Premiere Classe Carcassonne Hotel

Awful place. Had to use a towel at the bottom of the door to stop the bugs. Barely slept. But if you are on a budget and need somewhere close to airport with free parking this is one step above sleeping on the ground outside.

It is retired in an industrial estate, right off the highway, very useful as a passing hotel. A bus stop is a 5-minute walk away and drops off in the center of Carcassonne. The rooms are very simple, somewhat old but they looked clean, the bathroom is very small, especially the shower. The reception is 24 hours, but from 9th there is no one and but you can check in through a machine. The staff was very friendly, when I went there was a guy who spoke Spanish.

Hotel First Class in its juice, competitive price, near a road in an area of activity.
Small room, without air conditioning (present but not working) and questionable insulation. Clean linen but stained and holed.
Friendly staff all the same.

For me everything is good the service the reception with the smile advice to orient the small breakfasts in self-service hearty and good quality easy access everything is good I vienda often in this type of hotel when I travel professionally or private I recommend this hotel chain and everywhere in France the quality and value for money is equal nothing to sign or depler I recommend this establishment like all hotels first class labbée Jacques Su Basque country.

Hello of passage to this hotel of course C is cheap nes C is everything C is hotel is not very well maintained it would have to refair a health of room a good neck of nine paint the locks that does not work from the inside at night was not terrible dogs that I can't shake anybody's move of course.
I am not trouverl the Hottessse of the evening reception very welcoming brief.
For one night C is all I prefer to pay more next time elsewhere and better.

Very friendly reception but there was a bed in very bad condition and my mother gave a blow to the head.

Very good, good reception, clean room, very good value for money, after a course of 600km, ideal to rest after a good night, breakfast and shower, left for 500km, I recommend.

4 nights for business trips. Good nights, in always clean rooms and linens renovated daily. Shower Cubicles WC. French breakfasts in self-service. Ideally located in the area at 150 m from the bus stop Bourriette of Line 1 near restaurant and shops. Very friendly staff.

Hotel super poorly indicated. Obsolete. Small room. Oon has the smell of the previous occupant. No toilet brush. 1 single socket for 1 room of 3 persons, 1 towel for a room of 3.
And at night… a real happiness, police intervention to silence some occupants, music has bottom, bottles of alcohol left in the parking lot. We asked for a refund of our lovely stay.

Smelled horribly the cigarette, for a non smoking room, it was vomiting and the sheets torn in some places. After that remains an entry level hotel so do not be too demanding on the amenities, the room is small but let's say we didn't expect a 3 star either. Otherwise easy to access and nice staff.

I was really turned off at the beginning especially after reading the bad comments but for the price you pay you get a safe parking and a gate that closes at night. Only that worth at least half of the money it costs, plus people working there are very kind. I give 5 stars. You won't find anything better at that price.

This hotel treats its guests very badly.
Just arrived the receptionist told me you can't get visitors! As if it was a prison, and gave me a role to sign against prostitution given to understand that came to that a woman of 45 years I have! I felt very bad and to top it told me I could go right away! But if I'm not mistaken I am a client and I pay my room if it is to treat me so well. It is very nice indeed and especially not if in France treat all its customers the same but few customers have to have!

Very bad soundproofing people in the middle of the night came back and spoke as if they were alone in the world and not in a hotel being told with a person present all night who could have intervened.
We had booked early to have 3 bedrooms next door, quiet, next door, ground floor result room scattered 1a l floor and one side road impossible to sleep.
Room for breakfast very small lack of room if the hotel is practically full very disappointed.

Small but clean rooms, breakfast available. Easy access with car, close to highway. Very reasonable prices. Recommended.

Cheap. Location is outside the town. Poor breakfast meniu. Hotel is good for one night sleep.

Enough to get out of the Way. Small and warm rooms pretty clean for about 45 euros. There is a possibility of breakfast for 5 euros more. They did a giveaway of a gift among the Guests.

The reception is warm and pleasant. Very nice staff. What more to ask for such a small budget. Everything is Correct.

Value for money to desired and to review. The layout of the lights and poorly done. The entrance doors don't seem very safe. The equipment in general is dated and falls into ruins.

Had booked this accommodation and decided to cancel within 4 hours, I was charged the full amount of my stay and they will not refund me, not happy.

ELL is suited to our needs for two nights. I would like to highlight the professionalism of the receptionist (Khadija), he was very diligent, was perfectly expressed in Spanish and was able to give us very kindly and with any precision, information on all questions that we are asking you about the hotel and tours of the city and surroundings.

Rather nice good hotel that close to a road single problem the shower is a bit small and the price of breakfast derisory for things presents at the buffet.
