Friday 11 May at the evening 4 pers, judgement of my wife and our 2 guests, good without more does not deserve 1 Michelin star, former Batty, I had chosen: Carpaccio of Bar Liveche and bottarga, if this dish is always served so avoid it, this herb with garlic scent of bears T very subtle when the seasoning is of the day, but if this marinade has 2 or 3 days as it was served to me you no longer perceive a notion of raw bar, pity it was a disaster, laughing veal, itself acceptable, but the sauce was tasteless, elongated in butter and milky, accompaniments too many, a balanced plate includes the taste of the main product and 2 see 3 perfumes Maxi in vegetable or other accessories for 1 Michelin star, the order taking must be improved in order to avoid this Dish is for whom, this one is for… The service must have the indication to avoid this good luck you lack much, but at this level: difficult to forgive.

New year's dinner: the meal was excellent and the reception at the same level. I was surprised when paying the balance to have to pay 3 bottles of water for 22, €5 while we had 4 menus at €200 with champagne at will… The water was proposed because one of the people did not drink alcohol. But it was a mistake and they repaid me as soon as I made the remark. So in addition a very good commercial spirit.

I discovered this restaurant, there are now about a dozen years ago I had the opportunity to go there about twenty times and I must say that every time it is a pure marvel special mention to the sommelier who made me discover with my friend an old plum absolutely outstanding.

I was also there on the 27th, delicious cuisine, cooked asparagus and crunchy to wish, each dish was a delight, brie mousse with balsamic sorbet and macerated fruits just to die for! The friendly and humorous staff, can be too much for stuck guests… And charming and romantic environment! No complaints!

Good address! Pleasant meal and good food! Try the sorbet with balsamic cream brie! A pity, however, that after more than 2 years still no change of cards (not a single dish changed! )

The room was a little stuffy and difficult to keep windows open. The shower set the fire alarm off. Setting was beautiful though and dinner was fabulous.

Lunch this afternoon 10 August … Pleasantly surprised … I recommend it. We will certainly return …

If you are looking for a quality food and high level of service you need to try this, of course you should be ready to spend more than 60 euros pp.

We've stayed on three occasions, and each time the service and quality of the food has been first class. In addition to the food and service, the location is superb. A very nice village, with the Forest of Compiegne at the end of the street, with way marked paths, and the ancient walled Abbatiale at the other end, for a stroll after dinner. We'll go back any time, and hope to stay longer.
