I came as a group and was given the nicest room in the hotel at the very top. Nothing to do with the rest of the rooms that are aging. Small lunch correct.

Service okay. They are cleaning everyday. But: Booked an 3 bed-room with seperated beds. After one of us was not taking a apart the trip, so infact we were only 2, they gave us a really small two bed room.

The breakfast was basic for the amount of money we paid. (No eggs, no ham/ any other meat. They only had: bread, yogurt, basic fruits like Apple, pear, banana; juice, tea, coffee, butter, plain croissant, some sort of cheese, cereal, milk). You can eat a better breakfast outside in the city or you can buy something from the supermarket if you don't want to spend too much money. Our room was ok, but we could hear noise when someone opend/shutted a different door, when people talked on the corridor. We asked for double bed and we received 2 singles put together, so a big uncomfy Gap between the two beds. The hotel is more like a student accommodation, with basic stuff, but it is ok for a short stay. Make sure you bring shower gel and shampoo with you. They do provide towels. The price was good comparing other hotels in Nice. The location is good, close to the high street where you can do shopping or you can easily walk to the train station (max 15 min).

Fair hotel for a small budget. The rooms are not necessarily very well soundproofed but overall nothing to say: the rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and the hotel is well located.

Friendly multilingual staff, near shopping district and trains/trams, blocks away from Avenue Jean Medecin & Place Massena. Quiet, comfortable, clean.

Price is great, location is great, a bit basic and could be cleaner.

Lady receptionist was very friendly. Her day time male counterpart wasn't though. Never acknowledge greetings!

Good small central hotel to visit nice. The room is simple but functional. The staff is nice. I would go back with Pleasure. Small flat The price of breakfast 8 euros per person but there are bakeries in the Neighborhood.

The hotel is well situated. It is very close to the commercial center of Nice and the beach. The price is very reasonable. The bathroom is very big. However, the bed is not very clean and there is only one socket for charging.

Nice hotel with good location. But elevator was pretty useless because it stopps in the middle of two levels. And I got a broken bed which was never really fixed.

Hotel is well situated, less than 5 min to Place Massena. Our room was simple but had everything we needed even air conditioning and it was clean. We can recommend this Hotel for a short trip.

The location is excellent, the room tastefully furnished, small but comfortable bathroom. Nothing to report in negative.

Very central yet cheap hotel. They were really helpful with leaving our luggage and using their printer. The only problem that I had was that they cancelled the booking just 5 min after my credit card failed. I had to re-book the room with a different card.

Great reception but on the other hand there was an unbearable cigarette odor. The bed sheet its little cigarette and some dust on the bed.

Small room, door of the smashed room that did not close perfectly. Mark it anyway good cleanliness, but with 20 euros more is definitely better!

We were 2 times on 2011 and 2012 and we look forward to go back, we don't have find all lovely and hotel is very clean and Nice. Fast 2015 for y returned there :-) has soon, reynders family.
