Rooms quiet, clean and well equipped: this is an essential aspect.
Staff quick to respond to customer requests or to solve a possible problem (e. G. Parking in the parking lot. ).
The kind of facility you come back to.

Second stay at Hotel Kyriad.
Always warm and professional welcome. Room different by its decoration but I found the same material made available. Small welcome tray well stocked with tea bags and coffee. Room also nice by its quiet. Pool, bus stop, park, small business, catering nearby.

Good hotel or I sleep regularly with the work the staff is friendly the breakfast is plentiful and there are plenty of choices and quality products the rooms are simple but the bedding is comfortable by that sorely lack of electrical outlet oblige to organizes to plug everything because there is only one socket for an electric radiator and at night some people smoke the smell of smoking enters the rooms.

Highly not recommending to enyone. Bigest disaster I have seen in my life. Brekfast cost 10 eur but there was just some bread and spun egg scramble.

This hotel is off-center from the city of Laon and its beautiful fortifications, it is a bit expensive. There is a restaurant (master canter) in the hotel but which remains independent and which does not hinder the tranquility of the rooms, which are completely opposite. The rooms would need a good shot of young. Nevertheless they are spacious and are equipped with a bathtub. Half of the rooms are located on the first floor without lift, which is frankly not practical with suitcases but the staircase is wide and there is a landing to put course. The breakfast buffet is really at the top. I would advise this hotel for a night or two when looking for a quiet accommodation, that one has a car (large parking) and that one wants to visit the area around. If you just want to explore Laon, I obterer more for a hotel in the city.

Room clean but stank of stale cigarette smoke. Friendly receptionist who spoke some English.

We spent two nights in this hotel with our club, we were 38. We were very well welcomed, the staff has shown a great kindness and patience towards us. It must be said, we were not always there on time… Thank you for everything.
