hotel decoration is really modern. Hotel is located in the very center of the city so very easy to find. The parking fee is a little bit expensive. Marseille seems not so safe when its dark, so we stayed inside hotel for quite long.

The hotel is located right in front of the Saint Charles SNCf train station, and 5 min walk from the University of AixMarseille. It is accessible and suitable for PMR (disabled). On the other hand the doors of the rooms are hard to open since they are fire-cut doors. It's a three-star hotel. It offers a conference room with necessary amenities without more. For the rooms, they have a coffee machine and towels and a dryer and the other accessories (shaving foam…) are available on request.

In all honesty the hotel itself is probably 3-Star BUT the staff was so kind. We booked a room last minute and it all worked out after a miscommunication with a different hotel. If you’re traveling through Marseille for just one night like I did, this is perfect.

We are located in a 3-star hotel. The staff is very friendly. We could communicate in French as well as English.
The entrance area, the hallways and the room were very clean. The cleanliness drawback was the shower. There was a little mold and dark indefinable places in the Klobereich. Likewise, the coffee machines were not in the cleanest state. Mind you, we were the first at the breakfast buffet.
The view of the historical-modern station was very good despite the volume of traffic.
Breakfast was good for being included in the price.
We paid €65 for one night for two people.

Close to the station and to the metro, internal car park, nice staff, that answered all my questions about how to visit the city. Very satisfied.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the old port. Modern. Clean room, good breakfast but not varied enough to my liking, that 2 kinds of cheese for a hotel in France it's little. The staff are friendly. Supermarket right next to the hotel in front of the resort.

The Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good. In the area is not advisable to leave the car, better to use the garage even if the price seems excessive.

Good hotel, 2 steps from Marseilles Station, and two steps from the center, breakfast is not always included, the neighborhood leaves a little to be desired, although we did not have any problems.

All right. It lacked things like wardrobe (wardrobe available) and refrigerator. Own underground parking available, costs 14 €/day. If you are travelling by car, you should book a parking space. Few things could be better, but on the whole it was okay.

This 3-star hotel is not located in the tourist area, and do not have an environment especially suitable for a stroll, especially at night, but its location in front of the Station Saint Charles, and 400m from where it ends the A7 motorway, make it highly recommended for anyone travelling by train or car. If you are going by car, the hotel has a garage for payment, which allows us to move around the city by metro which is just in front, right in the station Saint Charles. And is that the traffic in Marseille is terrifying. The hotel is correct, clean, simple in its decor but fairly well equipped, although I do miss the bidet in the bathroom. The staff is friendly. The breakfast buffet is not bad, but there are much better.

Very nice spot just across the street from the train station. Nice clean rooms, friendly staff. This place was just what my family needed after a long day of travel. Breakfast in the morning and off to catch the cruise ship.

Perfect for staying the night if you're departing early the next day either by train, bus or even plane. The neighborhood at nighttime is not cozy but the facility is more than good. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi.

Perfect for arriving by eurostar, as its opposite station. Staff excellent, and rooms spacious. Port is 15 minutes walk, downhill! Location at night could be seen as a little unnerving with small groups of homeless but no problems during 5 day visit I would definitely use this hotel again.

Bad surprise… room 304… no shower cubicle, panelled HS, unable to connect to the internet… and not taking is less than 10 m of the bed… AC who vrombie at 3 in the morning…

Pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was in this hotel. No restaurant (just snacks and drinks) available in the hotel. But maybe that's what the "express" means. I've no idea, so I can't knock it too hard for that. Very clean, no cause for concern. We got the parking option included in the price and that was pretty nice because traffic and parking in Marseille in this particular area didn't seem like the greatest. Overall. Not bad at all.

If one has luck, get a room with a panoramic view on Marseille and also a little sea can be seen.
Breakfast is good, the service also.
I would book again there in any case.
