Great stay from August 26 to 29! A small care team (special mention to Malika, Camille and Alexandra), comfortable rooms with excellent insulation, the bedding is super comfortable. Breakfast at the top. In short, this is my favorite hotel in Paris. Thanks for everything and see you soon ❤❤

The Superior room is a good, reasonable size for a family of three. I invested a lot of time looking at sizes of the different hotels around Paris for a family of three, and this hotel had the bigger rooms. The hotel looks modern, shiny and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they helped me print out my tickets for the Eiffel Tower without any issues. They have a well stacked breakfast selection. Lots of choices for everyone. We didn't rent a car but there is parking in the hotel at 22€ (not sure if it's a daily rate). There are train stations and bus stops all over, so public transportation is readily accessible. They have a fitness room, but no pool (only bummer). This is a 4 star hotel and the price was reasonable for what we got. I highly recommend it for an extended stay in Paris.

The shower has great water pressure and gets incredibly hot. Definitely a plus! I purchased through a travel website so breakfast was not included. It was 18 euros which seemed a bit steep but the spread was surprisingly good.

I've been with my family. They put us in 4 (two adults and two teenagers) in a room of two. There was no moving in the room. Lacked the scope in the toilet. We booked a taxi mini van x 8 x the airport we were told that the cost was fixed even x mini van of 50/55 euros and in the end we paid 78. I wasn't satisfied.

I loved this place. Wifi, tv, charger sockets next to your comfortable bed, a buffet, its awesome. Maximum of three people in the room I stayed in. You should definitely go there. Its a wonderful place to spend the night if you need to relax. You even can get balloon animals!

Dear Sir / Madam, I was a guest in NOVOTEL Paris Gare Montparnasse, check. In11 June 2018, check out 14 June 2018. I was in the room 219 during my stay. When we check out, my little daughtee left her White Teddy Bear behind, inside the room. The excact location may be in the extra bed which is located beside the window.
I will really thankfull if you could help me to find the Teddy Bear, because my little daughter feel so sad about this lost.

Comfortable room but too small in family. Great view of the… a second more successful parking experience with a nice view of the Cotentin Street. Staff very friendly but the prices remain too high. Too bad because nice service.

It was a very nice Hotel. Very out of the way compared to the center. It has to be said that it is served by metro and bus. But not recommended for families or even for those who have a few days stay. Pity it had been more central I would have come back definitely.

I used parking with OnePark for 24h (package 19:00 + 2, 50 multi-entry). Impeccable, nothing to say. Access with code works very well. Used with multi inputs, no worries. The parking is a little small but does the trick. Very well located, I recommend.

Great hotel the rooms are very comfortable and very well equipped. The breakfast was great. When the staff it is very nice.

Very good hotel, the bedding is comfortable, good breakfast with choice and the bathroom is clean. Small room but sufficient. There is a relaxing area at the friendly entrance. Possibility of seminars therefore place for professional meeting adapted. Good location, close to public transport.

It is a very comfortable hotel located less than one block from the Gare de montparmase the rooms are of good size and well distributed in the reception there is a girl who speaks Spanish and they cater very well to the children give them some kids of activities and the breakfast is very compe To.

Location is great. Room clean and modern (Wi-Fi) furnished. Restaurant is also good for late hunger. Breakfast good and lush. However, the so-called "Cantinen feeling" comes up in the breakfast room.

We did not have any good experiences. We were already at various Novotel's, were always satisfied but this time disappointing.

The service?! What service? We needed something, it was written down and said, no problem. We didn't get anything. Then it was known that a construction site is in the hotel. If we had known this before, we would not have booked the hotel before! On early morning already hammering, drilling, no water!
The breakfast, you come a little later you have bad luck. No right choice and didn't taste. Okay tasters are different, but something like that, no thanks. Staff very rude and look very unmotivated.

Perfect. Very quiet no noise despite its many customers. Breakfast buffet to fill the belly for the day. Baggage kept for the time of your visits.

A tad, but a little away from the center but very well connected by transport. Suitable rooms are not very large to accommodate three adults and a child. Very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Service Continental breakfast is quite varied and of good quality.

I really liked this hotel the only downside that I put is that in the breakfast the fried eggs you have to do you but for the rest I liked a lot because it is close to everything such as for example, the Eiffel tower, the aquarium…

Very cosy Hotel, with large rooms and spacious bath to give yourself a good bathroom and buffet breakfast very complete. Also very well connected to the METRO station (Pasteur), RER (regional trains) and TGV (train long-distance) in GARE MONTPARNASSE and two bus lines direct to both airports (ORLY and C. D. G). 30 minutes walk to the Eifel tower.

Always a reliable, comfortable place. Under going some renovation at the moment but this has never caused me any disturbance. Rooms are great, breakfast is good and staff are welcoming.

Beautiful hotel, great hotel stuff and nice location. Its a walking distance to Eiffel Tower but buses and train are also nearby if you don’t want to walk. There are restaurants dotted all over nearby providing good food too.

Good location with multiple Metro lines within walking distance, which enablea easy access to all parts of Paris. Family rooms and kid friendly. Excellent breakfast buffet. The crepes and baguettes were particularly excellent. Helpful staff.

Conveniently located (not far from Montparnasse railway and tower, but otherwise quiet area). Comfortable room (especially the mattress! ), nicely decorated, good amenities. Loved the breakfast options! All in all, a pleasant stay. Rather poor rating (3/5) is entirely due to irregularities concerning booking (which was missing upon arrival), the pre-authorisation deposit (duplicated card transaction!?, which was eventually cancelled, but unexpected transaction fees which were not reversed! ) and poor customer service (no feedback to aforementioned e-mail complaint/query). Such a pity!

