Poor room, old, in poor condition. I felt anxious, oppressed. With my partner we asked to leave, 20 minutes later, free of charge, without paying for the room. Our request was accepted, our stay in Annecy was cut short. What was our bad surprise when we got the 70 euros debited from our account anyway? Answer from the hotel management: did not like the note left on Booking so allowed itself to take the price of the room! Better to completely renovate the hotel to avoid bad grades instead of being disappointing and dishonest! we totally advise against this place! Disappointing and expensive stay…

Do not book by booking or other to have a heated room. Mine a freezer I had to cry an extra heating. The hotel has a great need to be renovated.

Lunch today 22.02.18. There were five of us. Home reservation pre-kind. Value for money of the Express formula: very pleasantly surprised. Pleasure of the eye and the taste buds. Diligent Service. Congratulations.

There was a wedding dinner, we were put in the back room. It's not that bad.
The dishes were good, but the wine was iced, and served in "thimbles", really not top.
I think this is the last time I go to this restaurant. It is not the choice that is lacking, especially for the budget that we have put: more than €100 for two.
