Customer at Néméa who so far have given me satisfaction.
I found the accommodation a T 2 for ' 4 people ' while we were only 2, too cramped. Especially the room (I was forced to change in the living room because no room for my suitcase) and the balcony which is made difficult to use because of its dimensions.
Cons well for the swimming pool and the gym which alas is usable only from 9 am)

Excellent little stay with family and friends. Very good reception. The apartments are large enough and teams. Small flat The rental of the TV.

This stay was really not pleasant. It's very small, everything is paid (Wi-Fi, TV…) The only good thing is that it's next to the ski slopes.

Apartment not very clean on our arrival, dirty dishes in the cupboards and very bad odor related to the hood (we asked for it to be cleaned).

Ideally located just above the cable cars and 200 meters from the centre, this residence offers correct apartments in the area.
The reception, although it is a little limited in terms of the timetable (17 to 7 pm), is very very warm.
The kitchenette is well equipped (including a dishwasher) and the dishes are in sufficient quantity.
There is a large ski locker, a swimming pool, a sauna and a gym in the 2nd basement.
A welcoming pot is organised with a small presentation of the activities of the Office of Guides and a tasting of local products: very friendly atmosphere!
However, it should be noted that only the rental of the apartment is included in the price; Sheets, towels, Internet and TV are extra.
Too bad it is not clearly specified in the offer (per week: €37 for sheets and towels, €5 for TV and €5 for Internet).
The whole thing is still very nice!

Very good stay, the staff is nice and warm, the accommodations sufficiently spacious, maintained and clean. We still regret the prohibitive rates of TV and Wifi that we have not subscribed to. The pool and Sauna are very nice, it is just a pity to have to leave them at 7pm as it is relaxing after a day of skiing.

Excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment and will come again hopefully.

The reception is always warm. A downside the price increases by €100 for the same week compared to last year for the month of March. Missing a trash can at the local ski for pigs who toss their papers on the ground.

The best location and the deal. The 6-person apartment is spacious and comfortable, for 4 people.

Very friendly staff. Very decent environment, residence and accommodation. Two bad reviews however, apartments very poorly soundproof and entrance door that lets pass a strong current of very cold air.

Very well placed, at the foot of the gondola, above the equipment rental store and near the city center, for 4 very well small flat lack of closet.

For a studio I found it a pity to have two single beds while they are made for couples.
I was also disappointed to not be able to shower standing because the bathtub had been installed under the sloping roof.
Otherwise the location is ideal at the feet of the gondolas
The apartment is properly equipped even if the TV costs too much.

For studio we took was not very very clean (full of kitchen dirt on radiator, some cobwebs under the cribs, crockery = traces of glues! …)
The TV is not included but it costs too much!

Good location Apartment really well laid out and very well insulated compared to the neighbors.
We appreciate the apartment crossing to enjoy the view of the mountains.
A few steps from the village to take a stroll, the setting is relaxing and restful.

Perfect for comfortable and pleasant stay.