Hotel in the area very quiet and well provided from the point of view of transport. The rooms are very good and the staff are very nice and helpful. Wi-fi working in every area of the hotel.

Great family Hotel. A few steps from the subway. The room that happened to us was well maintained and modern certainly redone recently. Nice staff Average breakfast. We had a good.

The hotel is good, but the separation of bathroom and WC makes sort of annoying. I booked one week with breakfast and it was the same everyday. Cleaning was just fine. Hotel location is not its shining star.

Very good location for those traveling through Gare Montparnasse, next door to Hall 4 and almost direct access to the rest of the station. For those visiting Paris is also a pretty decent location, good connection with several Metro lines and about 30 minute walk to Tour Eiffel. Nice restaurant on site, although a bit in the pricey side. Good breakfast. Nicely decorated rooms, some with amazing terraces perfect for sunny days.

Great location. Good friendly service and help from the desk staff. Had a package that included lots of Nespresso every day and a stocked fridge as well. Decent sized room (for Paris). I'd love to go back.

The Staff is very friendly and the food is great at the restaurant they went above and beyond to fulfill our wishes. The bathroom could be a little cleaner and the rooms are a little small but I think that is everywhere in Paris plus a microwave would be nice. Location is great to get anywhere in Paris by metro, bus, or RER but we also used UBer a lot. I would recommend. We were given a room that smelled like smoke but after letting the front desk know they changed us right away to another room.

If there were ten thousand stars I would put even more. Hotel in Financial district. A Stone's throw from the central station (if you exit the taxi stand next to the SNCF rails). Content prices saw the neighborhood, staff friendly and professional. Remember that you are abroad and do not speak Italian, but at the reception I found who tried to do it and I loved it. Clean, quiet, family-friendly and for short vacations. I will definitely go back.

Decent location. Good if you're renting a car and making excursions out of the city. Staff is nice but not knowledgeable at all about amenities nearby. Also slow and no follow up to check on drinks or satisfaction. Nice restaurant as part of hotel. Great breakfast but pricey considering it's all buffet. Dinner options good but service poor. With reservations for dinner one night we were never asked for drinks and especially for our children. Water never came until asked three times and dinner was done.
Tried to have basic fast breakfast at bar one morning but so slow we left. Also window in one room had broken safety latch… Dangerous with children from 5th floor when window opens wide.

The rooms were okay. The bed was not great at all. The pillows were just odd. They are designed to fold in half. Why? Fairly good location. 10 minute walk to the metro. 40 minute journey to Gare du Nord. Three times the cleaning staff walked into the room despite me telling reception I would be checking out later than they expected me to. So clearly some miscommunication there. I placed the latch on the door after the third intrusion! I think they just wanted to see me naked… but I'm not sure.

Standard furnishings and equal to all other novotel. Have to book the Ibis, the same chain, same services but easier and cheaper price.

Great hotel, slightly overproced, a lot of things look nice but don't work fully. But lobby and room are overall very good. Longer walk than it looks to the front of the station as it is in the back.

It's a very very Bad Hotel. There's no room service in the hotel. If you need anything you have to go down your self they simply say we are busy. Hotel employees are exceptionally RUDE. I will personally suggest please see another hotel.

Please DO NOT book this hotel. We booked in this hotel and I unfortunately got into a medical situation where we had to cancel our entire vacation plans. Almost 20 hotels across 7 countries waived penalty when it applied and fully refunded our money after we produced all the Medical documents and proof, EXCEPT THIS HOTEL. They do not care about anything and the reservation staff are SUPER RUDE and UNHELPFUL. This hotel seem to be run by a bunch of ruthless fellows who have no consideration for anything remotely humanitarian or related to human compassion.

Nice modern room with extremely comfortable bed. Pleasant staff. HUGE flat screen HD TV and fast free Wi-Fi. Only a 25 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and just a few minutes from Gare Montparnasse Station.

The staff here are professional and attentive. Rooms are simple, but consistently clean. Terrific location.

We stayed 4 nights here for the Easter weekend. The room was clean and the mattress was very comfortable but the pillows are much less comfortable. The only downside was that our room was right next to the service elevator so noisy from 7.30am… Damage. Note that we had some chocolates waiting for us on our return to the room for Easter.
As for the breakfast buffet, it is plentiful and varied. Finally, our feeling about the hotel restaurant is mixed. We dine there twice. The first time everything went very well, however the second time we were very disappointed by our dishes and by the organic chocolate mousse which was incipid and looked like anything but a chocolate mousse…
All in all, it was a decent but disappointing stay for a 4-star hotel.

I am not sure who gave the stars to this hotel, but they should be fired. I stay in 4 star hotels all the time and this was, by far, the worst 4-star hotel I have ever visited. The reception looks very nice and the people at the front desk are friendly. Crappy rooms (no soap refills, minibar was not working, incorrect coffee refills (only got decaf), no proper television in the room, carpets were dirty, finishing touches on the interior of the room were lacking). "Bar" on the top floor was closed over the entire weekend for no apparent reason.

I was a few years ago and I loved it it is quite modern, the breakfast delicious and the room right to the bathroom somewhat small but all very clean and neat.

Worst experience ever in a restaurant, their cheese for pasta was full of fungi, the penne was half undercooked and half burned and the service was awful.
