Great location, close to the Sanctuary. Otherwise it is discreet: good breakfast; for the cook it would be better to an internship in Italy to learn Italian cuisine. Table service: almost enough. Room cleaning: enough. Missing the bar fridge. It can get better.

Very nice hotel, pleasant staff and very accomodating. Breakfast and dinner for our tour group was excellent.

An excellent hotel very near to the Domain. If anyone physically disabled in your party, make sure the Hotel knows about this. I am a wheelchair user, and as I travelled alone, got put into a single room which was not accessible. The staff are only too willing to help and I was moved to a bigger room with disabled facilities.

Close to the grotto but for a four star hotel, food is below rating and sometimes delayed in serving. Staff could use some improvement in customer service and stop being too "French". Our luggage got lost and was not delivered to our room.

It does not work vacuuming in some bathrooms (I don't know the others). Not recommended (maybe even more) due to access uphill to those who want to move only in wheelchairs, X who moves in the car I think there are no problems, the elevator in fact arrives to the garage and I have not seen any architectural barrier. My room was wide as well as the bathrooms. I also report that some sockets do not work.

Comfortable Hotel Canere spacious clean and well appointed friendly staff. Restaurant with abundant and varied courses good coffee.

The location of the Hotel is very good Speak Italian.

It is a beautiful Hotel and food is fantastic. Rooms very comfortable but no views apart from back yards etc.
Reception is often far too busy to help, but the ladies in the Hotel Shop are amazing and only too happy to help and of course sell! But they will give you information and make you feel special even if your only spend 1 Euro or 50 they treat you the same.
The entrance lounge is good to sit in to watch the world go by!
Obviously lifts are slow with so many people in the hotel and most pilgrims moving at the same time 4 lifts is not enough.
Food excellent as are the waiters and waitresses.

The staff is very friendly but the food leaves to be desired. Clean rooms.

Walking distance to the Lourdes shrine & accesible to restaurants. Stores for souvenirs everywhere around the hotel. The hotel is clean/presentable so with the rooms. Highly recommended to all prospective visitors to Lourdes, France.

A quiet place to stay near the sanctuary. We stayed on the 10th floor which has an attic and is perfect for families. Staff is very friendly and welcoming, and will address to your needs quickly. Issue here was the internet couldnt reach the attic room and our door keys seem to have a problem. But the staff is quick to respond to those issues so still didnt have a problem.

Great service & location. The rooms could be larger. The bathroom configuration is kind of weird depending on the room you get. No electrical outlet bedside for those who like their device near them. But the location is awesome. You are very close to the Sanctuary and the staff is A+.

I have been staying at the Elisha hotel for several years. A wonderful hotel with kind and caring staff. Also a great welcome from the management.
