I surprised my wife to a trip to Paris for our 15th year wedding anniversary and everyone at the Boutet went above and beyond to make sure it was a perfect stay. Any question we had, they were able to answer. They were kind enough to make dinner recommendations and even call the restaurant to make our anniversary dinner reservations. Their spa center was perfect. My wife and I used it to relax and unwind before going back out for the evening. I highly recommend this hotel.

A simple “boutique” hotel in a modern
building—very reasonable rates. Steps away from the Bastille monument/arrondissement (roundabout) and Metro stop—nice, quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and museums & other action of the City.

Had amazing stay here in February of this year. First when we arrived in Paris and then again a couple of weeks later. Hopefully many more stays in the future. The rooms are incredible. We felt at home right away. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The pool… you have to stay just to try the pool. The location is convenient with cafés and bistros all around. Supermarkets and delis abound too. We had amazing dinners in the are and grabbed delicious snacks to have in our room. We would walk all the way to Place de la Bastille and on to Le Marais. Alternatively we would catch the Metro from Faidherbe-Chaligny which was less than 5 minutes walk, or from Reuilly-Diderot which was about 10-15 minutes walk away.

We had great stay in Hotel Paris Bastille, great location, lovely staff, nice rooms, good breakfast with gluten-free bread. Was perfect for our 6 days in Paris. Merci.

Very nice people, near the subway or a walking distance from some major points. The Bastille area has a lot restaurants and stores. The bedroom was nice and quite even thou were some renovations going on in the hotel we didn't get bother with that. The breakfast area was small for so many guest, I always went early in the morning so I got a table but later than 9 am is busy.

Up until 10 minutes before I checked out of the hotel, I would have rated it 5 Stars. The service was beyond amazing, the staff are so nice, especially Benjamin and Maxim. The hotel is in an amazing location (30 minute walk to Norte Dame), and near the 'nation' metro station. There is also a taxi station right outside, with lots of restaurants and cafes around it. The breakfast was good however I wish they would have included some halal options, because my husband and I were very limited to what we were able to eat. With that being said, the breakfast is still very good with a wide selection of what to eat. The rooms are nice and the beds are super comfortable, and the rain shower is amazing. The pool was nice, but some people view the pool as a quiet area, and got bothered when my husband and I spoke or answered a phone call. FYI it is not a quiet area, so if any other residents at the hotel tell you that it is, just ignore them. The sauna is a quiet area but the pool is not. So anyways, up until this point I still gave it a 5 star rating (5 nights — Feb 22-27 2018). Now, we had to check out of the hotel at 5 am because we had an 8am flight. We told the man at the front desk to call a taxi for us, which he did. The taxi arrived within 5 minutes, and the moment it arrives, it starts charging. The man at the front desk knew this, and as we were stepping out of the hotel, he asks me: "So are you going to pay the bills or is your husband going to pay them? ".

Exceptional service. Let me say that twice. Exceptional service. Our plane was delayed and delayed and instead of our 7:30 pm check in time, we actually arrived at nearly 3 am. My children were so tired, they promptly fell asleep on the sofa while checking in. There was a mix up with Expedia but the hotel was so on it. Not only making sure I had a comfortable stay, but the children as well. We moved rooms once (again an error on Expedia, not the hotel itself) and they even made gift bags for both children — with a teddy bear and French sweets. They just went the extra mile to be family friendly. Also the normal service is excellent — lovely breakfast in the hotel and attention to detail — children sized robes and slippers and The Little Prince products for them as well. Beautiful views and ideal location for walking to shops and restaurants and major sites. We walked everywhere. Well appointed rooms and very good sound proofing. Would stay again without hesitation.

We only went to the hotel for breakfast but we came out delighted! Very good buffet with fresh fruit juices and a selection of varied and appetizing products. The reception we booked the staff was perfect, and they were in the small care all the time of our breakfast. Thanks to the whole team!

Just great. This historic building, this area so unexpected in Paris for a foreign visitor, this service has such an endorsement, in short an experience to live, which is more at very attractive prices for the capital.

Friendly staff, and a wonderful hotel. With only 80 rooms it is a small hotel, but you are treated like you are a big guest. The rooms are a good size with a huge rain shower. The beds are incredibly soft and comfortable, and give a good nights sleep. Breakfast is mainly focused towards the continental offering, but they do offer a small selection of hot foods. There is no restaurant on site so if you want to eat a meal other than breakfast you will need to explore the surrounding area!

We had a great stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Super comfortable bed but we looked under the sheets and the mattress was a bit dirty with hair. But the sheets were clean. The Spa is great. A button and the pool turns into a giant Jacuzzi. The Hammam smells good plants. Breakfast is crazy. The fruits are organic and the pastries delicious. Bacon and scrambled eggs. Fresh fruit juice and milk chocolate is real melted chocolate. And in the room the beauty products are Nuxe! Magical stay.

