Always on the road, this is by far the worst hotel in which I set foot in France… and well beyond. Totally unsanitary, just good to fall really sick. Would deserve an immediate administrative closure for endangerment and swindling.
Three nights, with very bad odors in the bathroom, no heating or hot water despite an outside temperature of 3 °c, and a lamentable behaviour of the staff of the reception, responsible in the lead, which does not bring any response to such Situation, on the contrary the choice of denial, provocation and even offense.
After having exchanged with other furious customers, and contrary to the claims of the reception, no one is spared, from the ground floor to the top floor, common areas included.
Beyond these elements, in order to be the most complete and objective possible, I also remember the large common area rather pleasant but the facilities out of service (toilet, baby foot…), the few friendly receptionists and doing well their Work contrasting with their other colleagues, a real gym (but without hot water for the shower…), cleanliness of the rooms leaving to be desired, very low-end breakfast and therefore taken elsewhere. As for the sector, it proves to be very poorly served and far from everything, if not the peripheral. Its immediate proximity guarantees a permanent noise, even closed windows. The exhaust gases do not allow them to be opened anyway, despite the foul smell in the bathroom. The electricity automatically cuts out of the room, making it impossible to load electronic devices.
The reception remains unreachable from the room phone (gives work), but immediately responds to the outside line (to make new reservations).
Languages spoken: French simplified and coarse, English wobbly can prove to be very practical to feign not to understand. No Spanish Despite the large clientele, no more Portuguese… at least when customers complain. To check all the same, perhaps it is quite otherwise when it comes to taking a new reservation (…).
Recognising so much effort to have achieved such a level of mediocrity, it is without hesitation that I give my plame of the hotel of shame to this vile place.
