The reason for my overnight stays was the city tour through Europe. Upon arrival, they were warmly welcomed and assigned to their rooms. The rooms are very clean, well maintained and modern. The bed is very cozy, sleeping in it is very good. Breakfast in the morning is delicious, but there is no choice. The hotel is close to a metro station (2 minutes walk) and close to a large shopping center (also about 2 minutes walk). The staff is always friendly and makes every effort to have a comfortable stay. In the event of problems arising, action is taken immediately and one feels taken seriously. I always like to come back.

We came on the night of Saturday, July 7 to Sunday, July 8. My companion forgot his charger, it's a certainty since we got home he charged it at night, direct return from Paris to our city and at the time of unpacking no charger (just mine) I call the same day at 10pm know if they have it : answer remember tomorrow I'm only the night watchman I remind me today she tells me no our employees do not steal they even bring back money so we will not steal a charger: (a charger is 40 euros by the way, I'm talking about a real charger not charg a charg Amazon that eats laptops). So avoid or if you go there don't forget anything you won't find your belongings again.
Otherwise point hotel I would have refrained from giving a comment when it's not top but there it's deserved: bathroom too small, very poorly soundproofed (we heard a man from his room coughing at 1am we talked and laughed and he to retoussure to tell us to shut up) brief to flee. Hotels are not what is missing in Paris.

Great food, good both fish and meat. Delicious desserts too… Informal environment. We made a table of 9. Average price. I recommend it.

We stayed there one night a few months ago it was terrible! The walls are as thin as music paper! At the arrival we are asked for how many hours, we understood why during the whole night, impossible to sleep mm by preventing the room service…

Pultio, tidy, hearty breakfast both sweet and salty, small rooms (French style) a stone's throw from place Ditalie (strategic point with the Metro)

Nice hotel! Clean and cosy. May nothing else to wish for except may be for a little fridge in the room. But for its price its really good anyway! Enjoyed our staying.

Wonderful little hotel with a great location. Bed was comfortable TV worked everything was clean and the breakfast was standard. Parking was in a garage a few minutes away.

A hotel with a good price quality ratio. Our room was small bit confortable, with a lot of amenities. Seemed to be renovated not l'ong s'ho, so everything was pretty new. T'he TV was a Samsung brand new Smart TV. The isolation work was good and there was los Moisés coming fromother rooms. The heater/a. C. Worker very well, and the breakfast was correct foto the price. T'he street where us located is quiet and the personnel was very kind. I recommend the stay.

Hotel near Place d'Italie. Rooms are very small but have everything you need. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. The breakfast is ok, not a huge choice but a good start into the day. Metro station Place D'Italie is very close and to the city centre it's a 30min walk. In my opinion the relation price-quality is ok.

I love Jack Hotel. This is the fourth time I have come to spend 10 days and I would not want another. Everyone is so nice and the atmosphere is cozy and classy.

Small but neat rooms, typical of what to expect in Paris. A little out of the way of the main tourist area but easy to navigate to. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, but overall a cute little hotel.

No complaints. Near Place d'italie travel for work warm welcome. Everyone has a smile. Information about restaurants in the vicinity. On transport. And this already before the arrival (by mail) room clean and quiet. Nice TV. Great breakfast. Correct price. To advise.

A nice cosy hotel. The staff was really helpful and polite. As for the room, it was quite small, but fine for short stay, when most of the time is spent walking around Paris. We also had breakfast, which was tasty, but seemed like there were not enough items. The location is not too far from tourist places such as Louvre, although it is advisable to take the metro as the walk can be tiring after a long day. Overall, we were happy with.

In a very quiet area with clean (but very small) room. With a good location and reasonable price, I think it's ok. The breakfast can be more variable and the bathroom would be bigger. The staff is very friendly and helpful! I recommend it!

Good location in a quiet area! The hotel is good if you want just a bed… I mean it's not a romantic place but it's nice located — 5 minutes walking distance to the metro (underground). The breakfast could be better… Despite having fresh pastry it doesn't have fresh fruit or scrambled eggs either! The stuff is very nice and they speak a few languages!

A fantastic value for money Hotel. Vwey clean, tasteful and lively to know that Jean Genet stayed here. A quiet part of the city and with great access to everywhere. Staff were lovely, so helpful and positive with welcoming smiles. Will definatly stay again.

The rooms are small but clean, the area is well served.

Great hotel with helpful personel. Metro station is a 5 minute walk and everything you will need is close (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. ) Beds are comfortable and the room is clean. Would recommend staying here!

Very nice hotel in Place d'Italie, Paris. Well connected with the city with 3 metro lines. The hotel is small but well maintained, clean and provided with all things a traveller may need during its staying. Good breakfast also and the receptionists are very kind and fully available to help you.

Small little hotel very conveniently located close to two Metro stations and far away from the big tourist crowds. Room are small, but enough for the city tourist. I liked that their bathroom stuff was organic and vegan and that wireless was for free and strong. Very friendly service, too. Breakfast is simple but certainly enough.

Inexpensive but small rooms and very poor breakfast.

We had a full week at Jacks and it was great. Rooms were a reasonable size, very clean and with a new feeling. The bed was comfortable and the room was peaceful and we did not get disturbed at all. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. The location is great and is within walking distance of some attractions and easy reach of a number of metro stations. Good range of places to eat within 10 minutes walk. I think its great value for money and would 110% stay again.

The hotel is same is very correct Miss however service benefits for a Hotel 3 stars it is still a bit disappointing. When we arrived: no explanation of the operation for the room; door opening; working with the map lights. In the morning we didn't right breakfast because supposedly too late while the time was not over. Disappointing. Double room with comfortable bed OK but quite very small damage to the very strong price paid for one night. A hotel that does not deserve in my opinion its 3 stars.