In our first Room was Mold but we kindly got a new one that was beautiful.

Come here if you are looking for a quiet hotel, great food, decent swimming pool. Do not think of this hotel as a luxurious corporation five star you will be disappointed. Overall size of lobby pool spa is a bit small.

Nice room, front desk staff was friendly. Comfortable bed, great shower, cleaning crew was top notch. Bathroom needed a fan. Free Wi-Fi. The lobby of the hotel was really nice with squishy couches but it was set up like it was part of the bar where you were waited on rather than a place to lounge or meet up with your group. We were needing a place to congregate and organize for our day and didn't feel we had it. Overall a great experience, would stay again with just my husband but probably not a larger group.

Wonderful — lives up to the photos and desciption on the website! I Agree that you should seek breakfast elsewhere — there are so many options that are more economical (and social among the community) on Faidherbe as well as within a 3-block radius… Our chambre was small, but extremely well designed and well equipped with a nespresso machine, a hot water kettle, and a tiny fridge in the closet. And every day The maid refreshes your espresso and tea selections, and leaves 2 bottles of water — one sparkling and one flat. The pool, steam room, sauna and fitness center are top-notch (and a delight to return to after a long day of walking & and sight seeing), and the staff is kind and and very helpful.

Service was good. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Rooms are good size for Paris. Rain shower head is amazing. 26eu person for breakfast was a bit stip but theres restsurants and cafes all over.

Great location, great staff, a short walk to Gare de Lyon and La Seine. Staff have a talk about the history of Bastille which was interesting. Breakfast was nice too.

Modern, comfortable and very well situated hotel. Comfortable rooms, spacious bathrooms, A/C works (unusual in Paris), great breakfast buffet, and very professional and helpful personnel. The hotel is in a very nice Parisian neighborhood that is not on a main boulevard, but not far from several of them, close to many excellent restaurants, bistrots, cheese stores, bakeries, health food stores, etc. If you want to experience a true parisien lifestyle, this is the place to stay.

I found the hotel thanks to the Before Work, organized by the She Is Morning. I spent a superb morning in beautiful locations, both indoor and outdoor. I hope to have the opportunity to do one Before Work in this hotel very soon!

I recently enjoyed their cocooning offer : 160€ from 10am to 4pm, a beautiful room with terrasse and a view, access to the swiming pool, sauna, fitness … And a hot chocolate before leaving. Great way to escape from the city!

Please, be careful! What you seeing at the photos isnt true. The rooms are to small, they're not so clean, they write on expedia that they have parking but not! You can use the parking but from another building and pay €400per day (thats said the reception) how its possible that when im looking for the hotel only with self parking they lie and I must to pay more than €100for one night without that what I plised about! Unbeliveable! The last time there!
Please, think again before making bookings! I have chosen a hotel with the parking lot, large room (this is what it looks like in picture). Come over and what I see? No park option, if I want I can possibly just use in building parking with €400per day (information from reception staff)! Isn't it a funny joke? Why when I tick off that I need hotel with parking come Hotel Paris Bastille offer! Can someone explain that with someone? If you don't have a parking space you just shouldn't scar people! Incredibly faeaved!

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 6 days and it was absolutely wonderful. Everything from the cleanliness of facilities to the knowledge and customer service of the staff really hit the spot. Although the rooms weren't as big, they were nothing short of luxury. Some rooms even include jacuzzi bathtub (one of our rooms) so it was definitly an experience. The spa includes a sauna, steam room, and a pool. You can also book a massage if you'd like. I found the breakfast to be bit highly priced ($26) but the food looked great. The local area has bakeries and restaurants that you can walk to within 5 mins. The metro is also 2 blocks away so it's very convenient. One last thing, don't forget to visit the local farmers Market (Alegre Market) as they offer a great selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, flowers, and many other random stuff. I highly recommend this place to anyone who's traveling to Paris.

I just had a two night stay in the Bastille Boutet with my fiance. We had a great experience, friendly, efficient staff, very nice room with large terrace. Equipped with Nespresso machine and large flat screen tv. Extremely quiet and super comfortable super sized bed, Invitation glass of champagne on arrival. Excellently located within walking distance of many restaurants and bistros, highly recommended and good value for money in Paris.

Excellent place, staff at the little care. Everything is perfect, the terrace in our suite, huge bed, tea coffee available in our suite as well as champagne and soft drinks in the mini fridge. Steam shower also in the BATHROOM. Spa and swimming pool in the hotel. This is the top.

