Review of Château Des Bondons EI 3*

This is the second wedding we organize at the restaurant "le castel": two exceptional weddings both by the great professionalism of the whole team and by the refined cuisine offered by the chef. I don't even know how to express my gratitude as the bride and groom and I were touched by the kindness of Sylvie, the manager of the restaurant, Pascal, the chef and Sébastien, the waiter, to name but a few. I will go into a little more detail so that the readers understand the quality of the services: several appointments are scheduled with the chef who is very attentive to the desires of his customers and does everything in his power to satisfy them, from the menu to the decoration of the tables (please respect this magnificent site that is sufficient to itself and can only be sublimated by a sober decoration of the tables Class! We're not in a party room! ). On the day of the reception, from the reception of the guests to the end of the service, it is an absolute faultless. A smiling staff welcomes us to this idyllic place and shows very quickly to the small care for each guest. Everything is organized for the well-being of the guests and the whole team manages with great professionalism and good humor all the small unforeseen events (hot weather, latecomers, …). The decoration of the tables designed by the team is well above all our expectations. It's just sublime! Let's talk about the meal: The aperitif is already a killer: the Champagne soup and the small ovens are to die for and already foreshadow the quality of the meal that will follow. The dishes follow one another and provoke the admiration of the guests both by the presentation and by the quality of the dishes offered by the chef. No expectations, a service of very high quality: it is also worth noting! The delicate cooking of scallops and meats is downright exceptional. The plates are gourmet but certainly not minimalist!
