Spend a very pleasant night, quiet.
Very bright and spacious room, very cozy bed and pillows real little clouds (very soft)
Classic breakfast but very good.
Swimming pool, jacuzzi and spa very appreciable.
The only negative point… Parking spaces (in the evening) but was quickly settled by the hotel staff.
For the first time, I am very happy! I had a great time thank you all and see you soon 👍🏼

The room is spacious, clean. The bathroom with bathtub is large, clean. The bedding is very comfortable. The most is the balcony with seating, a kettle with coffee and tea.
The hotel is very quiet with pool access, bubble bath, steam room and sauna from morning until evening (ready bathrobe, slippers and towels). A well-equipped gym and a games room with billiards, baby football, consoles. Everything for activities.
Breakfast is very well served and there is a choice.
I recommend.

Very disappointed with some points the cleanliness of the room is really to review room 221! We pay 500 euros 2 nights to have to park in the city center because there is no place in the hotel in the evening. C shameful has this price! The black shower seals not cool for a 4 star nice breakfast! I would like to receive commercial offers from you if you want to see me come back to your house and give better opinions! Today I recommend not tomorrow I do not know!

Very good hotel renovated recently, this can be seen, as well as in the relaxation area for that matter.

Only small downside: our room was not redone between our two nights as the staff only came after 4pm, just when we were etion to the room, while we had been away from 10am to 4pm and left at 5pm.

Very nice hotel in an architecture that takes on Norman features. A staff very attentive to your well-being. In addition this hotel offers services for wellness, sauna, massage, relaxation pool. However, despite the comfort of the rooms several points are the key to these 4 stars: poor acoustic insulation, the extra bed was rickety (damage), toilet door and bathroom that does not close, access to the shower quite difficult (a 30 cm) difficult to get down may slip. On the other hand the lack of air conditioner by these very hot weather did not seem inconvenient to me, they lend free fans if necessary. Namely also they have a service of "troubleshooting" meals at very affordable prices, they do not compete with restaurants.

Very nice hotel and well located with its private parking lacking in damage spaces!
Information too limited to the reception on arrival. No indication on how to access the pool and where the place is for breakfast. No questions asked about our stay on leaving and no excuses about triggering the fire alarm in the middle of the night. Too bad also for a 4 star hotel. However I recommend this hotel with a rating of 4 out of 5.

Hotel conveniently located, close to City center, casino, Port and beach. Great stay. All the staff at the hotel is very welcoming and caring. Very nice SPA area & wellness. Very nice room (Standard room for 2), comfortable bedding, very clean. Free Parking. We left the car at the parking lot for our stay as everything is nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful the room was spacious, airy, extremely clean and welcoming the breakfast was excellent, copious and varied the facilities were very welcoming, warm, clean the hotel is a few yards away from the restaurants, bars, beach, casino. only a small reservation: the car park didn't have enough spaces for all we will definitely come back!

We spent 4 nights in a group of 15 in this hotel. Everybody enjoyed it. The location is up a hill, but a walkable distance from the many restaurants in Trouville. The staff in the hotel were superb in looking after us, from finding a restaurant that would take 15 people at the drop of a hat, to retrieving a lost earring from a washbasin within 15 minutes. There is a lovely spa with swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room, plus other leisure activities available in the hotel. All in all a gem of a find.

Very welcome, spacious rooms (above) good bedding but bathroom a little disappointing, small bathtub, no towel dryer and mini inefficient radiator. The breakfast buffet is not very well organized and followed by the staff almost absent from the room…
The location of the hotel is excellent. Pool, sauna, steam room and gym but a downside for a small common area serving as a women's locker room — man and toilet and a lack of maintenance for the unusable steam room and sauna and the pool not sufficiently filled but it remains a nice space Based.

Very happy with our two days with you. Pleasant and very smiling. It was great to be able to leave our luggage until the evening train. The only thing: there was no Nutella to the pancakes 2nd morning. The pool is warm enough and the games room large enough. We would return for another vacancy in the school. Thank you.

Nothing to say, warm welcome, friendly and professional employees, letting us take advantage of all the free activities at the hotel, Hammam, Sona, swimming pool and gym. I liked the bath cap and slippers that they gave us at the front desk to go with at the pool. Frankly for €143 at night for 3 people I think it's okay. Thank you.

A particularly well equipped hotel: it is very good to have access to the games facilities as well as to the wellness area. The bedding is of good quality. Breakfast Buffet little varied but good quality of the products.
Finally, thanks to the hotel staff for their welcome and advice on good restaurants around the corner!
We will stay here again without any hesitation.

For our lunch we had the very pleasant surprise of having our table erected in the living room facing the fireplace. It was a delightful experience. The breakfast was perfect from end to end and the staff to the small care.

It was a very nice hotel. It lacks a bit of lighting in the room and towel racks in the bathroom.
Very dangerous door stops right in front of the wardrobe.

