Very nice place, peaceful and refined.

We often come to spend an afternoon after a good lunch in their restaurant. Welcome, calm and then swimming.

Moyen dans l enssemble chambre spacieuse mais le mur du toilette semiette et pas de Wi-Fi dans ma chambre.

The hotel is well placed in front of the ste victory mountain with a nice swimming pool.
The room was large and nice.
We had on the other hand 2 big problems in the bathroom: the defective pommel etai and squirted everywhere so splashed the whole body including hair (we were wedding and my wife came out of the hairdresser)
Very difficult to style or shave because the mirror applies that held by a piece of scotch only illuminated the end of the sink
So we found a lack of maintenance
It's a pity compared to the setting of this hotel that's definitely worth it.

Everything if anything that was good about this hotel was tarnished by a racist waiter at the restaurant. I (an Asian) was traveling with my husband (an Italian) and decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. When I asked the waiter for a table, he looked pass me as if I wasn't there, turned to greet my husband in French (we both dont speak French). Both of us were taken back as it was dead obvious he was ignoring me. We complained to another staff and he then was sent back to our table. When my husband asked him what was that all about, he replied (this time in perfect English! ) that basically said he didn't see what was the problem. With the hint of arrogance he told us that he's been a waiter for 20 years and had no problem. It is hard to digest that a person in hospitality industry has this kind of attitude. If he couldn't see past skin color or gender or whatever, then he should change job. We checked out th next day even if we had boked for longer stay. We refused to spend another cent in a place that retain a person of such. This is the worst hotel experience we've encounter and we've been to many parts of the world.

Nothing to accompany the appetizers. There were no more dishes available as of 1:15 p. M. So they had offered me this schedule. We had to ask for bread, ask for our wine. For a Father's Day It was a shame.

The hotel is nice, the staff sometimes lacks professionalism but helpful.
What a pity that the road, the trucks. The sound of this fast lane is permanent or whether one is in the hotel.
Also be careful, the shower in our room was doorless, so open to the room. Then the humidity can sometimes rise and especially a smell of the pipes that goes up at night. Some problems but the setting is beautiful, colors, Provence, a beautiful pool. Brief… we should move the road! when you're young or want to celebrate an event, it can be fun.

Very nice comfortable room spacious bathroom. Very professional staff very nice. Nice pool. Breakfast varied Small downside on the restaurant. We'll go back.

A good welcome after a long road
The room, very comfortable, was located in a building on the back, so quiet. Attention very busy road.
For the restaurant, no luck, more place on the terrace where a band played live. The dish and dessert were excellent, the service went against

I did not stay here but asked for assistance at the reception — which is a bit hard to find BUT in the process I discovered one of the nicest courtyards on which the room windows open up. There was a wedding reception under the large tent, all very quiet and. Dazzlingly beautiful.

Room: Very good but the restaurant does not match the expectations of a hotel Mercure guest.

The structure is very nice, inmersed in the green area surrounding Rousset. The room is very big but I found a poor attention in its preparation: in the bathroom only a small towel was available, definitely not enough after a shower. To be reviewed.

Classy, clean, spacious Hotel with swimming pool. Restaurant of a good standard, certainly not cheap.

Quality establishment and very good reception. To be redone very quickly.

My room was a bit small, shower did not have a door, hotel personnel was kind, breakfast ok but not much variety, the hotel has renovated sections from an older building and newer ones.

There is absolutely nothing within 5-10Km from the hotel. You need to eat/drink/live on site or drive to go anywhere.

One day meeting: beautiful conference room, delicious meals in an old stone room, and a café on the sun terrace. Staff at the small care.

Really like this hotel. Stayed here x2 times so far, on business trips. Nice location, nice rooms, nice food (dinner / breakfast) and also nice staff. Happy Days.

Former postal relay of the XVI I think. Very beautiful site in the middle of the vineyards. The staff is nice. Good Food.

Nice hotel with good atmosphere.

Excellent hotel if you are in the countryside near Rousset. It is opposite a beautiful vineyard. There is a gourmet restaurant at the Hotel, but if you want any other choices you have to drive out.

Nice hotel. The rooms are big, clean and comfy. For the food, this area has much more to offer than the hotel's restaurant. If you choose to stay in this hotel, rent a car, cos this place is in the middle of nowhere.

Comfortable rooms. The staff are very attentive and efficient. The half board is copious and of good quality. Very pleasant stay.

Hotel is nice architecture and hospitality is good. The staff are well trained.
I have stayed at least a dozen times.
There is a major problem with the Wi — Fi that doesn't work properly ever since several months. It's a real problem for people who travel for business.
There is progress on the speed to eat at the restaurant and on the availability of what there is on the map but it is not yet perfect and I do not advise to eat there at night if he has time to get out.
Finally my last stay went wrong since I've had sewer smells in my room. It's the straw that broke the camel's back.

We stayed here two times in one week. The employees were very friendly, the food was delicious and the rooms were nice, clean and warm. But sometimes a little bit noisy.

Building of character not far from Sainte Victoire and a few km from the centre of Aix-en-Provence.
Nice large room, huge bathroom, all very clean. Private terrace.

Bad service, expensive prices, insufficient staff, often rude; reception and bar where in the evening. Hotel in the middle of the field and away from it all, okay but nothing special. No fridge in room, personally had a Lampshade and phon not working. No elevator, Wi-Fi connection in fits and starts. The restaurant advertised as a separate structure, apparently you can eat by reservation only; We asked to eat at 9 at 20 on a Saturday, after returning from a trip lasting all day, and, with difficulty, we have been given the go ahead on the condition that we were ordering by 21 maximum and not all different dishes. And the restaurant was almost empty! We asked for sparkling white wine and they brought latch opening all and 2 bottles sorted before let us try. The food was good, but we spent 40 € per person for one dish and a dessert with wine, after receiving this service. Absurd.
