So far we are having a very pleasant experience. Check In was nice and helpful, the rooms are nice and service is fine. We booked a room with a view on the Eiffel Tower, and the view is indeed spectacular. Before arriving we thought they photoshopped some of the pictures, but no! I'm sitting on the balcony right now, and it feels like I can almost touch the tower!

We expected more from the hotel. Can't recommend as a 5 star.

We booked two rooms with king beds and a view of the Eiffel. We were very rudely told no you only have one. After showing them a confirmation they reluctantly gave us the second room. One with a king other with 2 singles… we accepted. What else could we do. Anyways, the one with the single beds for my kids… smelled like cigarette smoke! Although, "the whole hotel is non-smoking. " Using the iron blew the fuse. They took the iron and never brought another one back. Oh, first day our room wasn't cleaned… but we were asked at 6pm if we wanted it cleaned. We had just got back from a full day spent out in Paris with our kids at 5pm, we declined. If you're willing to spend a little more stay somewhere else. I will be.

Magical place near the Eiffel Tower especially to party on the top floor with a terrace to admire the best this beautiful Eiffel Tower.

Terrible experience staying at this place. We lost our money in the hotel that was kept in the room safe and the hotel management not ready to take responsibility despite our repeated request. They haven't helped us in recovering the same. Please be careful with your belongings.

Welcome, personal, comfort, quiet, catering, everything was perfect for a very pleasant stay with the Eiffel Tower almost on the balcony. To recommend without hesitation, vividly the pleasure of returning to the Pullman Tour Eiffel!

A unique stay. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the room is beautiful. Spacious and well equipped, we spend a very pleasant stay. The meal in the hotel room or restaurant is of very good quality.

This hotel is very clean the rooms are of a very good standard with comfortable beds, I know this sounds a bit daft but the duvet and pillows were also a good quality… We had our 10yr old daughter with us, a folded bed was put in our room which also was of a very high standard not the cheap, nasty folding bed that we had in other hotels. Bathroom was very clean and modern with large shower and bath. Excellent service, friendly staff especially Serj from reception he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Staff all spoke English. Breakfast was very good plenty of choices especially as I'm a vegetarian. Hotel is location is around 7-10 min walk to eiffel tower views of the tower are excellent from hotel.

Really great view from the balcony. Had a mix up of rooms at first and went into a room without a balcony. The rooms are exactly the same, except if you get a room with a view and no balcony you get a semi — partial view of the tower from anywhere in the room, whereas a balcony room gets a full view but you need to go outside. I would recommend the balcony if it's not cold and you're not afraid of heights. We also had a couple technology and customer service issues but overall a positive visit.

Good experience Suite Organization event grouping 90 guests. Large conference room rental with lounge side for and caterer. Good result. Dining Room on the floor a bit fair but operational good level. Extremely well organized team. Zero error. Very positive balance sheet.

I guess this is the closest hotel to Eiffel Tower where you can afford to stay. I loved the view! Ask for 4 and above floor room. Good room service. We tried the hotel's restaurants. Food was overall tasty.

Beautiful hotel. Very nice beds and really comfortable. Big TV and working space behind a big desk. The shower looks big and modern. Breakfast a bit expensive, we had breakfast at the cafe on the corner of the street. In your room there is included a "Handy" smartphone which is very helpful for tourists. So you know where to eat, shop, go sightseeing, or clubbing. Really great! The rooms with the view on the Eiffel are spectacular. It's a hotel you'll never forget. The staff is great, they're really friendly and polite. The restaurant of the hotel is delicious.

Pleasant, friendly people who tried to meet every wish. A great room with view of the lovely and useful garden (for lunch in Fame the salad came from it), plus the top of the Tour Eiffel with it's spectacular hourly sparkle. I was very comfortable during my 6 day stay.

We choose this during our stay for honeymoon mentioning it before that we need room with balcony and nice view. Can not say enough about our room! We stayed on the 2th floor, Deluxe Room with balcony & Eiffel Tower View. The bed was EXTREMELY small,! Housekeeping was great, & the front desk helped us with any issues that we had. I aspect a glasses of welcome drink in our room as honeymoon stay but they were too bad.

Can not say enough about our room! We stayed on the 9th floor, Deluxe Room with balcony & Eiffel Tower View. Our view was breathtaking — Definitely splurge & get the balcony & view. You will NOT regret it! The room was big, especially for European standards. Amazing walk-in shower, robes and slippers to wear, and nice smelling toiletries. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable, especially after a long day of sightseeing! Housekeeping was great, & the front desk helped us with any issues that we had. Even brought us an ice bucket filled with ice & two champagne glasses when we requested it. Loved going out onto our balcony in the morning and having coffee with that view, and then at night with champagne and watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle! It was perfect! We are so glad we chose to stay here for our honeymoon! It was everything I ever dreamed of!

