comfortable, well designed room, with the exception of the shower, which is 'designed' to wet the floor outside it's cubicle.
likewise, a toilet brush would be a good idea
while I understand the policy to reduce danger of broken glass/ceramics in the shower room, I don't understand why ceramic cups can't be used in the general bedroom area.

Very pleased with our room and the service by the staff! Wish there was a pool though.

It’s a good Hotel Rooms also neat and clean I love it.

We stayed one night in a family room (a real double bed and a sofa bed) in 4 people (two adults and two children).
Great room, comfortable bathroom with large shower.
The hotel is in a somewhat secluded area, in the nearby village within a 5-minute walk there are a couple of restaurants, but it's a great base for visiting the nearby (20-minute drive) Asterix park.

Hotel it's self was clean and tidy unfortunately there was building work going on so breakfast was a bit muddled but selection was very good. Only issue was very disappointed with amount of sleep, room doors banging through the night and very noisy neighbours shouting at 1am! So if you are looking for a hotel just to hangout this is the one for you.

Standard based on American expectations. The location though is great — only a walking distance to a park and an area with several restaurants. There is a free shuttle to the airport terminals.

Soundproofing super poor, wash basin is also broken, toilet has a urine smell. Halfof in the bath will turn into ice water without hot water. The most annoying thing is that the cleaning man in the hall is actually a thief, and even the pretend cleaner is actually a thief. I was robbed of my bag in the lobby, with cameras, mobile phones, cash, credit cards and passports flying through, preventing me from flying home. Go to the Paris police report, the hotel insisted that there must be police in order to have access to the monitor, attitude is very cold and negative. Remind you that the tourism industry and tourists from all over the world, do not stay in this hotel, or you will regret to pay a heavy price!

The room was clean and beds we're comfortable however, my two star rating has to do with the breakfast. Never before have had scrambled eggs that were so runny. To make them even more appealing, they were cold. Not warm, cold. That's ok though because they went fantastic with the cold sausages. Of the three coffee makers, one worked intermittently. Would I stay here again? Sure. Would I recommend eating there? Nope, unless you're planning on spending some time in the lavatory of your plane.

The hotel atmosphere was pleasant; however my room had a huge stain in the rug. Additionally, the bathroom appeared to not have been cleaned well. I had my own cleaning products and cleaned where housekeeping did not succeed. The restaurant within the hotel was decent and provided big proportions. I got a Chicken Caesar salad and French Fries. I did enjoy the food. I only stayed for one night and there was a shuttle to get me back to airport. The shuttle experience started off fair and became a nightmare. I had to stand because the shuttle was full which was fine, but the driver can’t stopping abruptly. He stopped one time because there was a clearance poll he was trying to avoid but then changed his mind floored on the gas and then slammed on the brakes. My face went flying into a glass wall (ouch) … I couldn’t wait to get off. Moral of the story take an Uber or wait for a proper seat.

A year ago in a room in a mini bar, there was both mine water and Pepsi and TD. Now it's just water. Breakfast is also, no cheeses that were last year,

Worst service. In case you encounter any problem it the room, they won't help you. For the breakfast you have a limited choices. The room is okay but the service is pathetic. Even the breakfast buffet staff has no manners and audacity to talk to guests. A waiter by the name of Sokka would particularly misbehave. He's an Indian and treats Indians very bad.

Like most guests from this hotel, I got there by missing my flight. Had to endure a ride in an overcrowded shuttle and a line to check-in (even though they were efficient). The room is a catastrophe. Does not look clean at all, old and crusty. The meal I got for free in the restaurant was really bad. I noted a pattern — stranded guests got the buffet, while guests paying full fare could choose from a menu. To be honest, their food didn't look any better. I found a kettle on my doorstep. Turned out to be the one from my room. Never had the courage to use it.

Normal Hotel. Offers the opportunity to dine and drink alcohol at the bar inside.

Nice modern hotel. Convenient to leave car in the parking lot during a trip with good meat shuttle service to restaueant. Watch out for breakfast when groups arrive at the buffet before you have deplored the computer system that was not working.

Rooms were nice as was the breakfast, however the staff on their front desk leave very little to be desired. My Mum had just come off from a 16 hour journey and went to the front desk to request if it was possible to get a 2nd pillow and the receptionist rudely snapped at my Mum and just said "No! Only one! " and then waived her on. If it hadn't of been so late and my Mum hadn't been so tired she may have pursued someone in relation to the rudeness.

Quiet comfortable and professional hotel in an area clustered together with several other hotels very close to CDG airport. Safe and nice.

Airport Hotel. Nothing exciting. Convenient distance side with regular shuttles to the airport.

The reception, the bar and even the room staff nothing to complain about.
About the breakfast buffet on the other hand it's average… Staff young and not motivated to work, classic buffet without flavor and not very clean (the dish of scrambled eggs a catastrophe) not to mention the machine for milk powder… No orange juice pressed, lack of bowls etc…

I was disappointed with my stay here on March 20, 2018. The room was filthy with stains all over the walls and floors. The bathroom tub and toilet were stained and there were black areas under the sink that I suspect were mold. I am highly sensitive to mold and when I woke up the next morning my face was very swollen. We called the front desk to request more pillows and a toothbrush and the lady insisted we come down to get them. There was no ice machine so we had to go to the bar to get some where they offered us one plastic cup fill of ice. Pros: — great location near the airport — great pizza place nearby with reasonable prices (pizza king) — the beds were very comfortable and clean.

