The welcome is warm. The rooms are very decent: comfortable bed, air conditioning, very clean and functional bathroom.
Breakfasts are plentiful. Dinners are good.
Value for money excellent.

An ideal place to use as a base to make the surrounding mountain passes.

Thanks to Mr. Castellini for his welcome. Very clean hotel, secure parking, everything is planned for a successful cycling stay. Very hearty breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, very nice staff. Top class, just back from another great weeks cycling in the pyrenees, phillippe and his team once again made our stay very enjoyable, au primerose gets better every visit, nothing is a problem, cant wait to return.

I give the maximum score 5/5. As soon as we arrived we were greeted warmly at the door by the manager and his wife. Kindness and natural sympathy. Simple, family, hearty and very high quality kitchen "a treat! " Full Breakfast The rooms are functional, quiet and spotlessly clean. Ideally located for all walks. Everything is implemented for the cyclists of breakfast at the snack then pate at will at night. (accompanying or other stays are not in remainder). Large local bike secured with cleaning kit. It was a very nice hotel. The table is very good and copious. The Master of the place is a great professional, always smiling and ready to meet the slightest expectation of his customers.

Good cyclist friendly hotel. Reasonable prices and bike store facility. The manager is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to suggestions on where to ride.

I think this hotel is a best option for cyclists around this area. Because hosts are kind and hospitable. Whenever I had a question or trouble, they answered, solved as well. There is a large secure bike garage. It is enough large to reassemble the bike that I brought from Japan.
So a lot of people from anywhere any countries are gathering here. When I saw people, many kind of bikes, a huge amount of loundry that is hunged at the backyard, I felt happy.
Meal is also nice. Delicious bread and plenty cup of coffee can be waked us up softly. Especially dinner is so delicious.

We had an amazing time at Au Primrose Hotel. Phillipe and Valerie were lovely and the food was fantastic. We were staying to do some riding in the Pyrenees and the hotel was particularly geared towards cyclists.

Accommodation is simple but perfect, and there's a safe place to put your bike. It's easy to meet other cyclists from around the world here, and exchange experiences. Philippe and co really make you feel at home. And did I mention the excellent dinners, with an optional extra plate of pasta?

Great hotel or have stayed my friends for a week in order to hike in the area, welcome, services, rooms at the top!

We were a couple and had great time. Family home and very good quality and a nice room. We had half board our sandwiches were ready every day before our departure on a hike and their advice on the places not to be missed very valuable. A big thank you and see you soon for new adventures…

A great hotel for any cyclist who wants to explore the pyrenees. Philippe and his staff are going above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Good food for the cyclist breakfast as well as dinner. A nice secured cellar to put away the bike. Rooms and not very large, but very clean and with good beds. Wofi in the hotel is of very good quality. Both in strength and speed. We were there with a group of 12 and would book this hotel again within a blink of an eye when we decide to make another trip to the pyrenees.

Fantastic holiday and we had a good time (10 days). Philippe and his team made your stay in the Pyrenees for a cyclist a blast! From the breakfast, bike ride advise, dinner to the cleanest of this well maintain Hotel! We were a group of 5 cyclist and this place was recommended by one of them (Thanks Chris). Now will I go back, any time!

Simple hotel but with a treatment of 5 stars. Super and very friendly staff.
The location of the hotel is unbeatable and adapted facilities for the practice of cycling.

Outstanding hospitality from the minute we arrived until we left from all the staff. The location and set up is a cyclist's dream. Secure storage for your bike, bike wash facilities and plenty of space to do any tinkering with your bike. Just a 5 minute walk up the road is a great bike shop if you prefer someone else to do the tinkering. The hotel is in a great location with Hautacam pretty much on the doorstep and easy access to a huge selection of cols from the less well known like Spandelles to the mighty Tourmalet. As regards food, the cyclist's menu option was perfect for us, great food and lots of it. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend the hotel to anyone thinking of taking a cycling break in the Pyrenees.
