Home and correct price, excellent food, pity that there was (too much) confusion in the taking of dishes and desserts.

The space is rather well arranged, clean in general. The terrace is nice and the buffet is not super large but the choice is say decent. First downside, flies wander around the buffet. Ok, we're in the country, it's hot, it's normal but it's still very way to see this when you put these eyes for the first time on the dishes offered. Why not put the dishes under a bell for example?

The cooking is very average. The most basic thing you find in a brewery. The dishes in the buffet are pretty good, the main dishes are very average.
The price of the starter buffet menu — dessert and main course at 24 is therefore a little too expensive.
The reception is decent, the waitress looks a little overwhelmed but manages her work rather well.

In short, everything is "average" in this bell-growing restaurant. It deserves adjustments that will make it a really nice restaurant like most of the campanile restaurant where I have been.
I would tend to prefer a brewery that serves the same kind of dish but with more rigor.

Clean room although it would be nice to change the shutters or refresh them. Small tray in the room on arrival with a kettle, coffee, tea and sugar (it made us super happy as it was the first time we had this kind of welcome) friendly staff, breakfast with choice and good (only concern my son found ants on the plate stack on the counter)

Stopped here on the way back to the UK, from Italy. The staff are very polite, and helpful. The only problem we had was the room was scruffy.

Good clean functional hotel with a restaurant. Perfect.

For one night it is acceptable turn the shower was perfect immediately hot water the food was fine.

Dirty room, water room in a dismal state.
Hair in the dish of the day… to advise against.

Establishment redone not long ago, good personal menus competent in the kitchen and in the room.

I am not disappointed by this personal competent and smiling establishment. The rooms are good and the bathroom functional. The level of the equipment offered is satisfactory. The restaurant is very good and the dishes offer are quality for a reasonable budget.
Its done now 10 times I come every time on 1 full week and I'm not disappointed with my choice.

Good value for money, varied entrance buffet, friendly staff.

The Hotel is very good, the food is very good and the breakfast is very good and the room is not trepassent. Short pay 100 euros for half board and only one evening and be shabby that this c is just unacceptable.

Clean Ac one night stop food was good.

Litter really not terrible pity that the restaurant is closed.

No one has the welcome very friendly smiling and amiable by cons uncourteous Cook not amiable with mocking smile. Dining Room A was nice again.

They make your bed and change the towels but they don't clean.

It is a budget hotel but meets all of the travellers needs.

Run down in need of air conditioning and a make over.

Still the easiest location if travelling North or South through the area on a long journey. Getting a bit tired compared with some others now. Bed good, towels a bit grey, Wi-Fi the best in the area.

Broken shower, room wasn't clean unhelpful staff.

77 euros for a room that should it be at 55 euros. Price easily found for this type of product in st-quentin, there is a bit of abuse.

I found a napkin its sale with shower, Internet even DSL, home can smile, very expensive for all these defects €75 I even not giving €30 I find his shameful for this chain of hotels.

I was a bit apprehensive in the light of the criticisms made on the site but I have not been disappointed.
The reception is very good. The room clean at all point of view. I was very happy with my room.
The downside I would put would be on the entrees. Whether vegetables or chips I was a little disappointed.
However the entry and the desserts are good and original.
Value for money is good because I paid €85 for the night, dinner and breakfast, which is a good price for all.
Of course they can do better, but I am satisfied.
