Truly magical place, out of time! An idyllic atypical room, super spacious and pretty themed room friendly personal garden, freelife animals. Excellent stay see too short.

Overall positive experience, but disappointing in view of the prices charged. The Epicurean menu is OK, but not exceptional. The breakfast service schedules are a little late, and the commitment to bring a tray to the room earlier was not held. The environment and the framework, remarkable, do not do everything.

The restaurant's menu was expensive but didn't match the price.

We had a romantic night in the Marquise suite with Jacuzzi.
Decoration of the suite of very good taste, very spacious suite. The setting is beautiful with the animals that roam free. On the other hand, some things are to be revisited: Furniture damaged (coffee table and especially the furniture under the sinks in bad condition. The cleaning is not optimal, we still found at our arrival a bottle of empty shower gel in the shower belonging probably to the customers before… for a suite at €320 at night it's very average!
Breakfast very fresh but no glass to drink the fruit juice? No fruit either. … again this is not up to par.
Unheated pool… no Interest!

Restaurant with a lot of waiting, and very expensive for what it is. €200 to two for mini mini portions and no gourmet recipe. Very dry calf. What a pity!

We had an excellent Valentine's Day three years ago, but the bill was well above the delivery (small portions, almost melted ice on arrival…) We went back during a brunch, still disappointed, a lot of sweet choices, the salty is almost only meat… it would be time to integrate "vegetarian" choices to the map.
Otherwise sublime frame both inside and outside, and we pay too much on arrival…

An evening of divine, in a place absolutely outstanding… I had Never dined in a place as majestic … Level, meal, menu, 6 services, it is necessary to trust the leader and believe me, you can trust him ENTIRELY! A real entertainment, from the beginning to the end, everything was fine, agreements wonderful, presentation to the top, the service, don't talk about it, they are all just as nice and professional as each other and this… Until dessert… Really a moment out of time and magic… we recommend it without reservation for a sweet romantic dinner date…

It was a wonderful time we spent here. The park is lovely thanks to the fountain, the river and the Christmas decorations that were in place. As for the room, very nice decoration which combines very well the chic and the country, the modern and the old. It was spacious and the Jacuzzi tub is very appreciable. At the restaurant, which consists around the pool, was a treat to take the Epicurean menu. In the end, I highly recommend this place!

Wonderful Restaurant in a setting that is not less, not to mention the fact that we also eat very well! Not to be missed!

Charming Hotel; Very professional and pleasant staff. Idyllic setting, ideal for a couple weekend. On the other hand attention to details and finishes (wall plugs not integrated in the wall in common areas, sauna cabin all plastic, jacuzzi of the suite loses water, shower hose too short, …).

Very good reception. Gourmet Restaurant. Very nice and quiet room with all the comforts. Very good evening in love. Thanks to the whole team of Epicure's gardens.

I attended a wedding on this place, the team was outdated and very poorly organized. The waiters are in jeans with a polo and wears basket and we are announced a place with gourmet cuisine.
One of the waitresses even told us "do not come to do weddings here"… bad organization of the buffet and without talking about the time put to serve the meal! The team moved by their organizations and also racially speaking says openly "This is the first time we see blacks throwing lanterns" it's outrageous!
The meal was OK but it is not by far a gourmet meal.

Visually this hotel is gorgeous. The buildings and grounds are well maintained but sadly this establishment needs much improvement. Positives: Food and drink on sight is lovely but ridiculously expensive. Free bicycles available. Clean, spacious rooms. Staff are helpful and friendly but getting a drink in the bar is very slow. Gorgeous peacock wondering around. For those up for it, you can try an 18 mile bike ride (round trip) to the beautiful Monet gardens. Negatives: Unless you have a car you are pretty stranded. There are no restaurants or supermarkets close by. Sunday pm — the staff disappeared. No fridge in room. The hotel could do a lot more with their grounds e. G. A Tennis court is displayed on their site map but it doesn't exist. Adding sports facilities would make sense! There is no gym or spa just a tiny sauna and steam room for 2-3 people max! The bar is unmanned. Very slow service when drinks are requested via reception. Never saw or heard a pianist at the piano in the dining room. The pool hours are odd and very restrictive 9-11 and 3:30-6:00. On Sundays and Mondays the hotel restaurant is closed. Sundays — reception desk is unmanned — very unhelpful. No staff to be found anywhere! Wifi is poor and codes must be obtained via reception every 2 days. Sadly, I would not recommend this hotel.

I catch my room at 18h00 today and there was no way to get a warm shower! So I explains to the concierge the problem.
I m back to the hotel at 23h00 : no warm water yet, so no shower! I dial 9 to call the concierge … No answer … answering machine! This is not an hotel it's a nightmare! And this should be the charming hotel? I hope tomorrow at 07h00 to be able to get warm water! … Inno.

Great restaurant décor worth the detour!

A beautiful place full of charm, a very friendly welcome. The restaurant of the hotel is also to discover.
Small flat for space expansion / a little minimalist spa.

Gardens of Epicurus very well received was the reception staff very pleasant with a smile, a very good cook and a very good Baker service nothing to complain about perfect restaurant has Advisor.

Bad experience! The hotelier (nor the booking site does not warn that the hotel closes at 23: 00. Once there, not the possible cancellation, except to fully charge the price of the night! We give permission to midnight but after closing it is impossible to enter the hotel, even with a key. At midnight sharp, the hotelier calls on mobile us and makes us rush out the wedding in the middle of a wonderful show, and before the arrival of the confection warned us that if one does not immediately the alarm will be implemented and guard dogs unleashed, preventing any entry in the property… Once on place one half hour after, in front of the closed gate, no response despite calls from headlights… and we realize that with our room key, a small gate locked on the side allows direct access to the annex to the hotel where we are staying! … Because there is no this hotel, unlike what announce all booking sites, 5 rooms but 18… Which maybe to avoid a night watchman to confirm the 3 stars. The day after this evening cut short, I do not lack "thank" the keeper for his courtesy of us miss the party, and it starts to go to the booking sites that take them the majority of their billing! In addition, the room was freezing and not put heating (as noted also a previous notice of customer on the hotel). Avoid despite a pleasant setting.