Nice room The staff of the breakfast and the restaurant really friendly as well as the reception. However a little disappointed that the heating did not work well and that there is no extra heating… we got a little cold.

Few amenities, but clean, very nice rooms and by a free shuttle to a (huge) shopping centre which makes it so much easier to kill time if you are waiting for a flight.

Old but clean hotel and the beds are comfortable. The restaurant was a very good surprise, the dishes are very neat and offer good value for money.

Stayed here as part of a coach holiday to Disneyland. Impressed with the very modern room and breakfast buffet that isn't just continental but cooked too.

Hotel overall positive and clean, a bit old the facility however kept pretty well.

The hotel is about 10 minutes drive from the terminal and taxi cost around 15 euro (Nov 17). The rooms are decent size however the walls are very thin, I could hear my neighbours at 4am getting ready like they were standing next to me. The shower is very basic without shampoo or other soaps, just generic liquid soap for all. There was no iron, however there was kettle for tea and coffee. The breakfast is ok, although I came after a big group and there was not a lot left.

The bottom of the bathtub in the bathroom is yellow and yellow, seems to be not doing cleaning work also in the shower super disgusting, washing table is also very dirty, the cup back to the bottom of a crack three or four, the first day and the next day have to tip, every day to give a bottle of mineral water, the third day did not give, Super, soundproofing is also very poor, the only advantage is close to the airport.

It's a comfortable cozy quiet place near the airport I really liked.

Very happy last year this time to travel to Europe but it is a pity that because of the loss of wallet and hotel staff left the integrity of the problem so that the journey is full of regret hope that your hotel can enhance the integrity of the staff will not let other tourists encounter the same Regret.

It's close to the airport, however, it's hard to find the bus station. I wish there were instructions on the web site where the bus stations are located and which buses go to the hotel. I was waiting for the black line bus to find out I needed a pink one. The room was spacious but the bathroom was from the 80s. Pink tiles with a pink sink. The bath tub was not attached properly to the point that I felt unsafe standing in it. The restaurant was ridiculously expensive. On a good side-it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The bottom line for me — I will try to avoid this airport in the future. It is too big and not tourist friendly.

Can't cool room down! Comforters weigh 20#'s but no top sheet instead. Rooms clean, quiet, HOT, & nice. Folks @ desk pleasant & helpful. Can print boarding pass downstairs.

This hotel was not only lovely but extra lovely after the small rooms you usually get in France. We even got a fridge which was much appreciated! The rooms were huge, the staff friendly and helpful, and it was awesome having a full sized shower! My only suggestion is a sign stating that parking in front of the building for loading only isn't allowed and that the parking in the lot is free for the first couple hours to allow for loading. It would have saved us the trip back and forth and made us worry less that we were going to have to shell out 5€ for only parking for one hour (as is stated upon entrance of the parking lot).

Great deal for luxury. I highly recommend this hotel and absolutely would return. Complimentary shuttle to/from CDG, fast Wi-Fi, complimentary soda bar in the fridge, hotpot with tea and coffee, TV in many languages, luggage platform, robe and slippers, all of the toiletries (soaps, shoe mitt, shower cap, sewing kit). Room was nicely decorated and smelled floral upon arrival. Restaurant is expensive. Located amongst a lot of other airport hotels, so most restaurants closeby in the area are equally expensive.

The hotel rooms were great. It was nice and cozy and the employees were very friendly. My only complaint was that the restraint was a little pricy.

One of the only real 4 people room (2 double bed) I found next to Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport. Free shuttle bus (pink line, sncf bus station at level 5) but not very easy to find and very busy in our case. Free and generous free breakfast. The only negative point was noise from air-conditioning or hot water system that was a bit annoying. Could have been a bit more cleaner. However, good value for the price and very convenient when you have to catch a train at the airport, as it about at 10 min drive with shuttle bus.

Night shift staff was rude to customers who were staying there due to flight delay. Poor hygiene and poor facilities in room, tasteless breakfast. Won't recommend for anyone.

Stayed for only one night and did not require much service. The rooms were nice and gave my friends and I comfortable living space. There are not many free outlets for plugging in devices, but the room we got had a boiler and a fridge. Wi-Fi was a bit strange. There were a plethora of networks you could connect to that each served a different purpose. In conclusion, it's a comfortable place to stay; washrooms are large enough, beds are comfortable, estate is presentable.

Poor service, expensive and bad food in the restaurant. Will never come back and don't recommend it to others!

The rooms are pretty good. It is one of the better best western hotels in the world because it has free water, a nice bathroom, and a clean interior. It is good like a courtyard marriot. My only issue is that the elevator is slow and there is a holdup a lot.

The worst experience ever! I am writing this review in this very hotel. The room is VERY VERY dirty. The floor is not vacuumed. Dirt in the bath tub. No shampoo and body wash. The only thing in their bathroom is hand soap. There is some noodle leftover in the kettle, gross. The staff is not very friendly. Do not book, do not come here!

It's a good place to stay for taking next flights in CDG. I really liked the cleanliness and their dinner. If we have higher frequency of shuttle would be better but it's really not bad.

Stayed there in 2000 for one night and loved every little bit of it — from the incredible architecture and open space in the foyer — to the cafe in that same foyer where I had something French in.
