A comfortable and simple hotel. The room I had was equipped with a child's bed (I was alone? ), and it looked absolutely not like the ones shown on the site, although new.
My window looked out onto the street and I could clearly hear the smoking customers from the restaurants across the street when it was closed. I was nevertheless not awakened in the morning by the noises of the street, surprisingly quiet for a Parisian street (weekdays).

Great experience at this hotel. We stayed for 4 nights, it was cozy, quiet, good service at the front desk, and a nice neighborhood. Clean room and good Wi-Fi. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel recently renovated, good comfort but prohibitive in the price of the night… 180 euros per night (with breakfast fortunately… but that is not well stocked) there was missing an Office area in my room to work. But perhaps in a more favourable context, since we were in a fair period, so with a high demand.

Very nice location in a hot spot in Paris. Easy Wi-Fi without any pwd. We got a small, clean and comfortable room at the 6th floor with a view on thw Paris roofs and the Eiffel Tower :)

Nice clean hotel. While room was rather small, it was efficiently organized. Many restaurants around, nice lively environment. A bit noisy early into the nighy, but hey, can't have everything.

Very nice and helpful staff. Rooms are cozy but really really smaller than they look in pictures. Location is great with great cafés and restaurants in the area, as well as one important subway station less than 5 minutes away by foot.

Very nice hotel and staff. Rooms were phenomenal! But word from the wise, please keep in mind this place is located in the red light district, lot of strip clubs and adult shops in that area, and I do mean a lot. But please do not let that detour you though, great area and atmosphere. Big party scene area with lots to do. Me and the wife enjoyed it here. Very close to all the subway entrances which was nice.

Modern Hotel very well located, Central, close to the Moulin Rouge and with Metro station within walking distance that connects to the main stations of tourist areas.
The rooms are not very large but are made in a very efficient way (for example, there is no cupboard but there is an egg to hang the clothes without being seen, which saves space and is equally comfortable), with ample bathrooms and a very modern and beautiful design.
There is also kettle with coffee, infusions, etc.
The staff was friendly and helpful, they helped us with the organization of the trip, with our suitcases, etc.

Good location near the Metro Pigalle, small room and inconvenient furnishings, but mostly very uncomfortable bed.

Perfect ideal location. Central but quiet. Close to Metro that easily connects to the most important stations to visit points of interest in Paris. Nice rooms, modern, very practical and very clean. Polite staff. A 10.

Room is pretty huge, bathroom too. Plus, you have free fresh water and the staff is smiley.

It is a comfortable hotel, with access to the subway a block away. The staff does not speak Spanish, but they are friendly and attentive. A recommended place to rest and spend a few days. Thank you.

If it wasnt for the nice breakfast with many organic products, this would be a two star review. Hotel was clean, but my hallway (and to lesser extend my room) was smelling of cigarettes. Avoid the rooms on street level, as they are small and with plenty og noise from the street — if you are not already awake from other guests, that you can hear clearly through the walls. There are better value to be found in Paris.

Very nice people in the reception an very fresh rooms with nice interior. Geographically good placed in Paris and close access to the subway.

The hotel has new infrastructure and minimalistic decoration in the rooms which is very good to save space and accomodate funtional furniture. The hotel has no parking service or arrangements with the parking lots nearby which transfers limitations and problems to the customers with a car.

Staff are friendly, polite and courteous. Beautiful one. Very clean. You can't ask for better.

Had a wonderful stay in a perfectly sized room. I guess the room we had could be considered small compared to U. S. Hotels, but who cares? You're in Paris! Time spent in the room is time wasted. But it was very nice to have it to come back to. It was clean, comfortable, within walking distance to so many great places and if we needed the Metro, it was up the street. It was perfect. When we go back, we'll be staying here.

Although that it is a 4 star hotel, does not deserve so much. Small rooms, normal staff and Fab service. The best location and price.

The staff is pleasant and does not hesitate to answer practical questions. Modern style and comfortable bedding. Quiet hotel (tested during the week). The bar cannot accommodate a lot of people and is located next to the reception. There is no dedicated bartender (not that night anyway), this task is delegated to the person in the home. This was not disturbing.

A more than pleasant stay in this hotel where we will definitely return on an upcoming Parisian trip. A very friendly and welcoming staff. Metro and shops nearby and Montmartre who reaches out to us.

nice big shower (for standards). Good cleaning, change of sheets every day and staff always very friendly and helpful.

A very nice small hotel with friendly staff, had a very nice holiday there. It situated on a lively neighborhood which is not very family friendly but overall a really nice hotel.

Once the hotel is finished, it will for sure be a great hotel for low budget but at the moment it's a bit loud due to the workers.
I have to add that the maids are really loud in the morning when cleaning the other rooms and the floors. This has to be changed immediately!
Otherwise, it's great situated and good to reach via Metro and taxi.

Single room at the top, clean, quiet and friendly staff. Value for money very interesting with the nearby and Pigalle metro a few meters! Run ahead!

I just had a great 4-day holiday in there. The room was little as expected but clean and well organized, the bathroom was very nice (in particular the shower) and the staff was friendly and polite. We loved the free water heater in the room: the possibility to make yourself a tea or a coffee (especially in the cold winter) is simply great! I strongly suggest to take the breakfast (I personally benefited from a 3days+breakfast included offer), because it's very good. Another great point in favor of this hotel is that quite well-placed, and there is a lot of sites of interest in the nearby (Moulin Rouge, Montmartre cemetery, Sacre Coeur, Place du Tertre), as well as a lot of good restaurants.

People at the front desk are good, the corridors are narrow but the room is fresh and very clean. Bed is comfy too. It's quite the center of paris and there are lots of fastfoods nearby.
