Chalet Saint Louis Hotel

Great establishment where we had a great time. The couple of receptionists is caring for the guests. Do not hesitate to book the evening meals, it is hearty and a real treat. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you again.

Substantial : the lift and the proximity of the Shrine! Not significant : the parking lot! Like many hotels in Lourdes …

Hotel dirty, a Robby or Roach in the bathroom, bath towel not changed poorly isolated breakfast more than limit for 5 euros ever again!

Not very recommended. Hotel good value for money but the friendliness of the patron remains to desired and lean breakfast. And the more we have to leave the key hanging when we don't trust at all. Anyone can take our key to search or steal. We've spent a night at the hotel and we had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, the decor was unique and the staff was friendly. We've arrived after the hotel closing time, but we were given means to access the bedroom (door code). Even so, a friendly member of the staff was there when we arrived to greet us and explain the basics.