Staying in the "deluxe Suite with terrace" : Paris in the 11th, and I chose to stay in a "deluxe suite with terrace" for a night with a late check-out. I had chosen this place for my birthday. The 3 points on which I was a little disappointed : — the terrace which was overlooked in contrast to the picture offered when booking — not able to completely enjoy the swimming pool, because a photo session with babies had to be privatized — the room service which gave little choice of dish of which the quality of the meat in the "beef bourguignon" proposed was not at the level of the hotel. Apart from that everything was perfect (Mini bar available, drink at the bar offered, touches many, …). I especially enjoyed the steam room and staff toilets "the japanese" as I was testing it for the first time.

Fantastic hotel — very well equipped. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms were stylish, comfortable and generously proportioned. I had one at the top of the building, overlooking the front with a balcony.

Absolutely outstanding establishment! Staff extremely welcoming, very friendly and can't do enough for you. Rooms are immaculately clean trust worthy housekeepers who again can't do enough for you. The pool sauna and steam room are amazing. We personally used the spa treatments within the premises, great value for money our only regret was we didn't book for long enough. Restaurants in the surrounding area have a good relationship with the hotel too, food was great. We will 100% be back. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay memorable. A very good report quality price. The hotel is well situated near the bastille. While the neighborhood is noisy because plugged in, the hotel is quiet. The rooms are beautiful. The breakfast is super. I used to go down into the ibis two-star hotel but this hotel is a three star hotel cheaper than the ibis. Moreover, it is has two not the gare de Lyon. The person at the front desk is very nice. I will return, and I am very demanding!

The situation of the hotel is perfect!
Opposite you will find access to the Bastille metro, taxis have the opportunity to drop it at the door of the hotel.
The welcome is friendly, the person responsible for the breakfast is great and humorous!
The Junior Suite comfort is top, two bathrooms (shower and bath), two comfortable beds, the rooms are perfectly isolated.
The benefits of the hotel were really the expected!
The family of the Alps is is well loved! Cheers for a next Paris stopover!

Don't clear room and maganifique. The charm has the French. Neighborhood a little noisy but well located, excellent starting point for visits. Breakfast, good location. Recommended for a citytrip in lovers. I would go back. Out is wonderful to discover absolutely the best facility in Paris the rooms are sumptuous service is impeccable kindness and proximity to customers excellent value for money and ideally located.

This brand speaks for itself, it has no need of additional advertising, lais anyway: the shoes are super good quality, they are well worth the asking price, they are years and are often beautiful. Staff is more pleasant.

I stayed at the Bastille Hostel for four days in July, in a two bed private room, and I must admit it was not what I expected. I know it is difficult to find a reasonable priced hostel with good comfort, and maybe I just came in a bad time, but I have never felt so unwelcome in a hotel/hostel before. First of all, the air-condition was broke the whole stay, and because it was weekend (and their manager was on vacation) it was “impossible” to fix. Second of all, you are not allowed to stay in your room when you please, even if you have paid for the whole room. From 11 am to 3 pm we were not allowed in our room because of room cleaning. The receptionist had to ask her superior if it was ok for us to get our passport. Third, even though it says “free Wi-Fi” on the website, it was only accessible between 12:30 am to 21:30 pm where most people aren’t at the hostel anyway. Last of all we had a discussion with one of the receptionist, who wouldn’t allow my friend to stay at “my” private room, I already paid for, because he didn’t check in at the same time as I did. All these things put aside, the private rooms were very comfortable and we had no problems with bedbugs or any of the sort. All in all, the rooms are decent, compared to the price, but the service was questionable and there were too many restrictions and rules.

The beds were super comfortable, TV measured at least 100mm you realize omfg. It was really cool whaaa. I'm a cable I have no tongues. : (I don't know if the MacBook was up to that as I type, the servers were nice, especially one at the reception. )

Very good, or good rooms decorating, there is also a very good restaurant integret at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and Nice.

As a wheelchair user, I have only had experience with the so-called "disabled" room, which unfortunately cannot get a good rating. Even the hotel entrance is problematic, because it has three steps from the road to the reception. However, the doorman was immediately (really super fast! ) on the spot and put down a ramp, but I couldn't overcome it alone.
We were surprised that the room is opened directly from the foyer and bar, but is not labeled as a hotel room. The door can also be confused with a stairwell — or toilet door. I had to open both wings of the door with my wheelchair, with the second wing having very heavy resistance. Every time I kind of fought my way into it and out again. The room has a single window out onto the rear side of the street and people passing by can see from above into the room if the roller shop is not closed.
The room is painted in dark colours and dark wallpapered, which, along with the barred basement window, makes a very sombre impression. A thick velour carpet provides the wheels with a lot of friction resistance.
The wet cell on the left has a shower table that is passable without a threshold. The mosaic plates, however, conceal a somewhat "hilly" floor, making it difficult to keep the balance with a wheelchair or even with a shower chair. Lavabo is passable. The closet is mounted on the right, but has an extreme height of the seat, which must first be climbed from a wheelchair.
