Disappointing stay spoiled by a canteen dinner served on a polluted tablecloth with glasses cut a very dirty cover. Simple menu poorly cooked, without fantasy or flavor.
In short, unworthy of an institution of this category. I highly doubt that we can serve a gourmet meal, after the mediocrity of this meal which is confirmed in many opinions.
Fortunately the room remains comfortable despite some lack of amenities such as safe, mini bar, air conditioning,
Kettle and coffee maker. Breakfast was very good. The staff were very polite and courteous, with lots of young people visibly in training. I do not recommend this property.

We appreciated the extreme kindness of all the staff, their availability and understanding.
The family room is a bit small, but very suitable for parents and children at "low age". Its maintenance is quite correct.
The food is excellent, its presentation outstanding and the service very attentive.
Thank you all, we had a great time there.

Too good the weekend and room too well impeccable service have to spend a good weekend.

Not the best performance of Gerardmer. But correct anyway.

Nice surprise that this stay in Gérardmer with the passtime. Only downside, the evening meal which we would add a few euros to not have the menu pension.

Really very disappointed with the delivery of the restaurant. We left with the offer of the greedy passport where we had to take advantage of a tasting menu. The dishes were insipid, the service laborious. No proposal of Dish, we had to take the only dish cooked by the chef tonight. A fish as an appetizer: a tasteless cod. A chicken without gravy. And a rum baba not terrible. The only positive thing was the breakfast was really plentiful.

I went there for the SPA, nice reception by the hostesses, also sells swimsuits. Jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, showers, relaxation room.

High rate for a service not up to par, single meal imposed at the restaurant and not terrible at all! Very disappointed.

Pleasant hotel. Well located. Access to the spa by reservation. Excellent breakfast.

We had come in October 2014 as part of a box (hotel + Welcome cocktail + Dinner + breakfast) and had a great stay!
At the time we had enjoyed a meal worthy of a gourmet restaurant (even starry! ) so we reiterated the experience recently to enjoy the same box!
Despite a friendly welcome with an adorable little cat who sits on the counter the reception, it was a total disappointment compared to the first time.
On arrival, we are asked what time we wish to dine, I take the opportunity to indicate that I do not eat meat except fish, the hostess takes note and we will settle in our room which, to our surprise, was wide open! We report it to the reception and we are told that it is probably the maid who forgot to close the door… We hope that no one has "squatted" our room before we arrived…
The room is a little dated and has not changed since 2014, it deserves a little bit of young!
In short, once installed, we will have a drink at the hotel bar while waiting for dinner time at the restaurant which is in the same hall.
20H (time indicated to the hostess on our arrival), we arrive at the restaurant and are settled at a table (I specify a second time to the manager that I do not eat meat except fish) and here it is for a very long wait…
We wait at least 20 minutes before we are offered to take the aperitif (planned in our box) …
10 minutes later, comes the "putting in the mouth": 2cl of gazpacho in a cup!

Better times to say nothing… Aside from the fact that they should be thinking about changing members of their teams…

The king size bed… It's just two little bed glued.
Nice Spa, after we were almost alone what makes it nice.

Nice location right on the lake. Great lunch, unfortunately a very weak breakfast. In the spa area, the sauna was unfortunately not. And a 1 hour visit to the spa area had to be booked separately and paid with €10. The service could have been much more attentive, often you sat on the dry.

Room with a view of the lake, beautiful. A 2 steps from the shops and a ski slope. Very appreciable to be able to enjoy the spa/Jacussi until 10pm. A delicious meal. Very good time lived.

Clean room but no more. Bathroom with shower without more. Not exceptional for the price of the Rooms. Very very bad Insulation. We heard our neighbors from above until 3:00 in the morning. Nice little Balcony.

Sauna Corner No More. Pretty Flooded. Room Chromatherapie Armchair also hardens. Not included in the price of the Rooms.
Ate well at the restaurant both quantitatively and qualitatively (random? Saw the other Reviews) wines at all Prices. Smoking Room. Heated indoor Pool. (we did not go there)
In short stay average especially for the price and the * * * we expect better.
We did not have any inconvenience but heard a lot of customers who had… so prudence Anyway. There is no shortage of hotels in the City.

Too bad no bar open, no bartender… A nice jazzy place and nothing to savor it… Restaurant closed also so we could not judge…

We had room 205 with seen on the lake. Very nice room with a small balcony, nice bedding and welcoming staff. Ideal to rest the time of a weekend at the mountain and rate level we were there in off season (April), we had paid €105 with breakfast.

Very nice hotel, staff really on top no complaints. However I found totally excessive prices relative to the quality of the room… We slept very badly, and the building is still quite old… Too bad because everything else is really good…

Of the arrived was surprised to walk past garbage containers right at the entrance.
The staff is professional but little courteous.
On entering the room was my surprise. Where is the safe, where is the tray? There is simply no.
The rooms are old and dilapidated. The ceiling is only a plastic tarp stretched hole on one side and vulgarly repaired with tape on the other. The lighting is mismatched. WC and shower doors are sliding without locks and dangerous for the fingers.
The shower is small and unpleasant. There is no water pressure, and water flows out of the tray. Once again he y' has a problem of lighting in the shower that illuminates to against day is so that we see almost his face in the mirror.
The bed is not a mattress 2 people but 2 small mattress together and frankly uncomfortable.
He y' has a big problem of soundproofing.
Level hygiene is much better: dust everywhere, top of the closet and table unwashed, dirty glass and if analyze you brush WC you will know what ate the previous occupants.

Contrary to the opinion of the above excellent evening spent at the "roof of the Lake"
for our part lasagna with vegetables that us has enjoyed, and the wok we seemed to be too appetizing!
We will be back and I recommend it.

Our dinner at the restaurant "The roof of the Lake" was the most disappointing: paella not cooked, with flat regular and a sloppy service. Even the sangria wasn't at the height!
We reported this to the waitress that the paella was not cooked enough and it to coldly replied that "the plate he had already burned his hand".
However, despite it warms the paella unfortunately our dinner was followed by a food poisoning that is painful for my mother.
Therefore, I do not recommend this restaurant that was definitely not up to our expectations.

We have very good eating, it was what we expected and very pleasant service. For the gourmet remains very correct to the price level.

We spent a great weekend in this beautiful hotel. The rooms are clean and Nice. Service quality (reception, restaurant and room service). Small flat, around 5 pm the bar Manager, refused to serve us a coffee on the terrace (we waited for 5 minutes), because he had to prepare the dining room. This is the never before seen! For a hotel of this standard, a bar, a terrace with a view on Lake and refuse to serve a simple Cup of coffee to a customer of the hotel! Red card for that person.

Very pleasant stay of 4 days in February 11 in hotel. The suite 302 was perfect, big, neat and well equipped. 2 restaurants are very good but lack simplicity if you want to "gastro". The dishes are not very adapted to as many and especially not for children even if the team goes out 4 to satisfy you (no pasta, rice, or potatoes… not easy for young kids). The pool is nice after a day of skiing, pity that slightly cloudy water is not very engaging. Services of a really competent cosmetologist (by appointment) are more significant. In short, despite these small criticisms this stay in the Vosges was great and very nice station and has nothing to envy in usability to the ski resorts in the Alps! We'll be back that's for sure.