I loved the hotel and the staff, I was there in September for my daughter's birthday and surprised us in the room Co a few balloons, a few juices real good and a miniature chocolate Eiffel Tower.

Pleasant updated rooms with modern decor. You have a choice of wired or wireless Internet but… the speed is very slow. Another nice feature is the selection of international compatible outlets at the desk and bed. The outlets will accept European and American type electrical plugs. Room was reasonably clean. Air-conditioning worked but as is typical for many European hotels it was a bit weak. Generally quiet location which is nice when you are trying to get some rest. Another thing to be aware of is the bathtub/shower enclosure is only partially covered so showers will tend to get the bathroom floor very, very wet.

We had a wonderful stay, I chose the room with balcony view to the Tower and Trocadero and it was superb, beautiful, I soak in the image of the Tower day and night, friendly staff, excellent service, perfect location, definitely a Beautiful Hotel which I will return.

I stay here for work. Really convenient location being only about a block from the Eiffel Tower. Friendly and helpful staff. They do speak English and it seems they have some staff that speak several other languages. Subway is close by and an easy commute to the airport with only 1 transfer and about ‎€10. There is also a Direct Line bus to the hotel, no transfers and about ‎€15-‎€17.

Saturday 30.09.2017. The front desk staff reacted indifferently: the first time I ignored my report of a missing person, after a re-treatment politely reported that nothing strange was happening in the hotel, asked my email address and wished me a good day. Pay attention to what is happening in your hotel — from the room of your guests missing things and if you turn a blind eye to it will come to robberies in the corridors. Thank you for the spoiled holiday.

A modern hotel and very careful, since the room veiamos the Eiffel tower, we are looking forward to returning. Carolina reception very loving and attentive to him we love.

Unbeatable. Excellent attention at all times, from the cordial reception to the people in the restaurant. A highly recommended place for a stay in beautiful Paris.

Check in was delayed by the staff with the room not being ready at 4pm. They were supposed to come to me in the lounge when ready but I got tired of waiting and went to check as it was ready. They forgot about me. The room key was not explained as to the effect of turning on the room electricity and getting the elevator to go past the 3rd floor. Then one evening the keys would not work for the elevator or my room. I spent what amounts to several hours of lost time to enjoy my stay in Paris. And finally, I checked my luggage in at the hotel in the morning before my 4 pm check in time, and went to enjoy my day. When I came back to the lobby at 4 pm, I saw someone on the staff trying to give all of my luggage with someone else's backpack to someone. Talk about timing on my part. I could have easily lost everything if I was a minute later. To make matters worse, the staff employee did give me my luggage and never even asked for my numbered bag receipt given to me at the luggage check-in. I told the lady at the front desk that was checking people in and she said she would tell the manager. I must have went through the lines at this hotel 4 times for various reasons. So just be aware and address the problems. Otherwise I would promote this hotel. Thanks.

Too many problems to settle for one night at this mass tourism hotel: 3 rooms before having a squeaky bed and an air conditioning that works. In the last the sink was… almost clogged. Welcome staff super Friendly, facilitate one, constructive. Overall, lack of rigour in terms of monitoring and maintenance. Trick effect probably obliges. The restaurant next to the hotel is… well without being a thing of phew though.

The best hotel staff I have ever dealt with. Had one issue with noisy people and the staff took care of it immediately. Very impressed with their hospitality. 5 stars all the way. Amazing to walk onto your balcony and be next to the Eiffel Tower. Our favorite destination ever. Can't wait to get back there.

Living in Paris since always (on the other side of the Seine) Friday evening following an incident in our building we found ourselves without water in our apartment, we immediately phone the Pullman to explain our situation. The phone reception was perfect, we were really taken care of and during the Check in the staff was of great courtesy going so far as to offer us a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower but also our building. Really a great welcome. It was the same at the restaurant, for two days. We knew of course the hotel but more to accommodate friends, than for us. A very nice and good experience I will also make a notation on TripAdvisor in that sense.

The location of the hotel is top, felt 5 steps to the Eiffel Tower. We had paid a bit more and could see the Eiffel Tower even from the Balcony. The staff was always friendly and helpful. It was a pity that this hotel chain, although it has many locations in germany, had no one who could only have a little German. But an employee was smart and articulated with me via Google on the house computer. Top Improvisation. The room was simply heavenly and the bed very comfortable. The room was very clean. The bar was not very comfortable and the service very Sluggish. Despite €11 per cocktail we would have liked to have drunk another two. But having to pick up the drinks at the bar was not our thing. There was not even anything to nibble About. Otherwise, Paris is always worth a visit.

The view is beautiful on the 10th floor with large windows in place of the exterior walls and the ceiling, very close to the Eiffel Tower! It is a good room for wedding or special event.

