Super small hotel. We feel good, we come back to it. Kitchen nice for breakfast. And even a mini terrace if the weather allows.

The charm of the hotels of yesteryear and the efficiency of modernity. Less than a 10-minute walk from the Gare de Lyon. In a quiet street with very clean rooms and good bedding. On 2 very convenient metro lines to visit tourist areas. Very welcoming people, a hearty breakfast in a room with a neat retro décor. Many restores in the surrounding area and minimarkets.

Great location on a pleasant, lively square near Gare de Lyon and Allee des Plantes. Rooms clean but our was the smallest on our floor which was a tight fit! I liked the quirky details (except carpet on stairs/lobby which definitely needs replacing! ) and drinks/snacks available if needed. However, having to hand key in each time we went out meant waits at a busy reception and overall I thought it rather expensive at almost 100 euros without breakfast.

I would recommend your hotel because in addition to the warm welcome, rooms certainly small but comfortable bedding, varied and organic breakfast, I like to know that I contribute for the good of all and I want to encourage you to continue in this way.

Friendly hotel and close to Lyon train station (10 minutes walk). Very helpful staff: we were able to put down our suitcases in the early morning and visit the city without being cluttered and without paying extra. Neighbourhood rather quiet but with several restaurants on the street (convenient for the evening! ) Nice room.

Very attentive service, service staff kidom (night service) for us to explain the traffic of the major attractions in Paris, for this service is very grateful. Hard room staff put the room is very clean, a door into the room is startled, because it is too intimate. ❤

A great hotel. Everything is perfect. The food they serve is delicious, the staff are friendly, friendly, fast and efficient. The location is easily accessible. It is a perfect place to organize events or stays. I liked everything 5 stars in every way.

It was my second time at Zazie and will definitely come again if I need a place to stay in Paris. The staff is welcoming and very friendly and helpful — the breakfast room has a lot of charm with the film posters from years past. Even the radio channel that is on in the mornings is just perfect for the atmosphere. The beds are very nice also, and the Wi-Fi works well in the rooms.

Very satisfied with my stay. Quiet Hotel located a 10-minute walk from Paris Bercy and a 2-minute walk from the Reuilly-Diderot metro station. Already the 2nd time we come and always so satisfied. Regarding breakfast: Diversified and reasonable price 9 €/person. Nice staff I would recommend this hotel to spend a pleasant stay in Paris!

Very happy about our stay in ZaZie Hotel. The staff was very kind, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast area is lovely and the spirit of the place is just very positive. Will definitely return and will recommend to our friends and partners!

Small hotel but food location. Rooms are small (as typical of most Paris hotels) but staff is helpful and courteous. Infrastructure is a little bit old and requires upgrade. OK to stay for 1-2 nights and if you are looking for a hotel around city Centre.

Nice staff. Good location (only hundreds of meters away from the metro station; a highly rated and reasonably priced french restaurant in the same street). Only the walls are not very soundproof and the bathroom door squeaks and the floor of the bedroom is tilted. Good cost performance anyway.

Hello. I came for the first time for four nights. My impression is pretty good. I support the unique social enterprise in France. The staff is friendly and makes service. Only restriction: On the 5th floor, the bathroom overlooking the snuff box of the roof is a little cold.

Absolutely marvellous hotel. Small but appropriate and ideally located with easy access to all the wonderful tourist spots in the beautiful and romantic city of Paris. Has exceptionally friendly staff who speak near-perfect English but allow me to practise French on them and comfortable beds, warm showers and delicious breakfasts. The movie theme of the hotel is also wonderful. Highly recommended for any tourist.

We stayed for only one night at Zazie Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very well located: it is a 10-minute walk to the Gare de Lyon and the metro station "Reuilly-Diderot" is just around the corner. The plus of this hotel is their excellent breakfast buffet. However, a larger smile at the reception would have been welcome ;-). In any case, I'd definitely recommend to anyone staying there.

Good location, nice staff, helpful and kind. But we were in February, and the temperature in the room was pretty low, I understood that this is a kind of heating economy, but we were frozen. Cold outside, cold inside.

Rooms are a bit dated and small but it's clean, the staff are very nice and very helpful. We made the most of our stay so the only time we were in the hotel was for sleeping, beds were very confortable. Loads of cafés, bars, restaurants, bakeries nearby. 2 minutes walk from metro with 2 different lines, very handy to get to all the sites in Paris. I went there as a single woman with my 2 young children and I felt it was a very safe area, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A very nice stay. The hotel is well located, close to the Gare de Lyon and several metro stations. The street is quiet, the reception really very friendly and the breakfasts delicious. This is an address that I have already recommended to several friends.

Hotel Nice very nice.

Real: bastards it have not kept my reservation for my 80 year old mother, the salla of bath was full of mold. No consistent electricity. No disabled access. Frankly to avoid.

Well located hotel close to the shops on a quiet street, price OK and the staff, all good.

Very nice breakfast, the room I got was extremely small but cheap. It was clean enough, but I was glad to stay only 1 night. The receptionists were friendly and I'd return there if they have a bigger room.
