They try hard but when you have to open the door to dry yourself then I reckon the bathrooms are too small. Location is great. No elevator makes it hard with heavy suitcases. Breakfast was good four days out of the five we stayed. Dunno what happened on the other day but next to no food and very little service.

This is our second trip here. Wonderful French Villa Hotel.

Thank you for putting up the banners and bunting for my daughters 40th birthday loved the look of your villa modern shower and toilet lovely fluffy towels, the only thing is that they don't have twin rooms I asked for 3 singles beds but only have double + single was a bit tight for 3 adults but I would stay here again so handy for all the sites and the beach.

Hotel very nice and well placed. We were able to take advantage of its terrace to have breakfast (breakfast was quite disappointing).

Recently I spent a few more days at the Hotel Rivoli. Still: Great small hotel, just behind the "Negresco", with direct city access. Absolutely professionally managed by the owner Barbara Kimmig. Room rates are still surprisingly moderate for the South of France. My double room was clean, colorful and functional, incl. Free internet. The size also fits, because you are on the road most of the time anyway. It is helpful to check the website in advance. They were relaxing days.

Stunning boutique hotel in the heart of Nice, a 2 minute walk from the waterfront, delicious breakfasts in a beautiful garden with flowers Also we enjoyed relaxing there in the evening and drinking a glass of champagne for an aperitif. The room was in French style with a balcony, I recommend!

Nice little hotel. Walls are very thin, you really hear everything. Trouser stall even open. Staff very nice and multilingual. Fluent in German and English.
Everything is a little older, no lift.
Bathroom is small but clean and well equipped. Unfortunately, TV has only a few channels.
Bed is also rather small but soft and you sleep well.
No fridge.
No 100 m to Promimade. Close to more than enough shops and restaurants.

Very cozy, small with a lot of love furnished hotel. Mrs. Kimmig and her ladies are very, very nice and friendly, eager to help, recommend or simply with a smile because his little problem was solved immediately. The location is very central and the hotel is just a few steps from the Negresco. The train station is just 10 minutes away. On foot. Very nice boutique Hotel, well located near the coast drive of Niza. People in the reception really kind. We forgot a package on the floot of the garage that was returned prperly. The parking place in the hotel was grat for our comfort.

Very friendly and dedicated, lovely decor and pleasant stay. Close to the center, you can have breakfast very well a block away.

Lovely and individually designed room. The location is excellent with only a few minutes walk from promenade des anglais. Staff and owner are always helpful and have great tips on what to do and where to eat.

Great boutique hotel once a home. Small but very comfortable room overlooking a quiet tree lined street, modern shower with corner washbowl. Wonderful air conditioning since it was during the hot month of August. Enjoyed a simple continental breakfast that met our needs. The best part of the hotel was the entire staff, especially Sandra that made our short stay so worthwhile. Hotel is steps from the Museum Messina, Promenade and the beach.

Sad that we didn't get a high up room (we were in the basement) but no other complaints. The woman checking us in was very polite and told us about the town. Location is fantastic for the price.

Imcomprehensible Telephone reception and the prices charged are not at all those advertised above we go from 61st to 135 e just for the presence of a child…

Or to get to the city center in a few minutes. An address that I would recommend to all for a stay in Nice. Totally displaced.

I think it was amazing the building had loads of atmosphere the staff were great and I would nt hesitate to recommend to anyone xx.

Lovely hotel, great location, I love; and exceptional hospitality.

A small hotel full of charm close to the pedestrian area and the Prom I like with a reasonable price which gives very good value for money — especially with the good breakfast in the garden! If! What a luxury to Nice! But if it comes to the holiday ds South) it of good to see its blue sky, isn't it? ) we had a cute room, comfortable, clean, and finally, I would like to report and to thank the staff for the warm, people who know and love their job – next time.

2 nights in November. Good home. International. Cosy atmosphere. Nice room with decoration between french Castle and English cottage with original tapestries. Shower small but clean and well laid out. Free Wi-Fi. Right next to the beach. Pleasant stay at the time! Good value for money.
