Very nice staff.

We will surely come back. Nice hotel and nice people. Especially Anna at the reception and Joel from the dining are so great. Sweet and helpful. It's more like a family here.

Two stars for the staff who are friendly and available. Otherwise my experience with the structure was horrible (first room not made with leftover food in the fridge) second room with a shower not functional (see photo). I won't repeat the experience.

Good hotel, too few staff at breakfast, which takes too long, or we sometimes not completed at all. Rooms clean and spacious, metro station about 200 meters away.

Gr8 place for travellers… Although outside Paris… But still clean place, good buffet breakfast… And awesome staff.

Amazing staff! They pamper you from start to finish! Raina from the front desk and Joel from the dinning hall were exceptional! This is by far the best Courtyard by Marriott hotel my family and I have ever stayed at! As a Platinum elite member they have surpassed all of my expectations! You all really made our vacation very special! Thank you very much from the Cammayo family! We will definitely be coming back!

Great hotel, located near a metro stop, has good breakfast in the mornings and limited lunch and dinner options in the evening. Wifi is only free in the lobby, to get Wi-Fi in the rooms you have to pay.

Very clean, spacious hotel room, with great proximity to Stade De France. Polite staff, and indoor market place is good for a quick snack. However air conditioning was not very good, and you are charged extra for Wi-Fi.

Very efficient service, brisk and simple. Good location and quiet locality with not heavy traffic. Good food and convenience shops are a short walk around the corner. Good simple breakfast and cozy dining place next to lobby with a sitout and lawn with layback chairs for sunning yourself. Good for Business trip stays close to the Metro… Theres an Indian food joint too, typical small one which calls itself Kashmir.

Restaurant without any conviction, absent welcome, not terrible card and approximate service. Only the small terrace has its interest.

It's okay. I've stayed here twice for work. Some of the staff are rude, some are very kind. Check-in has been unorganized and lengthy both stays. The restaurant is okay but pricey for what it is. The rooms are 2 star. I woke up at 3AM to the sound of water pouring out of my light fixture and was told to "turn my AC off" which left me with an 80+ degree room the rest of the stay. However, with all that said, this is probably your best bet in Saint Denis especially if you don't speak French. They all speak English very well. Saint Denis overall is a sketchy area so avoid walking alone at night.

Clean hotel with all the amenities… Very professional and attentive staff. Not too far from the Stade de France. Walk with no problem.

Decent Hotel, the staff is nice, nice room with all the comforts needed for a few days on Paris as well for sightseeing as for work. The meals are of very good quality, a bit expensive and unfortunately the service is very long. The hotel is located close to a Metro mouth (line 13) which gives access to the heart of the capital in a few minutes.

Located in not so great neighborhood. Rooms are ok, limited spread for breakfast. Reception staff doesn't know how to smile. Restaurant staff super helpful! They don't offer free Wi-Fi in rooms, only in lobby.

Watch out for the buses. Park in the main street. To the Snatch…

Breakfast could be overhauled to have a better selection like fried eggs and scrambled the is done and not milky. And the dinner menu needs to have a few more alternatives. Finally the could install room door dampers as you can hear all night door closings.

The staff really made my stay in this hotel. I was amazed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff in the hotel across departments. The rooms are ok, it's a Courtyard. St Denis area is within easy reach of Paris centre by metro but is rather rough, so nothing to do around hotel. The dinner food in hotel restaurant was very poor, I had a very dry backed salmon with dry pasta. Breakfast was ok. But again great staff…

It's a little far from Central ville, but the metro is very close and we were able to everywhere using it. But, be careful of pickpocketers on the metro, which is normal on any subway.

Nice btw, but have to work on the menu more … well good cleaning services.

Double room for a couple (with double bed), reserved by phone in early January for 2 nights in early March. Arrived at the home, no double-bed as possible because it is not guaranteed at this establishment. Official response of the staff " our facility is full, there is nothing I can do for you… ". Big disappointment given the price of the night, and a benefit that wants to be 4 stars.

Well quite all right, first of all you dont have immigrant tents in front of the hotel or armed soldiers walking around. Like at other places in Paris. Breakfast was good. Dinner as well. Service was good, young blond lady on reception very helpful. Unfortunately the airco at room was very, very noisy and you cannot switch it off. Point for big improvement!

Quality Hotel easily accessible by car for pro appointments. Quality room. We just regret the lack of espresso at breakfast.