Actually, I have one suggestion. If you could arrange for your guests to get advance tickets or bypass queues at some of the main attractions, that would be the icing on the cake.

I took my granddaughter to see the Eiffel Tower. Well, from our balcony it felt like you could touch it. It was a couple minute walk away. Many wonderful cafes nearby. Seine tours leave from below the Tower. Room was perfect for us, and the staff was so friendly and very helpful. Taxi stand out front; 24 hour taxi availability. So happy this hotel was our choice.

The stay in Paris was a heartfelt wish of my handicapped daughter. In the belief to do something aussergwöhnlich good to all, the Pullman was Chosen. A 4-star house for 400 euros a night. A triple room was booked, but the Pullman did not have a triple room, but only Calssic room with an extra bed, which can be described as a dented, filthy garden couch with mattress. This is squeezed between the large bed and the window so that you can no longer get out of bed on this side without stepping on the body of the person sleeping on the garden Couch. Our room was not clean, everywhere was centimeters of dust, we took photos and even after a complaint on my part it was just as dusty as Before. For a 4 star home and 400 euros a night, I expect a decent room in which the furniture is not damaged or angeranzt, as was the case in our ROOM. As I said, we recorded everything on Pictures. My daughter looked at the things in the minibar, which we did not use except for a can of beer, but we had to pay everything that my daughter had looked at and raised briefly, a cheek. The breakfast was certainly not a 4 star hotel, we ate a lot away. Paris was nice, but the stay at the Pullmans clearly saddened the Trip.

We had our check in early evening. Because we had an appointment right after that, we gave our luggage to the reception, believing that it would take care of it. Unfortunately, that was not the Case. At first our suitcases could not be found anymore, then we were allowed to carry them ourselves into our room.
was booked with Breakfast. Unfortunately we had to convince the receptionist in the breakfast area every morning. This was not only very uncomfortable, but also time-consuming.
At the breakfast table we were asked in the 2 minute distance from different service forces according to our beverage request, we have unfortunately not received.
The basic service in our bathroom has not occurred. Even after repeated demand for the maid, we were ignored.
We were also ignored when we wanted to rest in our room in the afternoon and the cleaning force came to our room with a natural feel to vacuum.

The stay was great, the staff super nice and friendly, the rooms super clean that breakfast the blasted super hotel. If Paris book our recommendation to all "hotel pullman" The view of the Eiffel Tower is breathtaking. Thank you very much.

Great service and location. View of the Eiffel tower from the room. Cabs right outside, metro in close proximity. Amazing restaurant (Frame) on site. The second most comfortable bed I have slept in. Spacious rooms and they even gave you a cell phone to use when you were out. Gonna be tough to beat that!

Great reception from the staff. Very professional and amiable. The setting is beautiful as well as the rooms very spacious and clean! The view from the balcony on the Eiffel Tower is just perfect. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. Just one small detail not very nasty but I was in the room 620 and the cable jack that is on the Bose post does not work and is very damaging and suddenly I was not able to use it. Since it was not much I do not dare to make the report. But I should have talked about it during my check out. Nothing to blame for this hotel or its staff.

The room photo on the homepage I feel irritating… we had supposedly and according to photo from the room view of the Eiffel Tower — But that was not true — the view was only when you stepped onto the balcony — then the view was very nice.

Just nice, I spent 2 wonderful nights at this hotel. The staff are very helpful and polite, they greeted us with serenity and have anticipated our check-in without any problem. Located 50 metres from the Eiffel Tower, it is close to the metro station and public transport. Recommended.

We arrive at 13:30 in group (about 50 journalists) to attend a launch event scheduled for 17:00. And the rooms are not ready. Check-in, for some, lasts more than four hours. Unacceptable for a hotel with a price list of all respect.

Great place, location is 5 to 10 minute walk from the Eiffel tower. Room was great, we had a balcony which allowed us to the see the tower from our room. Everything was clean and working. Staff was helpful with planning events and giving directions.

If the service from reservation is bad then you are doomed! And I am. I had previous bad experience with Sofitel Mauritius and should have known better. There is little customer service to expect from Accor in general.

When we were staying in the city lived in this area for one night. To the hotel too early to stay, so the first storage luggage up, returned to the hotel, check in staff at the front desk was friendly and efficient, and we came to the room on the third floor. Room was lovely, new, modern, great bathroom, amenities and excellent service, such as room service menu, very sophisticated sleepwear, towels and sheets, and very comfortable beds. We didn't eat in the hotel, but very good, will definitely come again.

Modern, comfort and good location, especially for those who want to see Eiffel Tower up closer! Enjoyed my deluxe twin room with a balcony of Eiffel Tower view though it is on the 2nd floor and I had to step out to the balcony in order to take the full view of the tower! There is also a sports field which I could see and hear the kids practicing soccer from my room every night. Kinda entertaining! I would love to come back to this hotel!