Very charming (what beautiful geraniums on every balcony… this was the best-looking Best Western I have ever seen! ) and reasonably priced hotel within walking distance (10 minutes) from the Trouville train station.

We have stayed here twice now. Both occasions have resulted in a most pleasant experience. Hotel is kept spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are well furnished and stylish. Breakfast is very good with plenty to eat. There is a large car park and the location is quiet. Its only a short walk to the town centre. We will stay here again should we return to the area.

The hotel is great. Conveniently located but away from the town centre noise. Kept spotlessly clean, good low cost continental breakfast. Close to lots of restaurants and bars. Stated here twice now and will return again.

The building is either newly built or recently remodeled. There are no frayed edges, and everything is very clean. The public spaces on the ground floor are more extensive than usual, the staff members are pleasant and helpful, and the free parking is a major plus in Trouville. We've already booked a return visit in July.

An ideal location, a large free parking, a nice building in the local style, everything starts well… A nice spacious room tastefully decorated, comfortable bedding, a very well equipped bathroom (hairdryer, accessories…), all of a remarkable cleanliness. The suite is in tune. The staff: it does not just respond to your requests, it anticipates them, with a smile. Breakfasts: copious, complete. I especially enjoyed the local jams: cider jelly For example, or even a marvel of strawberry-hibiscus jam. A treat. If we add what is not very important to me but it is worth mentioning, namely equipments — indoor swimming pool, bar 24/24, games area… — Nice bill is, at a very reasonable rate, a highly recommended address.

The positive: nice hotel with parking, pool and sauna/hamman, spacious rooms, staff very attentive and friendly (also for children), nice small buffet — breakfast. Quiet location (you can sleep with the window open) while being very near Trouville and Deauville, where you can walk.

Great disappointment about the room privilege which the carpet is stained and mold to the side room and especially in the bathroom ceiling (ceiling, window & joints of earthenware). Real work would resolve the problem. Lack of fridge in rooms, feeble hairdryer and some finishes to see also. Despite the gesture of goodwill of the managers for the mold (known problem), I had chosen this hotel 4 * hotel offers guests enjoyable for my wife. Great disenchantment.

Our favorite TROUVILLE hotel! Stay always pleasant (3rd time). People at the reception and service are all very friendly and attentive to our requests. The decoration of the rooms is very varied, each has a style, not weariness of one stay to another. Parking free ok. Tray with kettle, coffee tea, ready of bathrobe and slippers, always friendly and welcome attention. There may be a mini fridge in room but you can drop in the fridge of the hotel without problem, so OK +++.

Great hotel! quiet (while being next to the city center), a great bedding (and I'm picky), a fresh breakfast and plenty of choice (very good local products). We did parts of very nice pool (even if, due to a slightly too close wall we had to twist us).
As for the pool somewhat small for real swimmers but nice to relax with the jacuzzi and the hammam!
The icing on the cake was the Sun in the make you! 4 great days at Trouville. We recommend this hotel!

The room is spacious. A few storage are available. Games room convenient for family with children and SPA nice. The breakfast is complete, to make a fresh orange juice.

October 2014: I travel throughout Europe several times a year and can count on the Best Western Hotel Chain to always be a good+ experience. That is why I was disappointed with my less than 24 hour stay there. My reservation was 'lost' even with my confirmation. Alone, tired, near tears and getting dark, I refused to leave (politely). I was given a dank room, hair on bathroom floor and tub and a filthy patio. The bedspread was worn thin, sheets were very wrinkled, and yes I slept on top of the sheets! The breakfast was delicious with a top notch buffet. I walked into town for dinner just to get out of the hotel. The staff tried to be friendly, but I could see that they had to make an effort. I made an appointment for a massage for the next morning at 11 and called down to the desk to cancel a few hours later after dinner. The next morning, during that 'top notch buffet' breakfast, a front desk skinny blonde employee actually stomped to my table, voice raised and scolded me about canceling my massage (the night prior) in front of everyone. It really shook me up, so I followed her to the front desk, asked for the manager, told her everything including the condition of the room as well, (I wasn't going to say anything because it was a bust from the beginning). No apologies for her behavior or the filth of the room. I ended up staying at the Hotel Le Central, where every employee outclassed this place for the same money… Did I mention how dark and dingy the bar and lounges were?

We are graves on the personnel sometimes villain. The pool is not deep enough or quite heated and it discolored our jerseys. The parking is too steep. Room for 4 people not spacious and with not enough storage. The room doors slam.
But we loved the pool hall and the fresh orange juice in the morning.

Love this hotel! This will have been our fifth year — says it all. We'll be back again. X.

Very nice hotel and beautiful room or should be that there is a small fridge. Staff friendly. Lack of storage in the bathroom and a little low lighting for makeup (according to my wife). Very good breakfast. The free parking is a very good point. In conclusion, good value for money, especially if we take advantage of the pool; the sauna, the gym, the pool. We will be back.
