We had booked the Farm of the sensible in may 2016 to celebrate our wedding a year later. Here is why : — A mare I was bitten on the forearm 2 days prior to D-day (no sign stating that there was danger because she had just had a foal) and instead of having an owner that is full of empathy, she literally lifted her arms to the sky, shouting, " ben should not be touching huh! " and I disinfected the arm with a compress more than questionable…
— Home unpleasant to our guests D-day : the people arrived in a rain storm parking on the sidewalk, and the owner arrived "like crazy" screaming that the parking was on the other side. (parking is muddy, impassable in wedding outfit)
— The owner came out twice during the evening to tell the children to "stop playing" because he could not hear his TV (the same one where we were not welcomed on the eve of the wedding during the preparations)
— Work-in-progress in the room (1/3 of the ceiling covered with white foam)
— Pieces were falling from the ceiling the day before and the day J on the water table (the caterer and our friends have had to regularly clean)
— Billing for costs not previously mentioned (sleeps : 15 persons max to 18 beds, etc. )
— Let the dog wandering in the room while the tablecloths were already installed
We "block" the room for the day before restitution of the work and we make a scandal when one wants to access the Friday to sleep in. (quid pro quo : for them the "compensation" was only an access from 10am on the day J)
— Holes of cigarette in the pillowcases (nice wedding night)
— Spider webs everywhere (rooms and rooms)
We take for large mean (because, among other things, we have rented our napkins in our rent of ware –Ducrocq rental – 44 cents, while via the firm the price was 0.90 cents)
Good they can't remove these few positive points :. — Flexibility for the installation (with the bike race on Friday afternoon it was significant)
— Monsieur Emile, and as an employee of the house, has really been at the top to help us all prepare
— The setting is beautiful
— Breakfast quality
