Very nice and clean hotel

and the perfect Thalassotherapy!

Too bad the spa and pool are closed, because of covid obviously, idyllic setting with ocean views, I loved the décor, not disappointed.

The room was comfortable, good litterie. Beautiful sea view, nice decoration and clean. The thalasso pleasant. The restaurant food was just exellent. The staff smiling and eager to help and listen.

Unfortunately I am full of bed bug bites after staying at ibis for 2 nights. First night bed bugs have beaten my face and back, second night more on the back and legs. I wasn't sure if they were mosquito but as soon as I went to bed, my body started itching and although I was wearing long sleeves, they beaten my back which was on the mattress and no way for a mosquito to reach there! I went to reception at midnight and told them the story, they came upstairs with a piffpaff which obviously didn't helps! I woke up 4am noticing new bites on my body. I had to take a shower and couldn't sleep after that on a bed full of bugs! Unfortunately couldn't see them to show to reception as a proof! On our check outs, I told the reception about bed bugs and they said it's impossible we've never had them, but I guess it starts somewhere. Receptionist was very polite and offered me to see a doctor who couldn't get there before we leave. However they should have offered a refund and sterilized the room and our bags! I went to pharmacy in La Rochelle where they said it's definitely bed bugs after seeing the bites and hearing the story. Unfortunately although the staff were polite, they didn't take the matter seriously! They should have at least checked the room after we left and let me know if they found something. They never offered me a refund which they should have done considering our stay wasn't a pleasant one at all.

Rooms quiet, well decorated, comfortable and clean. Restaurant with good value for money.
Helpful and very agrable staff. And a beautiful SPA: we spend hours relaxing without getting tired of it!

Room with sea view. But behind bars! Otherwise everything is okay. The rooms are nice though small. The hotel restaurant is fine and the staff very attentive.

Very good hotel, very clean, nice staff. View of the sea from our room, the decoration is also very successful. But the big plus is still the spa complex which is really but then really very successful! The water is hot with several swirls, jaccuzi, jets in all directions, hammam x2 and sauna x2, frankly we do not get bored. This is an establishment that I recommend without hesitation.

The rooms at €169 at night are not air-conditioned, the staff explains that they need 15 to 24heures for the start-up (after 3 nights still nothing). Technical problems may have arrived but take the customers for fools No.

Very nice stay in a modern hotel. The setting is superb with the ocean at 100 meters. Special Mention for the kitchen which is very good.

Superb renovation of the hotel and what about the marine SPA, what a pleasure to be able to relax in a whirlpool just has the right temperature after a day of work and finish with an excellent dinner.
As for the staff, nice and helpful to make it simple.

Nice Hotel The reception is top. Modern, the hotel has totally been renovated. The rooms are spacious and clean. Direct access to the spa in the basement of the hotel. Swimming pool with sea water for swimming, indoor and outdoor whirlpool baths. Hammam and sauna also accessible with hotel night. Breakfast is also included which is a plus. An egg hunt for the children at Passover in the hotel, top! To be recommended without hesitation.

An ibis with a new look and a very complete spa.
After some work the Ibis has remade a youth, the SPA is well established in return, no sea view from the indoor swimming pool. It will be necessary to climb to the small outdoor swimming pool. The rooms are OK, not very large and no bathtub in the bathroom but it's clean and the bed is large and comfortable. Breakfast is correct, varied choice and rather good espresso with orange juice pressed.

Great time to relax in the new Thalasso Center.
Everything tastes good.

I recommend without hesitation! A 3-star hotel that has a spa worthy of a 5 star hotel! (have already done many…)
Stay more than pleasant, a nice deco in the local common, as well as in the rooms, staff pleasant and smiling. And a modern spa area, very well equipped! Only downside is the limited seating at the restaurant of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel very well renovated. I stay there almost every week for professional reasons, never disappointed. Very friendly staff Very affordable price knowing that in the price of the room, breakfast and access to the SPA is included. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Simple Hotel just for passing.

We stayed several times in this hotel.
This summer (2017) The hotel was under construction and it promises!
The surroundings are nice and quiet, the rooms are well decorated.
The big surprise comes from the restaurant on site.
We had dinner there for a very reasonable price.
We expected dishes prepared or reheated on site and they are actually really cooked dishes on the spot. Everything was very good! We recommend to test the restaurant of the hotel.

This is a nice hotel. A very nice decoration and nice rooms. And still it is not finished! I long to come back once the Thalasso center is finished! The staff is really efficient and friendly!

So new and modern it's still being built, rooms nice, short walk to beach and restaurants.

A nice hotel, but a pity they opened it during the outdoor renovation which made a lot of noise from 8:00 to 5:00 pm. On the morning of our third day, we had to suffer the noise of a rabid drill during our breakfast…
But other than that a good staff!

Very unpleasant smell in the room, HD channel does not work.

but we were lucky to find in high season
shame that the pool is in access has the thalsso (or an extra cost).