If any of you guys are looking for dirt cheap hotel deals I would check out HotelRaven. Com I saved a ton of money using that site. There is nothing good about this hotel other than location. The tiny room has all of the charm of a college dorm room. The bedroom and the breakfast room feature 1950s retro furniture that is very uncomfortable to sit in.

And the bedrooms are too warm but they turn off the air-conditioning in fall, giving you the option to make your hotter still or leave it as is. The very uncomfortable breakfast room is too hot (except for the coffee which is always barely warm). They have a modest size buffet of mediocre food. Scrambled eggs that have no taste and aren't warm, etc. Way over priced for a bad room.

Horrible place with bad service and subpar amenities. They lock you out of your room if you don't pay the night before check out — not worth it for the rate. Slow Wi-Fi and leaking bathrooms. Far from everything worth seeing. Many better, more central, and less expensive hotels in Paris. Definitely skip.

Overpromised and underdelivered. Most updated amenities in our room did not work, the balcony views are not what is shown in promotional pictures, sound transmission between rooms is deplorable, and their restaurant cannot support the amount of people staying at the hotel (i. E. You will not get a reservation same day, and cannot eat at the hotel's restaurant if you don't have one). Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good, hence the second star, but I will never stay here again simply for the fact that a "balcony view" means if you lean out over your balcony and look to the right, you can see the tower.

My disappointing experience concerns my reservation with the Pullman Hotel, Eiffel Tower in Paris. I booked a deluxe room in March 2015 for my husband and myself with a balcony view of the Eiffel Tower for July 14 and 15. We wanted to celebrate "Bastille Day" by watching the fireworks show from our private balcony. I confirmed our reservation 3 weeks before the date we were to travel to Paris and had everything in writing. I received an email 5 days before we were to travel stating that "due to circumstances beyond our control", our room was downgraded to a garden view for July 14th but we could watch the fireworks from the 10th floor with the other guests. I called the hotel and was told there were "technical difficulties, " but that the room would be available on the 15th if we'd like it back. We were very upset, (not totally surprised, however) and cancelled our reservations. We will not be staying there at any time in the future.

Celebrated my honeymoon here. Hotel manager upgraded me to the best room in the hotel. Huge suite with a balcony that had direct view of the eiffel tower. At night the view of the eiffel tower was amazing. Hotel was very quiet and short walk to the train station. At this station you could go anywhere in paris as long as you change at different hubs.

Had an amazing Easter and 48th Birthday weekend here. The rooms have everything you could need, and a lot more. Had a room with a view, and what an amazing view, just a shame we had to keep taking the chair from the room in and out on the balcony to be able to sit and enjoy it. The room service food is amazing, and came with ever little detail, even a flower.

The staff was perfect. Courteous, professional and most of the time went out of their way to help me, no matter what I asked for. The room was impeccable and well appointed. I was told it was newly remodeled. The location is perfect, a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. I would stay here again. I hope to see the Hotel Pullman again.

Wow! This was an awesome place to stay. While we were there they were in the middle of renovations but WOW. In our room there was a smart TV and some food/drink items. In addition the room service menu was incredible. The people were very nice and their customer service was impeccable. Since we arrived before the checkin the they held our bags. There is a metro station very close and we could see the Eiffel Tower from our hotel room. 5 stars.

This notice concerns the restaurant ephémère, who stood in early 2013 and not the hotel. The restaurant offered amazing views on the effeil, the tour montparnasse tower and sacred heart. Few places offer such a view and you will have a wonderful memory! Gastronomy price of course follows the framework is therefore quite expensive (€30) a flat minimum.

We visited Paris in early May and selected the Pullman based on its location and rating. The hotel is very clean and our room, 812, with its balcony, proved to be an excellent choice. Other reviews suggest the hotel needs updating and some renovation and I would not disagree. If you are looking for a 5 star facility, this is not it. However, the service and the location fit our requirements and expectations perfectly. Excellent water pressure and plenty of it and a very comfortable king-sized bed (and remember, you're in Europe). All in all, a definite thumbs up.

A good 3-star-plus Hotel. If management were to renovate the rooms, it would be a four star hotel in my books but it's not there yet. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and in a good location for most things if you're visiting the "Rive Gauche" in Paris. The rooms are quite large for Paris standards and many also have a small balcony which is a nice feature. I would recommend a room facing the park in front of the hotel where you have stunning views over Paris and Eiffel Tower (from the balcony). Rooms are decent but feel a litte dated and could do with a renovation — this hotel was previously the Hilton and no real renovation was done when the Accor Group acquired the hotel. Just remember that if you order a Taxi to the hotel, the STREET address for the hotel entrance is rue Jean Rey, not ave de Suffren.
