Don't book there unless you're gona spend this night in the streets.

Rooms could be cleaner, without dust on the shelves. Also air conditioning was poor. Towels are changed for extra fee. Didn't take the breakfast nor the swimming pool, but the latter looked a bit dirty. Located rather far from the town, but given the prices in high season it's cheaper to grab an Uber everyday from Appart'City than to live in Antibes.

Maintenance is poor. Bathrooms are dirty (black mole), kitchenette is all but complete. No proper knifes, nothing for juice pressé, cabinets in the kitchen are dirty from the inside. Bathroomcabinet had toothpaste all over it. Stayed there over 2 weeks. No housekeeping during stay. Reception is closed during evenings after 8 pm and afternoons between 12 and 15 pm. Codes are changed every monday. If you dont get to the reception on time, you're screwed. Too little powerplugs. You'll have to choose whether to watch TV our turn on a light. Eventhough early check is advertised as an option, they're not open and won't let you check in early.

Well located, and pleasant view from the outside. Welcoming and understanding staff. Reasonable price. Comfortable beds.

Unpleasant smell and trash cans in the hallways. Ants in the room, no sanitary products, noisy air conditioning and does not work. Dirty carpet, stained sheets and old mattresses (generates allergy buttons). Cold but nice pool. Dirty balcony. Spider sands in the room.

Antibes beautiful city but the hotel Appart'City how to tell you the room is dirty a renovation is required we give you no clean towel you manage with what you have until the end of the stay. Reception not very smiling non-existent team breakfast is served every morning at specific times except on Sunday mornings and when I'm going to settle I'm told if there is breakfast Sunday we need to change the information. In any case I do not recommend it at all. But the most serious c that Ona photocopy my CB and I have Peter a cable a CB remains personal data on our banking information in all the hotels I have made one never photocopy my CB and I refuse direct.
So I do not recommend it at all.

Nice welcome but on the maintenance its leash to desired can do better (its actually a bit expensive for studios but in troubleshooting people in trouble its would be handy)

It could be useful to live in this hotel just for a little visit due its cheap price with respect to other hotels, but it will be a misery to live in it for a long time especially for students, I don't recommend students to live in this residence from my own experience (The employees are disorganized, and don't treat students in a good manner)

The residence in design is okay. Some of the people who work there are disrespectful. It is a very bad place for a student residence. It is decent if you are staying in Antibes for a couple of days and want something inexpensive, but if you could find somewhere else then book there.

What a shame! First of all the hotel is dirty see very dirty, full cover of trace? I'll let you guess with a little imagination: (. The bathroom and the toilet do not talk about it… So I ask you to come and clean me up and give me a blanket. Filthy and unlivable we had to sleep two nights in this ' hotel ' but after the first we wanted to get away.
Rooms completely filthy: empty beer bottles under the bed;
Stains on the sheets;
Filthy sheets with hair and pubic hair;
Incrustations present on bathroom sanitary ware;
Also in many rooms it did not work the hot water.

Do not book a room here. Nobody is picking up the hotline at any given time to receive the access codes to enter the hotel and receive the room keys. I have been on the hotline for 2 hours now — outside — in the rain. Do not book a room here.

Much better than a hotel but the cleanliness leaves to be desired damage.

My mother and sister came to spend Christmas near me in this residence. The rooms are OK but the upholstery is dirty, the carpet is dirty, the reception is average otherwise closed before the scheduled time. On Monday the codes of the door and gate change but nobody warned so we had to call the premium number to get the new code because we were locked in between the gate and the front door. Since it was a weekend I was able to park for free at a dead end but during the week it must be complicated without paying €8 a day. The cleaning of the common areas is not done on Sundays and holidays so it gives tissues and others that hang in the lobby because of the lack of education of the clients.

Nice staff Room and apartment very dirty. Carpet not cleaned. Toilets upholstered in urine and after the passage of maintenance personnel as dirty. Gray curtains instead of whites. Dirty terrace full of glass pile. Not where little Internet. I do not understand why Booking continues to promote this hotel. I have been Booking customer for 10 years and this is the first time I am disgusted by a site. I will also make a letter to the management of Appart'city Antibes as well as to Booking. I'm angry. Absolutely disgusting. Rooms were not clean when we arrived, we were told there was no housekeeping staff to clean our rooms so we were forced to leave and go to a new hotel. BLACK MOLD lining the bathroom. Staff was rude as well. Men catcalling us as we walked down the stairs. Construction men outside of our rooms catcalling us. As teenage girls it made us extremely uncomfortable and we felt very unsafe. Incredibly horrible hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If I could rate it zero stars I would.

Late checkin with problems, they confused the number of room and without adequate assistance, half an hour to the phone and several calls of by means.

at 7 pm to one so the day before they m calling to tell me that they cancel my booking due to bus with groups coming from book yesterday and kil cannot do otherwise d cancel mine to these groups. And me they want put me in NICE. No, but that they think they are to do this. Dishonest C. They did the same thing to my sister last week.

Booking I gives a 1 food my credit card its cut, the price was then 55euros then I recall also dry the price is 77euros jarrive dc at the studio who was very room, we steer also this hotel is next to the gate which is x because it is a 4klm of the gate in the middle of the night me having a taxi am en route to the hotel, the next day we man once that price varies all the time and I have eye fracture 79euros instead of 77 an internet connection that I haven't in any way request, location is room advertising false staff unpleasant that morning pilone outside cassie I me ss Cup with my suitcase I would not recommend this place the phone be not pass out part and even moons Wi-Fi more it is lost in the middle of no part and certainly not a rating.
