Friendly townplace the accommodation was clean and spacious for six. Only downside I find that the exteriors lack maintenance which spoils a little the whole.

Not very clean. Ok for the one night we stayed.

It's a quiet place. The houses are spacious and well equipped. There is a freezer and air conditioning. Pool side it passes. The infrastructure is generally poorly maintained. The location is a bit secluded. Discover the beautiful perched villages in the surrounding area. There are some nice walks. The rest requires a car of at least 40 minutes.

C'est un petit parc de maisons/appartements pas loin de Tourettes et Callian qui est un peu sur le déclin. La personne a l’accueil était très aimable. Nous avions loué une appartement pour une nuit et nous avons bien dormi, mais il y avait quand même quelques petits soucis qui pourrait être un problème pendant un séjour plus longue: Une des plaques de cuisson causait l'électricité a sauter. La douchette tenait avec un élastique. Le rideau de douche aussi tenait avec une réparation de fortune. Le Velux dans une des chambre ne voulait pas s'ouvrir, et il n'y avait pas de clim dans l'appart. Pour la situation, il y a des magasins et boulangerie tout près. La piscine était bien entretenu.

Small quiet houses well equipped located close to shops very pleasant stay.

No activity. A tennis court and swimming pools. Ideal for rest. Nice sights to visit around. Imperative car.

It is a place where you can be on holiday in a well consular accommodation with swimming pool, laundry and close to all shops.

Very nice place by cons the person has the reception not very amiable shame…

Always genial home always smiling, clean lodging to come there often.
The staff are available and very helpful.

Everything is perfect for me and the more the animals are accepted, I would strongly recommend since the change of sign Vacancéole.

The Wi-Fi does not pass correctly is and pays off. Decent house with kitchen equipped with electro, but unfortunately low-end.

Tried contacting by phone on numerous occasions and never got past a Frenchman who speaks no English, how do they expect to run a business when someone wants information and no one can give it?

The location is excellent for exploring the wider area of Provence with beautiful hill villages and the sea all so close. The apartment was located within a very safe and secure environment and was spotlessly clean with everything that you could need for a self catering holiday. The staff at reception were very helpful. There were two lovely pools to cool down beside and a playground for children. It was excellent value for money and I would recommend it.

We have just returned after staying at Les Bastides de Fayence in Tourrettes. It was terrible. Firstly we arrived a little earlier than expected and they would not store our luggage and we were forced to wait with three small children for 5 hours! with all our luggage in 35+ degrees heat, no understanding no compromise. Then when we did check in and ask about the free Wi-Fi (as detailed on our booking) we were told they charged a tariff for Wi-Fi despite us pointing out the free Wi-Fi stipulated. There are two pools, one which was inundated with wasps, so we went to the next one and that pool had slippery mould on the pool surrounding and a dirty pool of water to walk through on arrival (to clean feet? before getting into the pool). The apartment had no jug or toaster. It had a strange selection of kitchen utensils and no detergent, cleaners or dishwashing tablets (you can buy a cleaning kit at reception for 15 euros which is too expensive). The shower was broken and overall the facilities were of a poor quality. Even other owners within the complex said that the complex was poorly managed by people just looking to make money on everything (a family at reception was charged 5euros a night for the use of a cot! ) Most of all, the service at reception were rude and arrogant. We would never book Les Bastides de Fayence and tell all our friends to look further for accommodation. Worst accommodation we have ever had! DO NOT STAY HERE!
