Almost all their reviews are fake! this place is straight garbage. The staff is arrogant, dishonest, and extremely ignorant. Place is overpriced. It’s like a motel from the 90’s. Rooms are small and they smell. I was told I’d be given 2 free nights of parking by Annette and by the end she called me a liar and said that she never said such thing. I was overcharged as well. Honestly f (u) c — k This place and Annette. Im extremely resentful and rightfully so. In addition, I forgot a personal item there and they held it hostage until I paid the remainder of “additional” fees they wanted to charge me that were completely erroneous.

The hotel is literally 50 meters from Juan-Les-Pins station, 50 meters from the beach, and about twenty minutes walk from the old town of Antibes. In short: perfect location is not a way of saying. The staff were really very nice, from check-in to check-out, also helping us book the restaurant for dinner. We suspend the judgment on breakfast, not having it, as usual, made in the hotel. The property isn't state-of-the-art, but it's recently renovated, and the rooms are spacious, and, rare, all come with a nice habitable terrace. Very quiet in the evening, despite the proximity to the center: you sleep very well with the window open.

To find a fault, the proverbial fur in the egg, with the coffee pot there were only two sachets of soluble coffee, and frankly in a place of the sea, where you bring the sand in the room, I would have preferred a tile floor instead of the carpet, which was anyway Clean.

Clean, spacious room, very comfortable bed. Small private balcony overlooking the street. The screw is present but not very annoying. Close to the beach, and the shops.
The staff are lovely. The hearty breakfast.

Very nice hotel with a good location close to the beach! Friendly staff, good air-condition and very clean rooms. Only thing that took me by surprise was that the rooms didn't have a refrigerator or a minibar. Anyways a very pleasant stay and I would really recommend it!

To be in the middle of the Côte d'azur, human prices, sincere rooms are clean. Breakfast Buffet with everything you need, sweet or salty. A Few parking lots available and are paid.

Very good reception, very good bedding and rich breakfast. Great location near downtown. The only downside is the soundproofing of the bay window in the room when you are on the road because very noisy late at night and from 5 in the morning.

Very friendly hotel, good location just a few steps from the seaside. Small flat, at breakfast which costs 10 euros, it is requested a surcharge of 3 euros for an egg or a fruit juice…

To avoid I am a BW client for a long time yesterday I wanted to book 2 rooms 3 nights for a Congress of my company from May 22nd to May 25th I did not pay attention and inadvertently paid for one night on January 22, 2018 ie the same day when I realized my E Rreur I called away the customer service that has done everything phew me get reimbursed by explaining the problem to the hot Astoria who have never wanted to know with this hotel BW you do not have the right to error thanks to you I do not go in the BW has to avoid + * + +

You have 2 bottles of water offered by the hotel and you can boil water in your room. And make coffee for instance. The main advantage is that il is located near a train station.

Good reception, pleasant hotel in the near center of Juan Les Pins. Room clean, a little small but everything corresponds well to the asking price.

Parking is Paid. Too bad but easy to park in the Street. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Very near to the train station, walking distance of the nightlife in town. Comfortable and clean rooms, and friendly staff. Shower attachment could have done with some improvements, it was a little too loose on the wall, and the hose was too short.

Had a great Holiday in Juan-les-Pins. 2nd time I have stayed here. Ideal location close to the Railway station and the beach. Clean & tidy. The staff were Polite & helpful… Thankyou. I hope to return in 2018. Until then… "feel the love"… ♡xxx♡

I was greatly surprised at actually how clean, organised and friendly the staff were for a 3 star hotel. The hotel staff were lovely and able to help with any questions we had. Our room was on the 4th floor with a balcony, fridge and super comfy very large double bed. The breakfast had a large verity. We also made use of the luggage room after check out whilst we went to the beach, and used the shower room to freshen up before the flight home. We were also amazed with the location. The train station at the top of the road just a minutes walk away, which we used to visit Monaco, Villefranche sur mer and St Raphael to get to St Tropez. When staying in Juan Les Pins again, we were a few minuites walk away from the beach and all the fantastic beach bars. Also very close to the Casino Supermarket, bars and resteraunts. I would happily stay here again and recommend it.

I often stay at this hotel. It is very well located, the rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly.

We stayed for cannes festival and gran prix and had an excellent stay. Rooms and area are great, only steps from beach with nice on sand restaurants and nice shopping dinning area. Only minutes from cannes, nice and st paul de vence. Great option for price, we did not have breakfast, parking quite small and has to be reserved beforehand we were luky and there was space but other guests had to park on st wich can be difficult during day. Small nice maintained hotel in very nice area, travelled with one year baby and staff was helpull with food and indications (farmacy arround the corner) and would definitely return if in area again.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks while in France on business in June 2008. Location is great on this hotel. Only about 2 blocks from the beach area and 1 block from the train station at Juan Les Pins. Looks like the hotel was refurbished within the last few years. Rooms were decent size and bathroom was nice size. Rooms have a balcony that you can sit out on. Some overlook the parking lot but others do have limited view of the ocean. Staff was overall helpful but didn't go out of their way. I didnt' have any issues for the two weeks so really didn't need them. The web site stated that they can convert currency but turned out not to be correct. They told me to go to the town area but I didn't see any area for currency converting. Several ATM's right by hotel so that can work out. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the area so you have plenty of options. I didn't try the hotel breakfast but there is nice size room for breakfast. I stayed at the hotel one additional night before my flight out. On that one night I had a different room that was on the top floor overlooking the parking lot. The toilet ran a lot and the tub wouldn't drain. Didn't have any issues in the room I had for 2 weeks so maybe just a fluke. The hotel does have a parking lot but space is very limited. They charge $10 euro a day but its worth it if you can find space as parking is tight around the hotel. Wireless internet is free. Just have to ask the front desk for user id and password.