A contemporary hotel not far from the Stade de France. Here it is calm and voluptuousness except when buses of tourists arrive for an event at the stadium.

Service has been fine-ish. Food: The Caesar salad was terrible (too much dressing and very fishy even for an anchovy-based dressing). Room: The beds are rather hard. And my bathroom floor could have been far better cleaned prior to checking in. Other: I received a wake-up call at 5:48 am that I did NOT request (and I planned on sleeping until 7:30 am). I will not be back.

We waited 30 mins to check in not because they were busy. We could see the lady looking at us behind the glass window. When she came out to help she was very rude and unhelpful. I ask if we were at the correct Marriott because Paris is big and she replied maybe will see what we have. When I made these reservation 2 months ago. Any questions we had she wouldn't answer. I felt like I was wasting her time being there. Everytime we wanted to park or leave we had to go to the front desk instead of using the button provided. No one would answers the call button. If we didn't need so much help from the employees our stay would have been better. The rooms were amazing and cleaned well. The shower was the best. I will be back in Paris in July and I won't be staying at this Marriott.

Great staff. Limited time to explore the area. Rooms and hotel were pearls in a rather interesting part of town. I would go back and stay again.

Own place. Home smiling and pleasant. Room spacious and pleasant. The breakfast is hearty but a little high for my taste. 15€ would be the right price. Otherwise very functional.

Reviews say this was in a ghetto neighborhood. I didn't feel threatened even a little bit. Didn't look ghetto either. Not sure what those reviews were about and probably came from some very sheltered and entitled individuals that live in gated communities. But any way. A little far from what you want to see be was cheaper and the subway was maybe a 20 minute ride to a lot of the sites so it wasn't too bad. Enjoyed our stay here.

Good hotel in a very bad area, beware if you go out in the evening.

For the price they lied and said its in Paris. Its not, its in a dumpy area called St. Denis. The area did not seem safe and was more than 10 miles from Paris. The traffic was horrendous and the staff told me it wasn't safe to park on the street.

Nice place, good welcome and very good lunch.
We were also able to enjoy the terrace which is clean, pretty and quiet for Saint-Denis!

A hotel that is commonplace, in a little hospitable area. Only advantage: Its relative proximity to the Stade de France which make it an interesting drop point at events (provided that the price is in place — we also look for the justification of the 4 * displayed …).

Nice room. Good gym. The breakfast was decent but crowdy, not enough tables for everyone. The checkout was a mess. Very confusing since the cashier did not get the papers right.

Decent hotel close to Stade de France. Breakfast basic but good enough for an overnight stay. Sadly the bar closes at midnight and you're not allowed to take drinks to the room and charge them to the room which is utterly bizarre, especially as the room mini-bars are kept empty. Never seen that in a hotel before.

This hotel is nice. Good service but in summery just too expensive. If you include breakfast and parking and a dinner you are easily down 250 euros for an ok bed. Therefore, it is okay. The location is okay. But all could be nicer and cleaner and more need.

The rooms are very clean and the eating of the restaurant is excellent. It is a bit pricey but it is in line with the prices of Parisian hotels.

Far from the Center but very close to the subway.

The hotel located not far from Carrefour Pleyel metro stop is a 4-star, which, in Paris, simply means "clean room".
The rooms are dated.
In terms of services, we just the bare minimum (mini fridge, iron, coffee/tea).
The TV in the room is tiny with a horrible image quality.
Wi — Fi is paid!
The breakfast buffet is well supplied, but it is quite expensive.

They were spacious, calm and appealing. The breakfast was very good. The only shortcoming was bad Wi-Fi.! Important! If they W LAN network courtyard guest use them pay their hours!

About a week ago my friends and I have made a city trip to Paris by the tour operator of Trendtours.
The hotel stay was at the Courtyard by Marriott Paris Saint Denis. A beautiful hotel that I would recommend it any time. Very clean, good breakfast and great service.

A very nice hotel, not far from the Metro station about 5 min away. Rooms were clean and tidy, breakfast was as buffet where lacked nothing.

Great location for business trip. Wifi not great for business needs.

Very bad experience with my payment… I leave my card as a guarantee and after one week I still waiting for the return, I already call the hotel without having a solution. 1000 euros until this moment lost. I recommend take B&B than is just next to Courtyard.

Ideally situated for the state de francais and the rugby. The staff were so polite and helpful.
