This is a nice efficient hotel equipped with air conditioning and on site breakfast. The reception staff is very polite and helpful. If you are looking for a lot of space, this might not be a match for you. But, if you are looking for a nice hotel close to food of all kinds, metro and buses, this is perfect.

The hotel is perfect for relaxing. It is in an area that allows easy connection with the Metro to get around in Paris.

I was disappointed with this hotel. If you are looking for a hotel where you will be treated as a privileged customer go your way.
Indeed, we barely had the right to hello in the morning, at no time we were asked how our stay was going but we stayed there for 3 nights.
As for our departure, it was cold and icy, we had the feeling of disturbing the receptionist who was on his phone when we left.
We went to the United States two months ago and nothing to do, Americans know how to receive. In the United States, we had every morning the right to a hello and we were asked if we had a good night, after breakfast we were asked what we had planned for the day and they did not fail to advise us by going even to Imp Rhyme an itinerary. As for our return to the hotel in the evening, our American receptionists asked us if our day had gone well and if we needed something. Our American receptionists were so adorable and considerate nothing to have with the Ibis receptionists.
Several negative points: — unpleasant odors coming from the bathroom.
— The fact that there is no courtesy tray — noise from other rooms (poor soundproofing) — the rooms are not large.
Breakfast is not worth the price.
It would also be nice if at the breakfast reception the employee starts by saying hello instead of immediately asking us for our room number.

Good location, comfortable rooms (small for two), clean cleaned bathroom.

Well I recommend it for short trips, sightseeing and fun.

Clean room and friendly, helpful staff! Minimalist but for being out in the city all day, it's a comfy bed to crash on.

This ibis hotel is correct. The rooms are large and modern in design. I found the bed more comfortable than in other ibis. However the snacks are less good than in other ibis. The only negative point, the spoons are mals hand at breakfast when we eat a kiwi.

Good value for money and good location. Great room, very comfortable bed. Small but functional bathroom. Breakfast was OK. The reception was OK.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast, but we would have liked to find organic products there.
The most: quiet location of the hotel, well served by the Metro, comfortable bedding, a good welcome and a good breakfast;
The less: no organic products, bed under dimensioned for large + 1, 85 cm, rooms not very well soundproofed (concrete frame), hairdryer very noisy, at 3 (couple with child) we are too tight.

When a hotel does not make available a reserved room for more than a month, that it "deloge" us without notifying us in advance or give us the choice, that its Manager does not respond to our complaints mails, we do not recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel as a whole and the quality of the relationship with the day staff; However the staff present at night is to be improved very clearly (friendliness and behavior). I deplored the malfunction or the absence of heating in the room during the 2 and 3 December; Reported immediately at the reception: the answer being the technician will only be there on Monday.

A great budget hotel line in France. Rooms are small, but then all hotel rooms in France are. Great breakfast (for 10 euros, its worth it), and lots of area to hang out in the lobby and outside. Help was friendly and helpful, even though they did overcharge us.

The employes of the hotel are great. They are polite and helpful! The hotel is close to a subway station, and there are also some restaurants and supermarket in the neighborhood. But… the room is tight for 3 persons. The door bathroom was broken… it wasn't possible to lock it!

Location is good, near subway, lots of restaurants near, car rental and a Carrefour. The bedroom is really small for 3 person. The 2nd bed was uncomfortable. Gave back ache. Air conditioner was weak. Bedroom was not cool as we like. But price is cheap and staff nice.

The breakfast is only obtained from booking by the hotel page, but costs 10 EUROS… Those are 4 breakfasts in Mc Donalds…
