Site difficult to access, would be nice BUT not maintained. Infernal noise of the passing road just below. Overall lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. Not worthy of a 3 star — except the prices)!

I will speak for the restaurant: the waiters are non-barges, the table next to us left unserved for lack of being served. 8 tables for 2 server expresses a lack of professionalism for its two people. Attention well checked the addition because tend to multiply the dishes. A good listener.

We had booked a room for two nights with terrace, we only had one room with a fenestron on arrival, the air conditioner was down (storm the day before), the TV wasn't working either, and on our evening return we realized that mid neither bar washs, so no cool drink.
The bed was a torment for the back, the shower mixer gave us a hard time, no less than 5 minutes to avoid having frozen or boiling water.
After managing to ask for a room the next day that matched our reservation, we were changed twice rooms, only to end up with a TV still down. (fortunately the mattress was better)
The welcome remains average and the staff does give the impression of being there to bring you solutions or satisfaction. The person in charge of the place remained invisible and non-existent.
However, we found comfort and understanding among the maids.
When you pay for a benefit, you hope for a minimum!

We spent one night here after a vacation in the area, the hotel is literally the worst hotel I've been to. If this is three stars it must be some old stars. The whole place is run down and outdated. The pool is cloudy and uninviting, the restaurant and out door area is slapdash and filled with sun faded exercise bikes, broken light fixtures, discarded bikes, random privacy screens. The hotel itself is dirty, the rooms are ugly and outdated and the buildingd in themselves must hsve been designed by a blind one armed architect intern. In the room we stayed in, we had thin unsecure door with keyholes on both sides (fire escape hasard), that was so thin you could hear everything happening outside. The room was dirty, with three large cobwebs in the ceiling, mismatched color warmth on the three dirty light fixtures, dirty cups and spoons for "our convenience", and a permanent smell of sweat in the room. Nothing here felt clean. The bathroom had pipes that left an interesting odour of the room. We suffered our stay because it was only one night on the way towards the airport, but I would not stay here again. I've been to derelict roadside motels with higher standards. The staff was friendly.

It was really nice, I had a lovely night with friends and family.

Quality level of the dishes we are not disappointed but there is an effort to make on the presentation of the plate too simplistic to my liking.
As for the amount on the plate a small eater will be satiated but a medium eater may remain on his hunger.
I recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a quiet little corner in the pinewood to relax in front of a sympayhique meal.

Believing that the hotel was modern and clean we were totally mistaken dirty rooms taken dangerous. Hotel very difficult to access is better to have good brakes otherwise you fall in the ravine.

Horrible experience. I went there for three days for training. Small training room that was not washed during the three days of training. No pen, leaves, bottles of water made available… The glasses were not assorted (sometimes glass, sometimes plastic, small, large…) and not always very clean. No coffee reception As we did not eat all on the spot at midday (we were 16 and 3 people did not eat there…). The meal was good, no more, not at all copious (7 green beans! 7 pieces of meat and celery purée) and expensive for what we ate. The other days we ate elsewhere and it did not have them at all (they made us feel well). Toilet trash cans have not been changed in 3 days… The paper to wipe hands was exhausted on the first day and thus replaced by a simple box of tissues…
I did not sleep in this hotel but the people who stayed very badly slept (old rooms dilapidated, uncomfortable bed with springs…)
Anyway, he doesn't deserve three stars at all!

Very cute hotel. Not far from town, but feels secluded because it's on a hill in the woods. It has a nice looking main building and a couple of bungalows next to it. The gravel parking lot is on the lowest tier, then comes a little play area on the next tier. On the highest tier is a pool and restaurant. All of which is small and charming. Stayed in one of the bungalows, which are one big room and a bathroom with shower. The continental breakfast was good and the atmosphere in the rustic restaurant very nice.

Nice! Not too big hotel just outside of Aix, but well serviced by main roads. Clean and elegant, brimming with provencal air. Very kind and helpful owners. To try not only in low season but also in busier periods of the year.

Due to a mistake on the part of the hotel for my booking (registered a month in advance) it was all charged me even when 50% of the first night! While I came as expected, a month later and for 2 nights! As for the room n ° 25, his wardrobe did not hang pants or a dress without offending in the bottom. The socket on the table was the base of a multi-socket. Toilet accessories offered were not renewed for the second night, despite my consumption. A shower in the bath, no curtain or handful of rehabilitation. What a pity because the framework is enchanting.

What happiness, what a pleasure, a real change of scenery at 2 not AIX! I'm AIX and did not think that there is such a place: I was there for a seminar, so all day, and coffee from home for breakfast, meeting room that smelled just the costs of the new paint, everything was impeccable. I forgot that you could still experience this, the sweetness with professionalism, bravo to the team.
I will return and advise everyone to go to sleep and to eat there.
